Our family loved our week spent at the Bird of Paradise! So close to walk to the beach! A lot of places to sleep. The kids loved the big variety of beach toys, and the wagon in the garage was a bonus. The two refrigerators in the kitchen was awesome! One for drinks and one for food! Would love to come back someday

This is an amazing house and location. Walking distance to the beach was ideal. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Jeffry was an excellent owner, very responsive whenever contacted.Bird of Paradise’s location is great…beach views and an easy walk to the beach. The house accommodated our family comfortably.

The house was wonderful. Short walk to the beach. So nice to have a wagon to take to the beach and beach toys in the garage. If we had any questions or issues Jeffry was quick to reply and very helpful. Definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful house, very spacious and clean. Very close to the beach and community pool & hot tub. Very close to amenities. Would definitely recommend for large families. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The eleven in our family - grandparents, parents, children - enjoyed this spacious house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The second floor balcony was nice for morning coffee, the den plenty big and comfortable for family entertainment, and the dining table big enough for all of us to be together. Our host was responsive to every question and need prior to and during our stay. The short walk to the private beach, chairs and umbrellas available, beautiful aqua water and white sand really did make us think that for a few days - not enough days - we were in paradise.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed to get us started. The house was clean and well equipped. Very short walk to the beach. We would definitely book again!

STOP looking, you found it! This place is perfect for your group. Big kitchen for the nights staying in to cook. Plenty of beds Plenty of space to spread out. Large balcony for morning coffee.Plenty of parking Pool was heated for us on arrival (mid March). Steps to the beach—-beach service included!Basketball, pickleball, tennis courts. Owner was VERY responsive and quick to respond via text. Is in a private gated community, mostly families very quiet, laid back and we were there during Spring Break. The beach is gated and private as well!Would definitely stay again!

Always Great!

This was our family's third visit to the Bird and it did not disappoint once again. Beautiful house, spacious and well maintained, and super close to the beach. This is a great place to stay for all ages!

We snowbird for the month of January 2026 with 1 couple and had guest periodically stay for a long weekend or for a week Kitchen area and living room was large and there was plenty of space. We had two maintenance issues near the end of our stay, but Jeffry called her handyman and the issues were fixed promptly. Jeffry was great to work with and communication was easy.

I so enjoyed getting to meet all of you. I try not to be in the middle of things so that you have it all to yourselves, but yes, I needed to get you a new microwave so you could have your popcorn in the afternoons. Do try to come back and have more Destin fun!!! My pleasure to be your hostess!!

Beautiful Break

We stayed at Bird of Paradise with 3 other families. The house was perfect for a group, the kitchen is fully stocked for easy meals and the beach and pickle ball were perfect ;)

Glad you enjoyed. I try to get back to my guests anytime they text. Glad I was able to tell you where the electric panel was when that breaker tripped. I find that communication is a ‘big deal’ when a little problem occurs! I try to be ‘on hand and ready to help’, just in case. Hope you had a good trip home. Come back.

Home is a block from the beach, lots of space, beautiful home. Private access to the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Glad you enjoyed Bird of Paradise. Hope you will come back. We have plans for many new upgrades for 2022, such as upgrading the bathrooms and putting new tile in the whole downstairs. The house is 3455 Sq. feet and we can't do it all in one year, but we do try to have several upgrades every year. Come back to see. Sincere best regards.
