It was a great place. My friends and I had a great time! A few items we thought that would make our stay even better would be having a few more extra towels, as well as having extra paper towels and hand soap for the bathrooms. Also during our stay we had a exterminator show up and that made us a bit uncomfortable as we were not informed that he would make an appearance. The internet on the last night also died and was not working. The AC on the bottom floor never actually cooled the place. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay and were appreciative of the ease of access to the house.

First time I was asked for a picture of me holding my drivers license. I had to stop by office to show I D. Kitchen was nice. First time had to remove dishes from dishwasher instead of putting dishes in and turning on at checkout. Downstairs shared bathroom had mold on shower curtain. Carport lights would not come on and were not fixed during our stay.

Would not rent again

Needs an elevator ! We had 2 people that could not climb all those stairs.. Furnishing very cheap for that kind of price! Front sheet missing with WiFi password and info on the TV’s. I called Topsail Realty for the info and did not receive a call back till Monday afternoon...I found a small paper down stairs with the info.. 1 tv in the living room and 1 in the downstairs bedroom...with all that we had a great time as a family! Next to Sea Gallery is a newly built home and our advertised information does provide a floorplan overview and images showing each room, bedroom, living area, stairs, as well as the decks and views. This is a brand new home with brand new modern furnishings and upscale finishes throughout, though we are disappointed that the home did not meet with your expectations! We do manage homes that offer elevators for tenants, this is a searchable amenity on our site, and in that regard we highly recommend renting a home with access to an elevator for those that have mobility challenges in their families. We realize there was an oversight with regard to the WIFI and TV information not noted on page 1 in the Courtesy Directory, though this information is also provided for our guests with their arrival information for ease of reference.
