The back yard was nothing like the listing showed. It looked like it hadn't been cared for in a while. Everything else was great. The place was very clean and spacious.

The host answered questions quickly. The check-in and checkout process was easy. However, the railing on the deck is coming unscrewed and is dangerous, the microwave handle is broken, and it could have been more well kept on the outside and inside.

overall it was a good stay. if it were my house, i would mow the back yard. Invest in a better coffee maker. That is about it. Nice older home. We enjoyed our stay.

The pictures are all dated. The yard was all over grown. I booked months in advance no reason to not have the yard done. Both swings in the pictures are broken and unusable. The outdoor patio area and stairs are very suspect. Didn’t feel too safe. The driveway is a real steep slope but that seams normal for that area. The furniture on the patio has straps holding it together. Wouldn’t recommend

The property need to be upgraded. We did not have any towels. Microwave was broken when we get there. It look nothing like the picture when we get there. Landscaping was horrible. Reported all to the property manager that was going on. We chose this property because of the landscaping and we got that the landscaping was overgrown. It was horrible. . Tv need new batteries. Furniture need to be upgraded. Could not work the TVs. Will not choose this property any more in the future coming to Hot Spring Village.

We had a great experience. We made lots of great memories with friends and family. The lake was beautiful! The lake house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed it. The host was very nice , friendly, and easy to deal with.

Cornelius our host was gracious and friendly. The house was sweet, quaint and comfortable. Impeccably clean. My only complaints are small. There were 7 remotes in the living room and we struggled to make the system work. I ended up downloading an app on my phone to control the volume. There was a large old boat parked at the dock making it difficult to use. The driveway is extremely steep and narrow making parking even two vehicles a trick. Overall, still worth it.

Mr. Cor was so nice and quick to respond to any questions/requests we had. He came and got the paddles out for the kayaks for us since the kids were wanting to kayak and the water was just warming up enough to. We had a lovely conversation while he was there. The yard was absolutely stunning! We took some senior portraits of my niece while there. Gorgeous views of Lake Desoto.The beds were super comfy and the location was perfect, as it was on a quiet, non-busy road. Showers were nice and hot the whole time which is huge when 9 people are showering. We were able to rest, relax, and rejuvenate while there. Many fun memories were made by our whole family! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again and it is available.

this property is the dream for a family vacation and the lake front view is just amazing, the access to the lake makes it unique, sure we are coming back in the summer

Great House for our Golf Trip

This is the second here we have stayed in this house for an annual golf trip to HSV. The host is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again
