A few issues I noticed…The main door is VERY DIFFICULT to open and close. None of the 3 adult women, or 6 children were able to open the door when closed or to fully close it when opened. It also needs new glass, as the double pane seal had opened and condensation does not allow for vision through the door. A light bulb in the 1st floor bedroom is burned out. The large barn door near the driveway needs new hinge rollers. Very difficult to open and close. Still, a great property and a great family weekend. Kinda pricey…

The location is quiet and the view from the upper deck is beautiful. The host communicated throughout our stay and responded quickly to our questions. The home was clean and supplied with all the essentials.

We had a great stay, plenty of room for our group of 9! House was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Great access to the beach, great view, outdoor shower a big plus when coming off the beach! A little far from restaurants and shops but area was relaxing and quiet. Would stay here again.

Great location

Christmas gift for the kids and grand kids! Went very well overall. Loved the location most of all! Away from the downtown area just enough that we didn't get any crowds.

Easy Time at the Beach

The description of the beach house was accurate and suited our family of 7 comfortably. All the rooms were of good size, good quality beds and bedding and clean. The property overall was very clean and a good location directly on the beach, We enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway

We’re from Dallas and stay here every year for a family get together. We love being so close to the beach and sitting on the back porch watching the sun rise in the morning. Our kids look forward to it every year too! We cook the entire time and the kitchen accommodates!

Galveston family gathering

Location to the beach was perfect! Contact with the property manager was very good. We were the first ones in for the season and had a few small issues that were quickly resolved and communication was great. The rooms and beds were comfortable and kitchen was great size for our group. Restaurants and stores are a bit of a drive but you can’t beat the location to the beach.

Christmas Vacation

We had a great time! Unfortunately Storm Elliott came in and it was freezing but as far as the home it is beautiful. The owners were great and responsive when we needed them. I recommend this property it’s great for family who want to gather and spend time in one place!

Beach Front Getaway

Perfect getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation! Everything that was needed to accommodate our stay was readily available. The house was extremely clean and very spacious. The location is far enough west, which is great to get away from traffic and crowds. The setup of the home was great to allow for both family time together and allow the kids and parents to have their own space when necessary. I would recommend this home for a couples getaway and family gatherings!

Family vacation

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and it was once again wonderful! We had 6 adults and 10 kids (ages ranging from 1-10 yrs)- all the couples got a room with a King bed and the kids were excited to share the bunk rooms. The beach is so close and really works out well for kids napping, lunch, etc. There is a table outside that fit all the kids and a great shower downstairs so we didn't track too much sand in. Overall a great family vacation!

Awesome place to stay

We had 4 moms and 10 teen girls stay for 4 nights. This place had great views and close to the beach. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Tons of space to hang out in the home. Big kitchen, bar area and a huge table inside and 2 huge tables outside to sit and eat at. Outside shower was awesome to get sand off before entering home after a great day of swimming in the gulf. Laundry facilities were great for washing swim suits/ towels for our stay. Location only 25 -35 mins to all the top tourists sites. Anthony the host was very responsive and professional. We would stay again.
