Our second year in a row staying here and I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt there will be a third year next year. You’re close enough to the main strip to walk to dinner and you’re steps away from the beach. Having coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise or sunset is so cleansing for the soul. Kathy is amazing to work with and communicate with as well! Thank you for being our go-to!

Loved our stay! Kathy was very communicative and kind. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but I have no doubt she would have been more than willing to assist. Gave us great food recommendations.We were on a girls weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Just a walk over the dunes and we were at the beach. We brought our own beach stuff and so didn’t need to use anything at the house and we ate out so didn’t cook but the kitchen seems great for cooking. The living room was comfy and good for watching tv at night. Both beds were comfortable and the showers were great.Really couldn’t beat this location and we would highly recommend!

We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week with our three year old! Everything in this condo seemed new, from the super comfy beds to the kitchen supplies. It was also VERY clean upon check in and the extra linens were so helpful after all the swimming and extra showers to wash sand off. The easy beach access was so great and we were able to walk downtown to the boardwalk a few evenings for dinner, too. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our 6th year at CB, but our 1st time staying directly on the beach. Kathy’s place is wonderful! We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean. The condo is stocked with everything you may need and very comfortable. Kathy not only reached out to check on us, but also gave us some recommendations for places to eat on the island. We’re sad our week is over but already looking forward to next year!

Property was as listed… Inside clean but stairs up to property were not clean at arrival (vacuumed during stay)…well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment …slight ocean view/beach due to sand dune…easy access to beach. Is ramp…host was very helpful with check in and a problem with the lock quickly …I would stay there again when weather is warmer

The property is just as described on the VRBO app, just a few steps from the beach with great view. The host communication is tremendous - she was very responsive to any and all questions we had about the property. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Furniture was very comfortable. The only minus is the parking was challenging for my large vehicle. However, considering price, value and location - it was completely worth it ….

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was super clean and well stocked, and within walking distance to the boardwalk. Beach access was extremely convenient and Kathy was quick to respond to any questions.

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach. Check in was smooth and easy and Kathy was right on top of everything if I had a question. Minor hiccup with the refrigerator but it was immediately taken care of with no problem at all. The chairs on the deck are awesome and you couldn't beat the view and the ease to get right down to the beach. I hated to leave but I'll be booking with her again!Book the vacation now! You only live once and you should have an awesome place to to relax and recharge and this is the place!

Perfect spot for family trip

We brought our almost two year old daughter here for her first beach trip and it was perfect. The close proximity to the beach is the best part, plus the condo is very well accommodated and the hosts are lovely to work with. Would visit again!

This was a lovely place to stay! It exceeded our expectations by far! It was very clean, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was so peaceful. Our host, was very responsive and answered all our questions, checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. We had a wonderful time and would love to come again!

Home away from home

Staying in this condo was very comfortable - it was clean, close to the beach and the boardwalk, and the property manager was easy to communicate with about check in/out. Our family would highly recommend this rental property and plan on returning next summer.

This was a perfect spot for a beach getaway. The unit was very clean as advertised. Short walk to the beach was very convenient to maximize our beach time. Communication with host was excellent. We would stay here again.
