Benvenuto in B35!

La serenità di Perdido Key è un tesoro che solo pochi conoscono.

Il Sundown è un complesso condominiale privato, tranquillo e poco elevato sulla Key che è davvero una perla nascosta. Posizionato sul panoramico Ole River, Sundown ha una passerella privata per la spiaggia e offre l'accesso alle attività acquatiche di tutti i tipi.

Offre una grande piscina, campi da tennis e da basket. Aree pic-nic con barbecue grill sono vicino alla piscina e da Ole River. Via cavo e internet wireless sono forniti. Per gli amanti della barca, ci sono scivoli in barca, ormeggi jet ski e deposito per i rimorchi. Un lancio in barca è disponibile per il tuo uso nelle vicinanze.

La Suite Nautica è una camera da letto, un bagno, condominio al terzo piano con un grande ponte che offre le migliori viste sul lungomare del complesso. Il tramonto è da togliere il fiato e osservare le stelle con il telescopio fornito è magico. Guarda gli uccelli librarsi e immergerti per mangiare mentre prendi il sole sul ponte mentre i delfini fanno il loro passaggio giornaliero sul fiume.

La Suite Nautica ha più servizi. La cucina è abbondantemente fornita di attrezzature per cucinare e intrattenere a casa. L'armadio per gli ospiti ha sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, giocattoli da spiaggia e piscina, e altre prelibatezze. Attrezzi da pesca e trappole per granchi sono forniti per coloro che vogliono tentare la fortuna. La camera da letto ha un letto king size elegante e confortevole. C'è una grande TV a schermo piatto per la visione di televisione e film e un sistema audio per la riproduzione di DVD, CD e I-pod.

Questo condominio è uno di una sorta di vacanza che non vorrete lasciare. Richiedi B-35, la Nautical Suite e crea i tuoi ricordi speciali al Sundown in Perdido Key. Se avete bisogno di prenotare due condomini per viaggiare amici e parenti, affittiamo anche il nostro condominio B-34 che si trova proprio accanto al B-35.

Perfect Perdido Key Getaway

We really loved the property. You get the best of both worlds with beach views, and beach access, with riverfront property that is very private and serene. The property offers a place to park boat, trailers, has a dock, great outdoor space, and pool area. The property management team on site are extremely friendly and helpful. this unit in particularly is themed in nautical decor and is so charming and cozy and very clean.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was nice a little dated but fine. Patio furniture needs replacing. We liked having a place with a boat slip. Had to try to communicate a bit upon arrival because we never received our code for the condo. Would we stay there again, sure.

Sitting’ on the Dock of the Bay

As soon as we walked in and saw the dock, overlooking the bay, through the sliding glass doors, our hearts knew we were officially on vacation! The condo was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and had every possible thing you could ever need to make your time there feel like home. The public beach access across the street made it easy to roll our wagon and all the extras to a perfect spot in the sand each day and the pool was always extremely clean and never crowded, perfectly refreshing.

Relaxing Rental

This is a very casual rental if you want a relaxing beach vacation. There are supplies for all your needs, even the beach. The balcony is huge, but stands in water if it rains... which it did a lot while we were there. This is not a fancy complex, but it's neat, clean, quiet, and very well kept. The river behind and beach across the street were perfect. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and especially loved that it is close to the FloraBama.

Excellent location. Clean property.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Sundown property. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the basketball court, pool, and grilling area. The Sundown community is very quiet and it was a quick walk across the street to the beach. We definitely will be back. The only suggestion we would make would be to update the patio furniture. With several pieces being broken, it made the furniture difficult to use.

Overall our experience was good. The space was as described and it was cute and clean. The walk to the beach was easy and the outdoor seating areas was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The only real issue was that the water heater went out and it took about a day and a half to have someone come to repair after I reported it the office.

Wonderful view

Really enjoyed the condo. The view is awesome and the area is very peaceful. Liked that the pool is on the front side so you can enjoy the view out back without a lot of noise. The condo was bigger than I expected. There wasn’t anything we needed. Yes you will have to climb three flights of stairs since there is no elevator but it wasn’t bad. We liked that it was on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable as well. I would go back again

The condo is in a good location. The main reason for 3 star, The furniture on the balcony is very old and the cushions smell like mildew. The reason we got this condo was to sit on the balcony which we had no desire as it was not comfortable. When it rains, water stands on the balcony.

Family getaway

The property is just a short drive to Orange Beach and Gulf shores. It has its own access to the beach which is really nice and being just out of the main area it's not that busy.

Very Relaxing!

This property is very clean, great location and loved the balcony. We stayed at the end of Feb and the resort was very quiet. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again.

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay! AC worked great, unit was clean, and we saw dolphins our first evening there. We loved the huge balcony best of all- we spent most of the night hours there enjoying the view.

Sundown was "Thumbs up"!

This property was exactly what we expected. The condo was very clean and well kept with up to date everything. The kitchen was beyond well stocked. We had a small issue with the hot water, the night we got there, but the property manager and the condo owner were more than helpful in resolving the issue. You couldn't ask for a better property staff or condo owner. The views from the deck were beautiful overlooking the bay. And the new docks were perfect for fishing or just sitting and enjoying the water views. We will, without a doubt, be going back.
