Always have a great stay! Fantastic location, amazing views, perfect layout for a family of 5! The outdoor shower and bathroom in the basement make for very convenient beach days.

This is our second year at Keystone Cottage West. The property is beautiful and perfect for our 3 generation family. Beach access is wonderful and the home is super clean. Kitchen is stocked and lots of amenities. I highly recommend this property.

The property was great! Had everything we needed on site, was clean, and the beach was right out the back door as described with great views. Within minutes of everything we wanted to do. Had 3 young kids with me who all loved it! No issues with communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sue is an incredible with her communications and easy to get in touch with! This was our second time staying and we love having direct access to the beach, a washer and dryer, and close proximity to groceries and ice cream! The house did have some cleaning issues ie mold in the vents, had to wash some sheets because they were really sandy upon arrival, had to clean the kitchen sink and faucet due to black dirt build up. Despite the cleaning stuff we had to do overall we had an amazing time! Grateful for this space and hope to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. The house was beautiful, the views were amazing, and everything was very clean - and my wife and I are definitely pretty OCD about cleanliness. There was a small hiccup when we first arrived, but Sue was extremely attentive and got everything taken care of quickly, which we really appreciated.The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do with our kids around the area. Our entire family loved this trip, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We traveled as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small kids) and I cannot say enough how amazing it was to have private beach access!! The house had everything we needed to eat our meals at home and the top floor balcony overlooking the ocean was stunning

Another wonderful beach trip at Keystone West! House perfectly fit our needs with three small children- right in the beach, easily accessible bathroom in the basement, awesome outdoor shower, clean and well appointed, the list goes on. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Memorial Day Getaway

Long Beach weekend with family. Keystone Kottage is clean, great location, super host and on the beach. Amazing views. Easily accommodates 4 adults and 4 kids.

Perfect for families

Owners and property managers were communicative when we had questions or any kind of issues and the house overall is perfect for a family vacation. Would consider staying again if back in the area.

Great location

Great location right on the beach and walkable to the grocery store, coffee shop and bike trails. Property was clean and they quickly took care of an AC issue. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.
