Benvenuti nel nostro South Haven Brockway Beach House! Siamo orgogliosi proprietari di questa perfetta casa per le vacanze al mare. Grande layout, dimensioni, bagni e servizi per due famiglie da condividere o da distribuire e divertirsi. Due divani letto portano la capacità della nostra confortevole casa a 12.

Prendi il sole del mattino sul portico anteriore coperto da pergola. Carica il nuovissimo carrello da spiaggia per la rapida passeggiata di due isolati fino a Oak Beach (sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, frigorifero e giocattoli in dotazione). Dopo una giornata di sole, nuoto e sabbia, risciacquare nella doccia esterna prima di cucinare la cena sulla griglia a gas naturale Weber appena installata. Termina la tua giornata in giro per il pozzo del fuoco di gas facile da usare godendo di cocktail o smores.

Il seminterrato finito include un tavolo da biliardo, una nuova TV a schermo piatto con Direct TV, lettore DVD e un sistema di gioco Wii. Abbiamo una piccola raccolta di film e molti giochi da tavolo.

Bar completo bagnato al primo piano per gli adulti: porta le tue bevande preferite! Mangiare in cucina con ripiani in granito e tavolo per quattro. Sala da pranzo separata, aperta ai sedili della cucina 6-8. Bellissimo patio con tavolo ombrellone e posti a sedere, oltre a sedie a sdraio. I motivi includono anche un canestro da basket e un vialetto per parcheggiare fuori strada fino a 4 auto.

Godetevi tutto ciò che South Haven ha da offrire dalla nostra posizione tranquilla e conveniente. Camminate fino a Oak Beach o fate una breve passeggiata o guidate verso molte altre splendide spiagge pubbliche. Downtown South Haven è a circa un miglio di distanza, quindi godetevi una piacevole passeggiata, un giro in bicicletta o un giro in auto veloce a tutti i ristoranti e ai negozi.

Wonderful place! Great location, house is larger than it looks in the pictures

Would definitely stay here again at this location. Home is decorated so cute. Short walk to the lake. They have so many items available for your use. I thought I was organized bringing everything I needed. What I forgot, was easily located in the cupboards, closets or drawers. Communication is top notch. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Excellent place to stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property & we love it. My sisters & I are planning on staying here every year for our sisters weekend. This property is clean, spacious & we loved the back yard, patio & fire pit.

Excellent again!

Another great relaxing week in SoHa at Brockway Place! The house is sparkling clean, very comfortable and is an excellent location. The owners are wonderful… communication is a breeze.

Wonderful getaway!

We had a great time during our recent stay! The homeowners were very easy to work with, and the house layout worked great for our group. Quick and easy beach access was the cherry on top!

South Haven Gem

This property deserves the 5 star rating we gave it! The owners communicated promptly and provided easy to follow check in/check out procedures. The house has everything necessary for a great vacation…..location, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of games in case of rainy weather, wonderful outdoor space to enjoy any time of day, and of course all the essential items for a day at the beach. We would definitely book this house next time we vacation in South Haven!

Spring break ‘21 on Lake Michigan

The property was excellent for our family with 2 kids. Lots of games, books, and toys in the garage, the house is one block away from the beach, and close to everything. We had a great time, highly recommend.

Wonderful property and owner!

Once again, 117 Brockway did not disappoint! This home has everything you need and is always super clean. Jen, the owner is very nice and so easy to work with. Location is great, close to the beach but yet provides a quiet retreat. We love our time in SoHa at this wonderful home.

Very relaxing week!

We had a wonderful week in South Haven at this property. The house was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 7 children. We also appreciated being able to use the kayaks and other beach toys in the garage. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We loved this house! Plenty of room and convenient to town and the beach!

We visited for our fall break and the house had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the basketball goal, the pool table and all the games. The beach is only a block away and the kids did a “polar plunge”. Town is less than a mile away too and an easy walk. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Just What We Were Looking For!

We stayed with our adult children and 2 grandkids, ages 3 and 10 months. The house had everything we needed, including high chair, pack n play, and sand toys. We will definitely use Jen's place again@

I love this property and the owners! This is one of my favorite homes to stay in; its so clean, perfect location; with a tremendously functional home and yard with everything you need and could want. I took my sisters and mother here to celebrate my mother’s birthday and we all loved this home. The owners are super to work with and the communication is superb.

great week

Hi, overall we loved the house size and location! The basement and backyard are nice additional space for a family. The bedrooms were nice for a family. Additional silverware would help with a family that cooks and eats in most meals. Even though we closed off all the air vents in the basement and main floor, the bedrooms still did not get very cool. Luckily we took fans with us the helped. Overall we loved the house and would like to book again in the future.

Wonderful location! Perfect house!

We rented this house with our two grown daughters and their husbands, a one year old grandson, and brother who brought his 2 pre-teen daughters. (So 10 people total) It met our needs perfectly! The couple with the baby took the basement and there were comfy mattresses down there and plenty of room for a portacrib. There were also no issues with bathroom space. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of counter space which was great for a big group! We walked to Oak street beach for sunsets and drove to North Beach for daytime beach fun! ( Too much gear to walk but it is a very doable walk) We also enjoyed smores around the fire pit one evening! Overall it was a great house in a great location!

Charming beach house perfect for family

This house was exactly as described. It was in a great location and the right size for us. The kitchen was well stocked, the kids played non-stop on the pool table and the beds/linens were comfortable. And, the house was very clean. The only reason I took off a star was for two reasons. The main foyer lights were not working nor were the patio lights. We tried every light switch in the house and could not get them to come on at all. It would be strange that all the lightbulbs were off, but with it being a rainy weekend, the foyer was quite dark and lights would have been great. The other reason is the early departure time of 10am. With having to get kids packed, the house in order (trash, laundry, etc) it was a very condensed morning. Just even one hour later would make all the difference in the world. I understand the need to turn the house around for new guests, however you should also be able to enjoy a bit of the morning for the money you pay. Outside that, which are minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things, it was a very nice house.

What a great place to stay!!!!!

My 5 sisters and I stayed at the Brockway Beach House and it was everything we had hoped for. Clean, spacious, close to the beach & a great neighborhood. The only issue we had was getting our large truck down the driveway to unload (a little narrow). The garbage receptacles were in the way but it was an easy fix. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Over the past few years we have been visiting Southwest Michigan. We quickly fell in love with the beautiful beaches and sunsets. As we learned about each town, we knew South Haven was the place for us! Our home provides a quiet, yet convenient oasis. Walk to the closest beaches, or take a short drive to explore the town and the many other beaches which make South Haven so special. We have also discovered that we love South Haven in every season. Fall, winter and spring offer no crowds while enjoying shopping, dining, Lake Michigan, orchards, cranberry harvest, wineries, biking and hiking trails, ice festivals and skating in town, day trips to Saugatauk, and so much more that we have yet to discover or learn about from our guests. It is our hope that you will find everything you need and more in our comfortable, well maintained and well equipped home.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The gas fire pit in the yard is so easy to use and makes for wonderful way to wrap up each night! The easy walk to the beach can't be beat with our beach wagon and beach chairs/toys for you to enjoy. The front porch with a pergola overhead is so inviting. Plenty of room to sleep 12. 2.5 bath. Pool table and new TV in the basement. These are just a few of the many benefits of our South Haven home.
