Beautiful location super soft beds

This property is in a beautiful location and has a warm and cozy feel. The kitchen is extremely well equipped! Cooking meals was easy and fun! For those who prefer a firmer bed, know these mattresses are super soft.

Great once again

Second time here. Beautiful setting, clean, and a favorite place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view across the lake. The kitchen has it all. Nothing is left to want when staying here. Comfortable beds are top notch. Always love it here.

The house was modern and comfortable. We especially liked the two decks on the water.

My Husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in Webster October 11-14, 2018. The owner was fantastic and very accommodating. He was very responsive to all of our questions. The house was comfortable with all of the modern amenities. Our dog loved it as well.

Very enjoyable stay!

Exceeded expectations. Owners were excellent in communication. Property was perfectly detailed with small information cards and each switch labeled. All the fine details were clearly provided. Very clean and roomy. And the owners provided a wonderful array of cooking spices.

Beautiful view, Lovely house

This home is set up for beautiful lake views - from the deck, from the patio, from the dining room table, living room and master bedroom. The water is crystal clear with easy access from the dock and walk in stairs. Plenty of room to tie up a boat. The house is lovely and has everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to the marina and rented a tandem kayak for 3 hours. This worked out great. Highly recommended.

Amazing Property Right on the Lake

This house is just incredible! The property owners have included so many surprises with the home for guests to enjoy! We had a blast with the dart board, taking the flashlights out on the dock and dipping our feet in the unbelievably clear lake. The master shower with multiple heads & heated toilet/bidet seats are a high end luxury touch. Overall, we wish we could’ve spent more time here - but there’s so much for us to see, this was our first time in Massachusetts. We’ll be back, and won’t forget this house anytime soon.

Spot of heaven on the Lake.

We rented this property as a Labor Day family weekend. It was exactly what we needed. Intimate setting with plenty of things to do for 20 something year Olds. But not too outrageously expensive as well. Everything was at arm length away when it was needed inside. We brought our 2 golden retriever. It was a wonderful time. They swam, bathed in the sunshine on the deck and Experienced ducks, for the first time. Duane was an excellent host. Answered our questions on a very timely manner. Even received a person note when I got there. I thought was a wonderful touch. Would recommend this lake house and host to anyone.

Great home, great view.

Great home, great view. I cannot express my appreciation enough on how accommodating and gracious our hosts were as we had to extend our stay by one day. The home had a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful 2nd floor deck. If only the weather was better to enjoy it. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils and cookware one could need, right down to the spices. Surround sound throughout the house was a nice surprise. Everything is well labeled to help with using the WiFi, TV, washer, dryer, etc. Even each light switch. Any question you may have needed answered were already thought of ahead of time and answered in the manual or what was labeled. Such a well thought of house and very guest friendly. Ample parking which was a plus for visitors.

Beyond expectations.

Beginning with easy to communication with the owners, this place was off the charts great. It has a gorgeous view looking out across the lake to begin with. We had much success fishing off the dock (Bass, large and small mouth, perch, sunfish, and Bluegill). The home itself is well appointed, leaving nothing to be desired for a short or long term stay. The small details during our stay include labeled light switches (many places it's a guessing game) and an informational booklet that is clear and helpful. The beds are comfortable and with a bedroom on each floor offers privacy for each couple. We're southerners, and with beautiful fall colors and cooler temperatures...the heated toilet seats were a hit. Groceries and restaurants are all within a few minute drive. There are many easily accessible hiking trails in the area to explore. I can't think of anything else to include that would help other potential travelers in their decision on where to stay. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful house to us and hope to return again next year.

Breathtaking Views

What an amazing house and location. The views from the house were only rivaled by the spectacular sights seen from the deck. Each bedroom was extremely comfortable and the kitchen plenty big enough to have great dinners each night. Most days were spent either bobbing in the crystal clear water or kayaking the enormous lake with its multitude of coves and islands. Interestingly enough we had a film being made next door to us from 10pm-4am for several nights. No fault of the owners but this created some difficulties for those that liked to go to bed early and wake up early for the sunrises. We enjoyed a free Water Skiing show at the local beach and enjoyed some great seafood at the local restaurant. The only issue we had were a couple minor damages being claimed caused by us that were present when we arrived. Just shows that us renters need to make sure we notate any issues we see to the owners right away, no matter how minor we feel it may be and to always get the insurance to cover any disagreements. I would definitely recommend this house for a scenic relaxing week to anyone and hopefully we can find the time to go back!

Great weekend

Lovely home, owners thought of many details that add up to a great stay - labeling all of the light and fan switches - genius! Also enjoyed the art/decorations that seem to be from their many travels. Great communication before and during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house on Webster Lake! We stayed for Thanksgiving week with relatives coming from New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We used the kitchen extensively with 3 of us cooking at the same time. We brought a lot of our own kitchen things but really needed very few things. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want and more. We were able to prepare a huge Thanksgiving dinner for 8. The house is also so comfortable and cozy. Just beatiful looking out on the lake. I cant think of anything you would need that was not there. The owner is so nice and very helpful with all our questions. We hope to rent again when we go to visit my daughter .

The house was very clean & beautifully decorated!

We loved the house. All of the amenities were great. I like to cook and enjoyed having everything I needed at my fingertips. We were easily able to enjoy each other’s company in the common areas, but also had plenty of space for down time. I highly recommend!

Webster Lake house. Ideal vacation home.

There were 8 family members in the house and no one felt crowded. The house was clean and welcoming. The owner was attentive to our needs and immediately responsive to questions and concerns. The view was spectacular and peaceful. We all had a wonderful time. The only set-back was getting the downstairs TV to work. Instructions were available but a little too complicated for us to figure out. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend this property. It did not disappoint.

Thanks for the wonderful rating and feedback Nancy. I'm sorry the downstairs TV was too complicated. We've tried to set it up so folks can stream their own Netflix accounts and iPhone content but perhaps we're making it too complicated. We'll have to rethink that.

Beautiful lakefront home.

Convenient location, close to grocery store; which is all you needed. Very thoughtful hosts, fresh towels set out on all the beds and a good variety of coffees supplied as a nice bonus. Three nice bedrooms located on separate floors for the ultimate in privacy. I would not recommend it for families with small children due to multiple stairways connecting the levels of the home.
