Trascorri un fine settimana rilassante (o più a lungo) in una struttura nuovissima situata a Sunland Estates.
Questa moderna casa di design della metà del secolo con 2 camere da letto dispone di due grandi ponti (uno completamente coperto nella parte anteriore e uno aperto al sole nella parte posteriore). L'ampio soggiorno e la cucina hanno un alto soffitto a volta con molte finestre che offrono una splendida vista sulle colline circostanti da tutti i lati. Il centro di intrattenimento include WIFI e TV a grande schermo. La cucina è arredata con gusto con ripiani in quarzo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio ardesia e il bagno è dotato di un'ampia cabina doccia.
La proprietà si trova in una strada isolata, a soli 3 porte dal negozio ea 3 isolati dal parco della comunità con accesso al fiume Columbia.

Il Sunland Estates si trova a pochi minuti dalla sede del concerto Gorge Ampitheatre, dall'area escursionistica e alpinistica del francese Coulee e da numerosi percorsi per cavalli. È anche un'ottima posizione per il lancio di escursioni con degustazione di vini nelle numerose cantine della zona.

Communication was excellent. I brought the rental agreement with me, so all we had to do was get the door code. There were instructions for everything in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals and even lots of spices. Rental was very clean. Well located near the store and short walk to the river. The house next door is under construction, so there was a bit of noise Monday morning of our weekend stay.

Birthday Weekend

We had an excellent stay! The owner was very flexible with last-minute changes and accommodating a late check-in. The location is great, and the property was very clean with well-thought-out extra touches that made the stay even better. The only suggestion I have is to provide a few more garbage bags, but honestly, that’s a minor detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

Great spot!

Great spot! Especially perfect if you have tickets to the Gorge! The house was the perfect size for 2 couples. It had everything we needed. Loved the double deck space. Tammy was super responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend and will book again.

Sunland Stay

This place was about 14 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater and a 4 minute walk to a park along the river. It was an awesome location! The house feels brand new, is clean and well stocked with everything we needed (pots pans, silverware, spices, olive oil, etc.). There are two large patios, which are great to sit outside on and a BBQ too. Just be prepared to sign a contract before entering the house. The host Tammy will send you it before arriving and then met us at the house to have us sign it. She'll also take a picture of your license. Then she gave us the passcode to get into the house. She was very flexible with timing and just wanted to ensure her place was taken care of. We just got confused, because VRBO told us we would be sent the code to the house earlier in the day. We didn't realize she'd meet us at the house before we entered. Overall, I'd recommend staying here!

What a gem

My daughter and I stayed a weekend for a concert at the Gorge and this location is amazing. All the amenities and the little community feel was so wonderful. What a special location. Soooo much better then camping! Tammy was a great hostess. The rental was perfect, clean and extremely comfortable. This is a perfect location for any event at the Gorge, or a family vacation. Thank you so much for being apart of a memory that my daughter and I will have forever.

Fabulous time at the gorge

This property was perfect for a long weekend attending a concert at the gorge. Shuttle to the concert was great and easy to setup, property itself was comfortable and had everything you needed.

Orange Door Stay

A nice secluded neighborhood with amazing views. The place was clean and comfortable. The gifted bottle of wine was a nice touch. The best was the heads up to get a shuttle booked to the Gorge Amphitheater! Game changer.

Our stay at Tammy’s house was fantastic! The place was impeccably clean, well equipped and perfect for our visit. I highly recommend this beautiful place, great location close to the store and pizza shop, and the communication with the host was fantastic! Thank you for the great visit!

Awesome location for Gorge events

We stayed at Tammy's property while attending an event at the Gorge Amphitheater two different times, and it was just perfect both times. Perfect location, great set up, everything's clean, powerful AC, good internet. Nothing more you could want.

Girls trip for show at the gorge

This is a perfect location ig you want the quiet and chill experience. It was perfect my friends and i relaxed, took the shuttle that is so worth it. We to the show which was fun loud and a party. Took the shuttlw home and chilled. This place is near thr river consider sleeping in, using the great kitchen, and then read a book by the river or get in! Relaxing. The only thing i would say i would use again amd more often if availble for one night versus 2 night minimum but with cl3an a d such i get it. The instruction book was helpful on what was expected for clean up and leaving the place. We brought.our glass and recycle as there is only trash service, so if it matters to you consider a trash bag to bri g back with you. It was great the a/c worked perfectly.

Perfect retreat for concert at The Gorge

Three wonderful nights at this immaculate apartment. Spacious, comfortable and relaxing. You can listen to a bird orchestra from either balcony. The interior is almost soundproof with all doors/windows closed, if you prefer. The views of the Basalt Ciffs were beautiful. Tammy was quick to respond plus had many great suggestions for places to go. Definitely use the local Sunland Express bus for transportation to/from The Gorge.

Great stay in a Sunland Estates

My friends and I stayed at Tammy’s place for the weekend. We attended a concert at the Gorge and this was the perfect place to stay! It was close to the venue and we were able to book a shuttle as well! I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and fabulous host!

Sunland Estates is a gem. The house has most everything you need for your stay and was sparkling clean. The area is wonderful community right nestled next to the Columbia River. And the house is close to the local market/pizza place. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home and location!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunland Estates..the property is incredibly clean and well equipped! A/C was much welcomed and appreciated during this summer trip! The outside decks are very enjoyable and perfect for morning coffees. Location is excellent and super convenient to the General Store (which is couple houses away & well stocked). So many thoughtful little details and kindness has gone into this property that it’s easy to feel spoiled and well taken care of while away from home. The huge walk-in shower, large decks, reclining chairs and fridge (ice & water filter) were some of the highlights at this property. Such a fun trip and Tammy made us feel very welcomed and cared for as guests. Greatly appreciated and we will definitely recommend this property for others seeking a quiet getaway in a gorgeous well appointed comfortable home in Sunland. Thank you so much! Cynthia & Jason

We loved the Sunland Estates Orange Door Home! Not only a beautiful home, it was convenient to go to the Gorge concert venue only 8 minutes away. We brought our boat and The boat launch is just half a block away! Beautiful boating out on the Columbia River Gorge!!! Thanks again Tammy and Mark!

Nice location for Gorge events

We enjoyed our stay here. A/C worked well. Well stocked. Nice shower. Loved hanging out on the covered deck! We felt bad that we arrived so late at night and Tammy had to come out to meet us for check-in.

Girls weekend!

Myself and 3 of my friends rented this house for Memorial Day Weekend and for a concert at the Gorge! It was such a great space! I am so glad I found it when I did! It is new, clean, very nicely maintained and welcoming! It is right by the store in Sunland and so convenient! We used the shuttle to and from the Gorge and did wine tasting one of the evenings at Cave B. The owners were very communicative and helpful. They were accommodating and very flexible with our check in times, considering the holiday-weekend traffic and leaving Seattle! I love this area so much. Definitely will be recommending to friends!

Mid-century modern masterpiece!

Tammy was very accommodating and very prompt in our communications via app, email and text. The property is super clean and comfortable with a mid-modern flair. Tons of live plants, period furniture, and modern touches made it a delightful stay! Just minutes from Cave b and the Gorge Amphitheater made it a perfect landing place for our weekend fun. Will definitely book the Orange Door again!

Can't recommend Tammy and this property enough. We had a bunch of date changes due to Covid and Tammy was incredibly flexible and easy to work with the whole time. A+ property and proximity to The Gorge can't be beat. Thank you so much!
