Great family trip

This was a great property for a family to stay in. The golf cart and private pool were awesome amenities. It was quiet in the neighborhood, but also a close golf cart ride to seaside and the watercolor amenities.

Nice property. Nicely furnished. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again! I wish that a place at this price point provided a bit more dish soap, disaster soap, etc. TV in master doesn’t work.

September 2018 Stay

Amazing experience! 360 Blue was wonderful to work with and the house was beyond perfect. Lots of space for our family (6 adults and 3 children) and gorgeous furnishings.

Beautiful property on a quiet cul-de-sac

This home was beautiful and clean. The decor made it feel very inviting. All furniture, beds and bedding were very comfortable. The layout was great and there was plenty of room to spread out. Loved the screened in patio and the heated pool and hot tub were the star of the show. The nights were chilly so a dip in the heated pool and hot tub was a great way to cap off each day. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. You are away from the crowds of the beach but just a quick bike ride away. The grocery store is just down the street so the location was convenient to everything. Only complaint was that the gas fireplace shown in the pics was not working during our stay but it was a minor detail. Bikes and golf cart that came with the property were great as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay.

The house was beautiful and very spacious. A few minor incidents but were addressed right away from the 1800 number. In regards to Blue 360, The house sleeps 12 and at the time of booking, 6 months prior, we only had 8 guest going. We did not know we would only get the amount of bands from the original booking. We later added another small family and needed all 12 bands the house should have come with but could not get those through 360 Blue due to the holiday weekend so the families had to share bands and split up.

September 2021 Stay

Wonderful stay at 12 Lily. House contains all of the basic amenities needed for a residential getaway. The aesthetics and products (decor, furniture, appliances, etc.) of the home were commensurate with the expectations of the Watercolor area with no significant surprises or disappointments.

December 2019 Stay

My extended family of 12 stayed at the house for Christmas and there was plenty of room for everyone! The 6 kids spent their fair share of time in the private pool and an afternoon at Camp Watercolor. The pools and golf cart were a great addition. Thanks for the memories!

This is our 3rd family trip to 30A. We rented from 360 Blue every time and have loved all 3 homes! This on did not disappoint!!
