Thank you for your feedback Doug! Again we apologize for the miscommunication regarding the gate code to get onto the property. Once it was communicated that the access code we provided had not been tried yet earlier Sunday morning, we realized the issue could have been resolved earlier that day! We do provide 2 chairs and 1 umbrella inside the condo itself in lieu of our guests having to pay $40/day for beach service that is owned through the Homeowner's Association at the resort. Our marketing director is very meticulous when it comes to advertising on several different platforms that we use, to ensure our guests do not have any confusion on the verbiage of what we provide or feel that it is misleading in anyway. Feedback from our guests; as well as your reviews, are greatly appreciated as we continue to provide excellence in our service. We love to hear from our guests, and always look forward to your return. Sincerely, Destin Palms Management

We would just like to say you all were a pleasure to have! For any future stays with us again, please let us know of any issues right away so that we can be sure to make it right! We certainly strive for a 5 star experience. Other than that we are pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable vacation while staying with us. We hope to see you back again sometime soon! :) -Destin Palms Vacations

Tracey, Thank you for your review. We do sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, the parking passes are not something we can control as the HOA does have their own set of rules we must follow. I can also assure you, the person who was so rude to you at departure was not park of the Destin Palms staff because we are on site at Majestic Sun Resort. Regardless, we are so very sorry for the issues you experienced and hope to have you again in the near future for a better quality stay. Sincerely, Destin Palms Management

Cheryl, Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review on your recent stay at Empress 703! Kathryn, Thank you for taking the time to provide your review of your stay with us. We do sincerely apologize that you had trouble with renting an umbrella! Typically, if you contact the chair service vendor ahead of time they are able to set up chairs in a timely manner for you. If that specific area is already reserved for a certain condo complex, space can be limited. We hope that next time we can assist you with the process to improve your experience! We hope to have you as our guest again. We are glad that otherwise, you enjoyed your stay! Sincerely, Destin Palms Management
