Questo accogliente 1 camera da letto / 1 bagno condominio ha una splendida vista sia di giorno che di notte. Godetevi le meravigliose viste sul Golfo durante il giorno e di notte, le splendide luci di Santini Marina Plaza e le aree circostanti. Questa unità si affaccia anche sulla piscina che è splendidamente illuminata di notte. C'è una splendida vista dello stagno con una fontana che si illumina di notte. Sempre qualcosa per il tuo piacere di visione ogni volta che ti rilassi sul balcone! Questa è una casa lontano da casa con tutti i comfort per una vacanza meravigliosa. Situato nella tranquilla estremità sud dell'Isola Estero, ma a breve distanza in auto o in tram dal molo e da Times Square. Godetevi tranquille passeggiate sulla spiaggia raccogliendo conchiglie di mare, mentre ammirate tutta la fauna locale. Assicurati di tenere gli occhi aperti per gli avvistamenti del DELFINO !! A pochi passi dall'altra parte della strada è Santini Marina Plaza con ristoranti, negozi e altro ancora. C'è anche un negozio di alimentari Publix a due miglia a nord di Estero Boulevard.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club è splendidamente paesaggistico e si trova su 7 miglia di spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Ha una piscina riscaldata, una terrazza solarium con ampie sedie a sdraio, campi da tennis e aree per grigliate e pic-nic. L'edificio ha una hall protetta, lavanderia a gettoni, un ampio parcheggio ed è dotato di ascensori. I carrelli per i bagagli sono forniti nella hall accanto all'ufficio.

Questa unità al 5 ° piano ha pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto, nuovi arredi, cucina completamente rinnovata e completamente attrezzata, bagno recentemente ristrutturato e ampio balcone all'aperto. Per la vostra comodità, l'unità è coperta dalla connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e anche al piano terra nelle aree comuni e intorno alla piscina. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono forniti, insieme a teli da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e noodles per nuotare.

Lover's Key State Park è a soli 3 miglia a sud di Estero Blvd con una bellissima spiaggia. È possibile noleggiare kayak, biciclette, canoe, paddleboard, sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni. Ha 5 miglia di sentieri per andare in bicicletta e trekking, e sono anche disponibili tour in kayak. È sede di lamantini, delfini, spatole rosate e aquile calve. Ci sono molte altre attività su Fort Myers Beach. Non ti annoierai !! Assicurati di individuare i numerosi ottimi ristoranti della zona.

We loved the beach and ocean view from the Condo! It was very peaceful and relaxing. We were fortunate to have a perfect sunset each evening. Great place and location!

Lovely place with a great view and all the essentials for your stay and for your fun at the beach! View was lovely and close to everything but still feels private. We will definitely come back!

It was so nice being a part of the reopening of the area and see the island coming back to life. Condo was great, convenient and perfect for the two of us. Great views of the sunset and sunrise. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

sunshine, sand and 80's

We enjoyed much of the location, ease of the facilities, close to beach and great eateries. Gave a 4 star overall due to need of new linens and towels. Threadbare and loss of elastic on sheets, needed more dishtowels, regular towels and washclothes. Really liked chairs on deck/we know they are expensive!

Hi John, I apologize for your experience with the linens. Had I known sooner, I would have taken care of it immediately. I will certainly be addressing this with my cleaning service. There are usually plenty of towels and wash clothes, and I had previously provided them with brand new sheet sets. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Recent trip to Estero Beach and Tennis Club

Great communication with the owner, Cheryl. Very timely and helpful responses. The condo was very pretty, nicely updated and clean! I’m cautious about being in bare feet in a condo, and I was barefoot all week. The balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sunsets from it and the huge picture window. Perfect size for me, my husband and our dog, Holly. The pool was newly done and great! This end of the island was very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful beaches and shelling. The island is still recovering from hurricane Ian, but it’s so nice to see it being rebuilt.

Beware

This is a nice, small condo in a great location. It does need significant updating and maintenance. The listing says washer dryer included but the washer and dryer are not in the unit. They are on the first floor and are coin operated or app operated. The addition of pickleball courts was a pleasant surprise. Not surprisingly, there is considerable construction and restoration going on in the building and around the grounds. And the noise that goes with it. Take note (and pictures) of anything that is damaged, broken or stained in the unit. Over a week after our stay, we were surprised by a $150 charge from the owner for cleaning a couple of stains on the couch. We noticed the small spots on the couch but are confident they were there before we arrived. We chose this unit, in part, because of the 5 star rating. This is not a bad property but it’s not 5 star.

Hi Lloyd, I'm a bit surprised by some of your comments. There has been a lot of hard work done and thousands of dollars spent recovering from the devastation of hurricane Ian. So it's beyond me what updating and maintenance you are referring to. Pictures showed the morning of your departure there was a basketball size stain on the right cushion of the couch that started on the top of the cushion and went down the front. There was another smaller stain on the left cushion. Those stains were not there the Saturday prior, when you checked in. I was very disappointed, as the queen pull out sofa is brand new. It was only 4 weeks old when you arrived. And as far as the laundry facilities, it's in the property description that it's coin and card operated on the ground floor. It also states that in the amenities. Perhaps you need to read about the property you're renting. Yes, there is still some construction happening, but to some of us, it's music to our ears! The construction won't last forever, but for now, it means our beloved Island is coming back to life and will be as beautiful as it was before! Thank you for your business. God Bless Fort Myers Beach

Nice and Quiet

We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl’s property. The view of the beach is great. Communication was excellent with Cheryl and we have no complaints with any part of our experience. The restaurants in the area were wonderful. The condo is located on the quiet end of the island so it is perfect for relaxing. The more active end is a very short drive or trolley ride away. I would recommend her unit.

Comfy and Convenient

Enjoyed our stay in this 5th floor condo. Fantastic views of the Gulf and sunsets, very near our relatives, walking distance to restaurants. Turtle rules not so convenient. Found beach chairs under bed on last day.

The experience was very nice short walk to beach. Restaurants were all in short drive and walking distance. Plenty of pool and beach equipment. There was only one thing that was kinda strat and that was the pool closing at 7:15 pm a little early. But other then that everything was beautiful. Thanks you very much.

A delightful stay

The condo was bigger than expected and very nicely furnished. The bed was quite comfy and any questions I had were promptly answered by the owner. The view of the pool and beach were fantastic! Traffic on Ft. Myers Beach can be a bit of a headache so it was wonderful to have 5 really good restaurants plus some nice shops right across the street. We had a really great week here.

The gulf views are amazing, property is beautiful and had everything we needed. A real gem to find a beautiful beach front property that allows pets.

Everything you need for a week. Comfy bed, pretty good view. Only negative was the dirty floors, they should have been cleaned with a wet mopped.

Vacation stay

All went well. The room needs to be updated slightly - maybe more updated televisions and cable. Well equipped with the necessities needed for the week. The pool closes way too early in the day - 5:15p. Pets are very restrictive on the grounds. The washer and dryer are community shared. We will consider staying at this property in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, Scott. Out of courtesy and respect for owners and other guests, dogs are prohibited in certain areas. However, the complex does offer ample space to walk your dog and spend time with them outdoors. Due to state codes and regulations, the pool is required to close at dusk. So the time it closes changes with the seasons. It would be great for you to come back at a different time of year and take advantage of the longer pool hours.
