Because the host isn’t an individual, but the Palm Bay office, it isn’t as easy as sending a message in the app for communicating or asking simple questions. That said, this condo was beautiful. The location is great, you can look out and see the bay from the sliders and patio. Very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying again in this condo. Very clean, great location, very comfortable.

This was a great property for my family. It was exactly as described. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beach and the ocean were beautiful. The ladies at the lobby for the Palm Bay Club were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They recommended a restaurant, Spearfish Grille, which we absolutely loved. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

We needed a place to stay while our condo was being cleansed/fixed following the last hurricane. This unit was perfect to accommodate my 95 year old mother and my family. We appreciated the convenience and security. We had Christmas here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and well kept, worked out great being so close to the pool. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all either. My wife, 3 daughters and I, had a very nice time, good location. Staff were all very nice and helpful. If there was anything to make it better, is if the washer and dryer were in the condo, but wasn’t the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exceptionally clean, comfortable unit. Lots of towels and beds were very comfortable! Close to the pool (few steps away) on bay side, which has a beautiful view and jacuzzi. It is a little walk to the beach, some days we drove to the 'other side' and other days we walked over. Beautiful white sands of siesta key are worth a little effort ;)
