** Durante i mesi estivi, questa casa vacanza è per un minimo di 7 notti, solo da sabato a sabato! **

Questa casa sulla spiaggia arredata con gusto offre 4+ camere da letto e 3 1/2 bagni. Facile parcheggio fuori strada in garage e strada privata. C'è anche un garage per una macchina per lo stoccaggio di tutte le sedie da spiaggia, carrello da spiaggia, biciclette, ecc. Il primo piano ha una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice nuove, 1 BR con letto matrimoniale, 2 ° BR con letti gemelli e letto a castello e letto matrimoniale, 3 ° BR con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato, nonché un bagno in sala. Ognuna delle camere ha il proprio ventilatore a soffitto e TV.

Il secondo piano (piano principale) comprende un ampio ponte (sia coperto che scoperto) con ventilatore a soffitto, zona pranzo all'aperto e mobili, accessibile da porte scorrevoli in vetro sia dal soggiorno che dalla sala da pranzo. Esiste anche un ampio soggiorno con soffitto a cattedrale con pavimenti in legno, camino a gas, TV a grande schermo e ampia area salotto componibile con un letto estraibile full size.

La sala da pranzo dispone di un grande tavolo familiare con 8 posti a sedere più 4 sedie pieghevoli per gli ospiti aggiunti per il vostro piacere da pranzo. C'è una splendida cucina ben arredata con un'isola con 3 sgabelli da appoggio e ripiani in granito. A lato troverete una grande dispensa e una stanza di polvere. Un MBR con letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno piastrellato in ceramica, cabina armadio e TV finiscono questo piano. Il terzo piano ha una stanza bonus con divano letto matrimoniale, TV con console di gioco e porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono al grande ponte sul tetto coperto con bar all'aperto e mobili. Tutti i bagni sono dotati di piastrelle di ceramica.

C'è una doccia esterna chiusa per pulire dopo la spiaggia! Tutta la casa dispone sia di cavo per TV, sia di connessione internet WIFI. L'esterno della casa ha passerelle finitrici e un cortile recintato con grill a gas per quei pasti estivi.

. Non viene fornita la biancheria e questa è una casa per non fumatori. Non sono ammessi animali.

This property was absolutely perfect for families. The home was beautiful!

This is was large, beautiful, very clean and perfect for families. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The property was close to the beach and close to restaurants and supermarket. Our family had a wonderful time in this home as I'm sure others will also!

PERFECT!

The house was absolutely perfect. It was in a great location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. All of the furniture and appliances were in excellent shape and in good working order. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Steve’s summer home is the perfect place for your beach vacation, and Steve’s communication and attention to detail matches his homes greatness. It’s all the little things - house is well equipped, with everything you’ll need, pulse nice touches you don’t even think you’ll need. Looking forward to staying here again!!!

Wonderful experience!

This was a great place for our family! We had 11 people, including 4 granddaughters. They loved having their own room to hang out together. The other rooms were lovely and the location is nice! Not too far from the beach and boardwalk, about 4 blocks. The owner is great to work with, and provides many amenities in the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach home during Christmas vacation

When entering the home, we were delighted to see the owner displayed Christmas decorations with a beachy theme. The home has three beautifully decorated levels with ample space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy their favorite movie on the big screened TV in the living room, which also has access to all the major streaming platforms. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils needed to cook all meals for your family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you will as well! Thank you Stephen!

Wildwoodcrest at its Best

This house is hard to beat. Modern, 3 years old, 4 large bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms, huge kitchen with open floor plan. Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, pantry, 2 decks, outdoor shower,and grill.. 2 car garage and 4 blocks from the beach. Home owners are great people, he reached out to us and offered us the use of his bikes, awsome beach cart, beach chairs, and games. We had a great vacation!

Great week in a fantastic well appointed home

This house had everything. We had a family of 7 all 20+ relaxing in a luxury home for a beautiful week in Wildwood. We brought too much beach stuff down. This home is equipped with several beach chairs, 2 umbrella's and a beach cart to get it to the ocean. We also cruised around on the 6 or 7 bikes in the garage so no need to bring one. The beach is a 5 min walk and the boardwalk entrance is right there. We mostly had dinners in but the kitchen was so well equipped meal prep was easy and we grilled a lot. Everything was impeccably clean and we are already booked for next year!

Great stay

Beautiful, spacious house 4 blocks from the beach. Clean, modern, and plenty of room for two families of 5. Extremely well stocked kitchen, as well as bikes and beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys. Would definitely stay here again!

As you will see with the many reviews we have received in the past- we pride ourselves on having virtually anything a traveler can want to have available to them in the stay at our beautiful home! From stainless steel beach cart, two seat surrey, 8 bikes, two beach umbrellas and approximately 9 beach chairs as well as a fully stocked kitchen with virtually any pot or pan which may be needed by the traveler!
