Great condo, great location

The condo was in great shape, in a great location (just a few steps away from the beach). It was big to enough to hold all 10 of us, and it still felt large. Very clean and well maintained. The two dishwashers and refrigerators were a huge help for our big group. Highly recommend!

Great place

The condo was a wonderful fit for our family. It's a condo, but it's very spacious and has a fantastic layout. We loved the oceanside balcony, the pools, and the convenience of the location. Highly recommend this very well-kept condo for a family vacation! Additionally, Franca was very responsive any time we had any concerns (we had one small issue and she got it resolved very quickly!).

This is a wonderful condo. Very spacious, good views of ocean, nice big kitchen to allows to prepare meals for a lot of people. The kitchen is well equipped. The HOA staff is a little too eager to enforce certain rules and they were inconsistent with the enforcement of the rules but this can't be controlled by this host family. The best thing I can say about this property is this, if we continue to go to Myrtle Beach in the future, we would want to come back to this condo.

Todd, It was a pleasure to have you and your family as our guests. We are so pleased that you enjoyed our home and its large accomodations for your family. My apologies for anything between guests and the management. We appreciate your communication and we did contact the manager. FYI, those types of reviews/ issues/ complaints are totally out of my control. The vrbo star rating is solely based on the condo/host. We want folks to know, rules are in place for good reason and safety. The Management has witnessed what can happen when guests are off "schedule," on vacation, drinking, or possibly acting boisterous. Ocean Blue is a very nice, private (non commercial feel) condominium building. We hope you understand the policies stated throughout the property and the lease agreement. Glad you enjoyed Myrtle Beach. Thanks again - We look forward to your future visits.

Oceans Blue stay 6/01-6/08/19 was great!

This property was perfect for us. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for all. Condo was well stocked and everything worked as expected (except one TV which didn't matter to us). Pool and beach access was great. Parking worked out well for us. This is a very pleasant property for a large group!

Glen and Family, we are so glad you enjoyed our condo! I was glad we had a phone conversation after reading your review and since we were actually in town, we were able to check on that television. It worked fine, a prior renter had unplugged the cable lines. We hope you visit Myrtle Beach and stay with us again! We would love to have you.
