We had a wonderful week at El Matador 315 through Sunset Rental. The condo was very clean and well stocked with pots and pans and other kitchen devices. We loved the code for the door instead of having to keep up with a key. The overall property is well maintained. They were doing some painting on building 2 but we never heard any loud noises. The pools are great. We will stay there again on future trips!

Ft Walton Beach

Great stay at El Matador in Ft Walton Beach. Beautiful facility and very well maintained and clean. Good location close to things but slightly removed from the tourist madness. Perfect for a laid back vacation.

Great location

The location of 315 is perfect right in the midst of it all. Walk right out to pool. Stones throw away from beach access. We loved our stay. The whole family enjoyed our stay at 315.

Stay in paradise.

Condo just as described. Stay here without any concerns. Condo well stocked, great location, comfortable bed, easy walk to beach and pool area.

Great fun

We always enjoy going to ElMatador. Over the five years we have been going we have made great friends. Enjoy the easy access to the beach and pool. Hope to return next year.

Everything was so convenient

The parking was easy. The beach was right outside the back door. Bed was comfortable. The pool was also literally right outside the back door. I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our visit

We loved the location of this unit. We had some issues with the cable tv connection the first night, after unplugging and resetting it we got it to connect. This was the second visit to this property, I love the location and will definately book here again.

Beautiful condo. I love to stay on the first floor and this unit didn't disappoint. Comfy chairs and couch. Clean and well stocked kitchen. I love El Matador and this unit!

The location is perfect…steps(100) to the white sand beach. The facilities are nice and we feel at home here. When some minor issues have arisen, Rhonda and her team have been quick to respond. Communication is very good!

Great place

Thought I wrote this on our 2023 trip didn't see my discount. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. The bottom floor is so handy and the great grass is good for your feet and children. Only problem I have is the umbrella man. Have my trip booked for 2024 already maybe they have a new umbrella man. Hope to get my discount to.

Unit 315

Always in joy staying in this unit. So easy getting to beach and pool. The one and only thing is the umbrella situation. You have to mark yours every morning they will not put your name or unit number on it. Everything else is great nice people everywhere to.

2nd time in 315

Love this unit. Great proximity to the beach and pool. Like I mentioned in the name, this is our second time staying in this unit. The sheets and the extra blankets need to be cleaned. I would recommend this unit. My son is stationed there and we will be renting this unit again.

Beautiful time of year to be here.

This convo was located just a minute walk to the sand and less of a walk to the pool. The condo was clean and have everything we needed for the week. The complex is located at the end of the road it is very peaceful and restful. It does take about 10 or more minutes to drive to a restaurant or shopping area. But the view and quiet outweigh the drive 😁. The facility was very neat and clean. I recommend September as a fabulous time to visit the Emerald Coast.

Family Perfect!

In so many ways this space could be rated excellent. So very convenient for a family vacation. Located on the ground level, it's only a few steps to the pool and not many more steps to get to the beach. Beach chair service was included in the rental rate and that is a huge plus! The condo is comfortable, very clean and easy to keep organized. I appreciated that all floors were tiled and thus easy to sweep day to day traffic debris, particularly sand. The kitchen needs updating and could which is why I rated it good rather than excellent.
