Recentemente ristrutturato e meno di 15 minuti dalla spiaggia, IMG, Downtown Bradenton, Riverwalk, Pirate City e ristoranti popolari. La strada principale ti porta direttamente alla spiaggia NO curve! Ho pensato a tutto per rendere il tuo soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Esperienza di check-in senza chiave con Smart Lock. Amazon Fire TV Film e programmi TV gratuiti. Netflix pronto. Amaca brasiliana sotto una capanna Tiki. Stazione per caffè e tè. Attrezzatura da spiaggia. Giochi da tavolo.
Weber Grill. Pavimenti ipoallergenici in Coretec. Biancheria da letto in memory foam, 100% cotone tutto. Può ospitare comodamente 7 persone in tre camere da letto: 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 letto estraibile completo con un doppio estraibile. Ottima pressione dell'acqua nella doccia! Vita all'aperto con recinzione Privacy. Boardwalk Deck! Negozio di alimentari - 5 minuti. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Un sacco di parcheggio! Asse da stiro e phon. Lavatrice e asciugatrice.

The coffee bar was fully stocked with a variety of treats and bathroom amenities. Its convenient location made it perfect for us, and we definitely plan to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It felt homey, had everything we needed! A cute deck out back for evening / earlyMorning family time and the BEST coffee bar! And the check out process was SO easy and stress free!

Excellent stay; pictures were accurate and the house was very clean. Prompt and easy communication with the host, and the house was well stocked. Great location and very quiet neighborhood (1 block walk to the river). Grocery store less than half a mile away, and many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Outstanding property worked great for us. Spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities, particularly the well-appointed kitchen. Nice, comfortable neighborhood 1 block from the water and convenient to the area. Taylor provided everything needed upfront to make this an easy, enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed Our Stay

House was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make the perfect stay. The personal touches (especially the coffee and tea bar) made us feel at home. Back deck was so relaxing in the evenings with a glass of wine. Beds comfortable with a tv in every room. Would give this place a “10”!

Outstanding process. Property was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean and very well maintained.Coffee & Tea Bar was very well stocked. All the comforts were placed appropriately.We would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

People choose this property for its location and its unique features. A private fenced-in yard with a large wrap-around deck crowned with a gazebo "tiki hut" looks like something straight out of a magazine. Upon stepping into the home, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and impressive, professionally-designed interiors.

The outdoor living area is amazing. A full furniture grouping on the rear deck is perfect for lounging, and around the side, you'll find a large table that comfortably seats up to 8 people. Perfect for smaller events and get-togethers!
