Our family of 11 had an amazing time at Casa Frisons! Bilitis was a great host; answering questions before arrival, booking activities for us, and walking us around at check in.This is an amazing property with spectacular views! Being out on the peninsula gives great 180 degree views of both the ocean and mountains. Pictures do not do it justice! The house is large and specious and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if back in the area.

Our stay at Casa Frisons was absolutely amazing! Our host Bilitis was exceptional from the very beginning and helped us with every detail of our trip. She arranged transportation to and from the airport, golf cart rental, and put us in touch with an event company and private chef for a surprise proposal. Bilitis was kind, responsive, and had great recommendations...she's the perfect host. The home was absolutely amazing with the most stunning views. We were greeted by Benjamin and other staff upon arrival and Benjamin was beyond helpful with any need we had during our stay. Natalie and the rest of the cleaning crew were wonderful and did a great job. Bilitis and her staff went out of their way to help us have the most amazing vacation. Everything was truly spectacular and exceeded our expectations. We were all sad to leave and would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Casa Frisons July 2026. The views are absolutely amazing. The host, Bilitis, helped us arrange everything we wanted to do. Her helpfulness definitely elevates the experience there. The on-site groundskeeper/guard Benjamin and his manager JL took excellent care of the property and made sure any immediate needs were met. Daily housekeeping and laundry also was huge for a group of 7 adults and 3 children over 7 days. Highly recommend golf carts to get around the 3 nearby beach towns. We did chef’s service for 3 dinners and 3 breakfasts. The kitchen was well-stocked for utensils. If I had it to do over, I probably would have done 2 dinners with the in-house Chef and made reservations at La Forketta for the third one. The highlight amongst the group was the morning Catamaran tour. We personally stayed in the bungalow and actually really appreciated the shower views and the beach sounds. The infinity pool was a huge hit for the children. We would highly recommend Casa Frisons to anybody considering a big trip!

Perfect for larger groups...we had ten people, including teenagers, and everyone had their own space.Short golf cart ride into "town," with decent dining options. We had breakfast catered each morning and a couple nights of dinners. Bilitis and staff were very responsive, and Benjamin is onsite to help out with anything urgent.

The views from Bilitis’ home are unmatched. Absolutely stunning sunsets. The house was perfect for our two families. More than enough space to spread out. Flamingo beach is just a 10 min golf cart drive away and you have your own small beach as well. We took advantage of the many services that Bilitis also offers and loved them all (Stephanie the yoga instructor was fantastic!). Bilitis was helpful and super quick to respond. Her staff members were all lovely as well. Don’t hesitate to book. You won’t regret it!

Casa Frisons was incredible and a fantastic place to stay overlooking Playa Flamingo! The views of the ocean, beach and sunsets were spectacular! The pictures don’t do it justice! Bilitis was the perfect host and very responsive. The rooms were all very spacious with high-quality furnishings and bedding, but the infinity pool and outdoor areas were the highlight. Benjamin and the cleaning staff were great and made sure everyone was well taken care of. All in all, it was a 10 out of 10 and we were sad to leave.

Our stay at Casa Frisons was phenomenal. The home has so much space, beautiful views, and an abundance of comfort and amenities. The host, Bilitis, and all of the staff were kind, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. This is a top notch luxury property and we didn’t want to leave!

Spectacular!

Living in paradise! Most spectacular view in all of Costa Rica. Great accommodations plus an incredible staff that met our every need. Added bonus was having Arthur as our private chef. Most relaxing stay ever.
