Hi Stephanie, Guests are entitled to 2 spots- 1 labelled the unit and a guest spot. Unfortunately, when other tenants don't abide by the rules, it creates a hardship. It's frustrating, to be sure, but unfortunately, not alot we can do when guests take too many unmarked spots. Sorry for the inconvenience. We're glad you were happy with the condo. David & Rhonda

Family and friends

We had a nice family vacation in Ocean City this year! The condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of room for our group of seven to spread out! We had all ages including greatgrandma, teens, young adults, toddler and friends and everyone had a good time. It’s a very quiet part of town and everyone we met was nice and friendly. We will definitely be back!!!!

The condo was immaculate. The setup was great. It was perfectly clean. Check in and check out was seamless. We have been coming to Ocean City for 20 years, and this is far and away the best place we have stayed in. We will be back for years to come. I can't say enough good things.

Has everything you need

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this condo. Kitchen is well stocked with things you don't think about (spices, ziplock bags, straws, etc). Everything was very comfortable and clean. There are even carts to help carry your stuff up to the condo from the parking below - a huge plus! Beds were comfortable and water pressure was decent. Only thing we noticed was that there was no TV remote which was certainly not a big deal considering we didn't watch much TV.

Comfortable and Lovely

This was our 14th annual multi-gen (adults and 1 teen) family trip to OCMD and our second consecutive stay at this property. We love it. It's decorated beautifully with all the amenities we needed for our group (large sectional and dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen as we did do some cooking throughout the week. Very spacious overall. The location is also ideal for us. Quiet street in a safe and pretty walkable neighborhood yet just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, which we did daily. We also enjoy sitting on the balcony in the mornings with coffee and evenings with cocktails with its peaceful canal views. Really lovely property.

Great location

The condo was lovely and in a great location. We were happy with our stay. Comfy beds, good size rooms, well-stocked kitchen, and lovely balcony. My only real complaint was all the extra fees. I understand the refundable fee in case of damages, but Vrbo lists a price, and then there are cleaning fees, something called "additional charges," which are not explained, and cost over $400, and adminstrative fees in addition to the rental price. I found all the fees excessive.

Risposta di VrboOwner, il giorno 28 ago 2023
Hi Cathy, Thank you for staying with us and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay! In reference to the pricing, the large price that you see with the reservation is the price of the reservation including any fees but it does not include the taxes and any refundable security deposits. If however, you click the price details which is directly under that price, you will see the total price you would pay. I hope this helps make things clearer for you on your next trip and I hope to have you back at one of our properties soon. Take care.
