The house was very clean! Great and fast communication when we had a slight issue with the keypad entry! Beds were super comfortable! Great location to get to Gatlinburg. Tucked away and so peaceful! I wanted a place that I could see the bears at our cabin and this place for sure didn’t let us down! We got to watch a mom and her two cubs for a good while before they moved on to their next stop then we had another visitor a few hours later! I will definitely be booking this cabin again!

Quiet and comfortable. A step stool might be helpful for climbing onto the tall but very comfortable 1st floor king bed (:We enjoyed the front porch hot tub with it's privacy screen. Even though there are neighboring cabins you can barely sèe them. The location was great; just a couple of miles outside Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Forge either. When they say, "Don't depend on your GPS," believe it. There are certain areas through the mountains that has zero reception. A map helps.

The home looked clean upon entry but as the night went by my daughter wanted to sleep on the pullout couch come to find out there is moldy food under the mattress and smells horrible then my wife goes to ise the restroom and hurts her back from the toilet being loose from the floor it slid out from under her. The shower had mold all on the wall and was told it wasn't mold obviously it is. Told them about the toilet and the food problem road theu would get it fixed well that never happened. The place itself wasnt bad its a nice house just didnt like how the owners didnt even try to resolve the problem or even bother to ask hey what could we do to make this right.

The bathroom area mentioned had also been previously treated and maintained. Regarding the sleeper sofa, a few pieces of food were found in the sofa bed, but there was no mold was found under the mattress. We take maintenance and cleanliness seriously. We are addressing and correcting all of the other concerns you raised. All of our cabins are cleaned by an independent company before each stay and inspected by a member of our team before check-in. We have an onsite ground team to promptly address maintenance issues. Team Management"

Very nice cabin on a dead end road. Definitely worth every penny we spent as the highlight of the week was sitting on the front porch enjoying a quiet evening and. Momma black bear came walking around the corner right in front of the porch bringing along her 2 little cubs this was AMAZING to see although she tried to come up on the porch but no worries everybody was safe. The momma and cubs stayed around and played for well over a hour as we enjoyed watching them from the porch. Highly recommended stay here as the communication was EXCELLENT and the cabin is absolutely beautiful. I definitely felt right at home. I’m so ready to go back

Cabin was very cute and in a wonderful location, could use some extra loving on the cleanliness, sucked having to wait until the next day to use the hot tub do it being turned way down. The bedroom TV down stairs was unable to get any channel on that, which was a little frustrating. We enjoyed having the grill available to cook on.

Had a lovely time. Nice to be away from traffic and yet close enough to make a grocery run.

We had a great time in the Gatlinburg area. The cabin was in the perfect location being in the countryside it yet close to shopping, entertainment and sites. We would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it to someone wanting a quiet getaway.

Our stay was comfortable. We very much enjoyed the jet tub and hot tub. The kids loved the game room and the beds were very comfortable. The inside wasn't as clean as it should have been. Some of the furniture was dusty and some items from a previous person were found upstairs. We did communicate this with staff and they were responsive and helpful. The location seemed weird at first because of how the GPS took us in but the next day when we got out shopping we really enjoyed the area and went shopping at different local places. We enjoyed the privacy the house offered but it wasn't too far from town either so that was nice.

Rustic looking cabin on the outside very nice inside.

The cabin was quite deceiving on the outside yet very spacious inside looking at it from the road you would never have guessed it. We had a wonderful stay secluded yet close to everything the area has to offer. I would most definitely stay here again.

Cute cabin

The gps brought us in on the small roads with a trailer tow behind. It was very tricky navigating the the tight turns, but we made it work. When we arrived the cabin was very cute and easy to get into thanks to the advanced communication with the manager. It was a great stay. I recommend this to people with teens and not for the faint of heart and definitely do not recommend trailers.

Honeymoon trip

We really enjoyed it. My wife’s mother got it for us for our honeymoon. We loved that it was alone and not in a hotel, comfy and cozy. A place just for the two of us where we could hang out and spend our honeymoon. just love one another. It was very clean and well kept.

We had a Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful cabin. Very clean. Had a very small issue when we first arrived but they were there within an hour to fix it. Hot tub was great, water pressure in shower is great. We will be staying here again.

When the owners visited the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN in 2005, they were so impressed with the area such that they purchased cabins and homes that families could visit and enjoy for vacations and all types of other short term stays. When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.
