The condo was clean, but aging. The balcony and ocean view were a huge plus. It was a short walk to the beach. There were chairs and umbrellas you could rent by the day, days or week for the beach. It was very quiet in mid August and very relaxing! Our host Cheryl was quick to reply to any questions that we had.

We had a wonderful time at Cheryl and Darrel’s condo at Phoenix 8 on Orange Beach. It was beautifully decorated and everything was comfortable to sit on. The king size bed was very nice. We especially enjoyed the balcony seating. We spent every morning and evening sitting out there. Watching the waves and beach action. We even saw dolphins a few mornings. We had one small issue and Cheryl quickly fixed the problem going above and beyond. Everything was close by and easy to get too. I highly recommend staying at their condo. We are looking forward to going back sometime soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, access to the ocean was awesome and it was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Our room had a lovely view of the ocean and surrounding area. The walk to the beach was not long. The condo was tastefully decorated and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. My one suggestion would be to get a bigger coffee pot - 5 cups at a time for brewing (actually 4 cups). There is also a k-cup machine if you prefer that. The condo building was well maintained. All in all we will certainly consider this condo for future stays in Orange Beach.

This condo is perfect for a couple beach vacation. The view is beautiful and the condo is equipped with everything you need. We love the deck and the comfortable furniture. It is an easy walk to the beach or you can hang out by the pool. It is close to many dining options or souvenir shopping. My husband & I have stayed at other Phoenix properties and love this one because of the homey feel rather than the corporate hotel vibe.

Summer Trip 2025

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the beach as always. It is our favorite place to go. I have to say that this was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed in and the bed was soooo comfortable. Would recommend this place to everyone!!!!

The property was just as promised.The view was amazing and the location was close to anything you wanted to do. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved the balcony and the rocking chairs. The dolphins off the beach were a bonus.
