Casa di metà del secolo situata a metà strada tra Sarasota e Venice FL. Viste pacifiche dell'insenatura del sud che sfociano nel canale navigabile costiero di Sarasota. Casa tranquilla e rilassante perfetta per coppie o famiglie che cercano di sfuggire al trambusto quotidiano e rilassarsi. Rinfrescati in piscina durante il giorno o fai un tuffo la sera. Kayak disponibili per il lancio al largo del molo privato. Kayak direttamente nell'Oscar Scherer State Park o nella zona costiera. I lamantini possono essere visti muoversi lungo il canale. La spiaggia di Nokomis si trova a 10 minuti in auto a sud e Siesta Key a 20 minuti in auto a nord. Dopo una giornata in spiaggia, goditi un bicchierino intorno alla buca per il fuoco all'aperto o sul ponte della piscina. La casa è completamente arredata e pronta per essere goduta. 3 camere da letto + divano letto

Beautiful waterfront home

My family enjoyed our week in this waterfront home. Watching the many different birds & watching the fish was so relaxing. We didn't use the pool but we visited many close beaches! Having beach chairs & an umbrella to use was a big plus for us! This home is very close to some great restaurants!

Another great stay!

This was my second stay at this property and it was consistent with my 1st. Everything was perfectly ready for guests. The house is clean when I get there. The dock area is well maintained and perfect if you want to fish or just have a glass of wine and enjoy the scenery. The appliances work great. Never used the pool but it is very well maintained as well.

Relaxing

Mary’s place was as advertised. Very relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store. Mary was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this wonderful home. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location and everything you needed

5 star review all the way . Dock and water was beautiful and calming with wildlife and fish in the backyard . Pool heated and comfortable even on a couple of cool 60 degeee days . Kitchen was beautiful overlooking the water , and house was fully stocked with everything we needed . Bbq was great . A true vacation home . Mary was overly accommodating and friendly . Neighborhood was beautiful and safe . Supermarket, gym and beaches all within minutes .

MORE THAN WE EXPECTED!

When we opened the front door we could see through to the back wall of windows which over-looked the water. The view was beautiful! House was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool towels ready by the door, Ample towels for our showers. Anything we needed for cooking was there. The layout of the home was wide open and felt inviting. Pool was excellent and a perfect size for our family of adults. It would have been perfect if we would have caught some fish off the pier, but no fault of the host. Just a great stay. About 20 minutes from the wedding we needed to attend in Siesta Key with was fine as we did did not find a home as good. The homes near Siesta were more with less amenities. We loved the area and may look to buy a home in the area for ourselves to live in.

Peace and Sun!

Beautiful, peaceful location!! Amazing views! Our family loved this home! Enjoyed the pool, dock, and the kayaks! Lots of games, books, and beach gear available for use. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and home. Mary is extremely kind and easy to communicate with. Very close to gorgeous beaches and fishing. Would love to vacation here again!

Paradise found!

Although we were happy staying close to 'home' most days, favorite adventures included several trips to Venice, to Oscar Scherer Park to kayak and biking the scenic Legacy Trail (we brought our own bikes.) Our favorite things about the house are it's magnificent location (so private & such lovely views) , it's tasteful decor and it's oh-so-comfortable bed! We feel grateful to Mary & Rob for sharing their house -- it was a delightfully lazy month!

Million Dollar View

This is the perfect place to relax and put your feet up! Great location- close to shopping, grocery and beaches. The beds are very comfortable. Mary was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We all loved the house!

We loved everything about our stay! Our kids begged to stay at the house instead of going to the beaches. They loved fishing and riding the kayaks. My husband loved the ambiance of the outdoor fire by the river. Highly recommend this place!

The Perfect Refuge

Mary's home is the perfect getaway. It was clean, well equipped and had nice furnishings. The view out the entire back of the house was fantastic! We spent countless hours watching the water, wildlife and the rolling clouds of the open sky. We could enjoy it all as we dined, fished, hung out in the pool and even as we binged a few episodes on Netflx. It was fun watching the boats go out to sail for the day and come in for the night. It was truly a peaceful, enjoyable stay.

Perfect Place

We had a fantastic time at the property - the house is even better than I thought it would be. It was perfect for my family - we really enjoyed the pool and fishing from the nice dock. We even got the kayak out. Watching the fish jumping in the lake in the morning was really cool! Many things are provided for the stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Mary responded to the couple of questions I had within a couple of minutes. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity. Highly recommended!
