This was a perfect stay for our family on the coast. It was very quiet, right on the beach, and very spacious. Breathtaking views. Would definitely recommend for larger groups.

Great stay

Nice property and lots of room to relax. Right on the beach with amazing views. Not the cleanest but that’s to be expected since they allow pets ☺️

Trip to Newport, Oregon

A good place to stay for our group ages 6 to 74. Plenty of room and fun on the beach with kites and tide pools, but also lots to do in Newport and the area.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful home with plenty of room to spread out. Fun little walking path for a short adventure down to the beach. Property managers communicated well and timely. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach property!

We held our cousins Christmas here this year and we’re very happy. This is a big house with room for multiple people. While you can tell this is a property loved by many, it was clean and orderly with good furniture. We would stay here again!

Spring Break Trip

We had a lovely time at this property. The access to the beach was easy. The rooms were spacious. The host was helpful. This location is a nice upgrade to a beach trip with easy access to many local activities.

Worst house rental ever (I've had 9 house rentals along the Oregon coast). There is no patio furniture. Some poor soul did buy about 6 folding cloth chairs to supplement the 4 plastic chairs on the main deck. Had to call host because the toilet in the master bedroom was not properly connected to the floor and tilted when you sat down. Toilet door in the MB was a glass saloon-type door (who needs privacy). Could not see the ocean from the lower deck if seated. Great from the upper deck (stocked with two Adirondack chairs) accessed via two of the bedrooms. Did not have the book of instructions for using stuff around the house nor did they have checkout instructions in the house (I got an email at 4PM the day before checkout which I did not read until later on checkout day). Zero, zilch, nada kitchen staples. Salt and pepper would have been nice! Had to buy sugar, flour, spices, etc. Coffee maker is like a Mr. Coffee, no K-Cups for this house. One frying pan was horribly dirty and stained. e bought a hand mixer. TV remotes had 4 but only 1 would control the TV, etc. It's the smallest one with the volume control on the side. Branches overhang the driveway that will scratch anything larger than a smart car. DO NOT RESPOND TO THE WELCOME SURVEY until you are somewhat settled in the house. Not sure if the HVAC was duel or not. We could not find a way to heat the upstairs. Unable to start the gas stove (not sure gas is even connected). Uploaded some photos.

Nice property

Clean and well presented, perfect for our needs for a private family gathering. Quiet location and a very nice view. Some age issues with the home, but nothing serious.

Big house for a family gathering

It’s hard to find a house that has five separate bedrooms. We have four adult children and ourselves to accommodate, so it was nice that everyone had their own space. All the rooms were very spacious. Great kitchen and large dining room to accommodate us all. Awesome view of the ocean.

Wonderful views

We went for my mother’s 50th birthday and had a wonderful time. The house is very large and spacious. The views are beautiful and we had a great time. The house does need some paint on some baseboards in the bathrooms but otherwise it is clean and very nice. We loved the space and are hoping to come back in a few years for my brother-in-laws 40th.

Beautiful location to relax with Family

This property was beautiful and had wonderful views of the water. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen stove was dirty inside upon our arrival and the outdoor grill had no propane. We ran into a few bumps, but nothing major. Overall everything worked out for our stay.

70th Birthday

Beautiful home, spacious rooms. The wooded path to the ocean was pretty but not really walkable for us older people as it was very narrow and lots of tree roots to step over. There is a public beach access just a short way south of the house. The views from the upper bedrooms are stunning. We loved the house and surrounding area
