Great property!

We had a great time. The view just walking into the unit was amazing. It was perfect for what we needed. Access to the pool and beach was so easy.

Nice place!

Beautiful beach views. The beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the balcony as it was overlooking the ocean. It was equipped well with the table and sofa so we could sit out and enjoy coffee or a meal. I would stay here again!

Excellent Property

We spent Thanksgiving week at Playa 202 and had a wonderful time. The unit is modern, spacious and has a much larger balcony than most condos.

Amazing!

We go to Perdido Key every year and we always stay at La Playa! The best view! This was the first time staying at this unit and it was wonderful. Impeccably clean, nice decor, and spacious. We will be back to stay at this unit again next year.

Comfortable and convenient

Enjoyable. Comfortable furniture and beds. Beautiful view. Beach less crowded than areas to the west. Conveniently located to the elevator for easy access to the beach, pool or parking garage. Also near to restaurants, food trucks, fresh fish market and grocery store.

Beach trip with Grandchildren !

Without a doubt, this was the best place we have ever visited ! It was spacious, extremely clean and great beach location. During this stressful time (Covid) , it was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The beach wasn't crowded , the pool wasn't crowded, it was the perfect summer getaway with us and our Grandchildren. Thank you !! We plan to return next year !

Girlsfriends' Getaway

Four of us came for the week in September. This condo is huge and beautifully appointed. The building has three elevators, one for each condo on the different floors, so it's super convenient. The pool is clean and has beautiful plantings. Huge balcony overlooking the beach. Super secure with code accessed doors at the front and back of the building and the gate to the beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Grandchildren Spring Break

The condo was beautiful. Loved that it had three bedrooms with their own bathroom and the half bath was a special convenience also. We had two teenage girls and of they loved the privacy of their own room and they enjoyed the big tv's in their room. We felt safe letting the girls go to the beach alone, nice gated condo with security. The area is more peaceful and not has crowded as Gulf Shores. We loved our vacation and wish we could have stayed longer.

Beauty at La Playa

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at La Playa. It was our first time visiting Perdido Key and we were very happy. Upon walking in we were greeted with soft surround sounds of music and a expertly cleaned space. Our first view was out the large widows with a beautiful gulf view. The complex was so nice and secure. It was easy to get our items up to our room with working elevators and luggage carts. We had plenty of space inside and out for our family to enjoy. The kitchen was nice (so very clean) and well equipped with enough tools for cooking. There are no coffee filters, salt/pepper or extra trash bags so bring those. There is the standard one load of soap for laundry (excellent machines) and dishwasher and a small dish soap and sponge. That’s to be expected. The beach access was very accessible from this unit quick ride down elevator to the lobby, out secured doors to the boardwalk. It was so easy to come up quickly for restroom breaks and to grab food. The city is nice. We enjoyed the shrimp shack, Cobalt and Luna’s (Gulf shores). Publix was a quick 5 minute drive to grab food and necessities. We only have one complaint which is the master bedroom bed was super squeaky. Any small twist or turn in the bed made a loud noise which affected our sleep. I think it might be an easy fix of the headboard or supporting posts under the bed. With that small fix this could definitely be a destination we visit for years to come.

Perfection!

We have been coming to the Gulf for 20+ years each summer. We've stayed at many condos but this one was by-far our favorite! Location was amazing, the condo was immaculately clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean! We hope to come back next year!

Family Get Away

Fabulous views, bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The pool was very clean! We enjoyed working out in the gym. Definitely would stay there again. I would suggest the owner stock kitchen with glass & plastic storage containers & more cutting boards. There was one. We bought fresh lobster, no utensils For that experience. I love to cook soooo kitchen needs more . Overall great!!!!

Gulf Coast Getaway

This condo is well appointed and the decor is very upscale. I love the soft muted color palette which afforded a very restful atmosphere. We enjoyed many hours on the outdoor balcony and the furniture was awesome - the best I've ever seen in a rental unit. The only negative, and it's only because we are a family of chefs, was the kitchen didn't have enough cookware or cooking utensils. We love to prepare local seafood when we're at the Gulf. Otherwise, this is an exceptional property. Thank you for your hospitality.
