Girl's Trip

Our stay was wonderful! The room was just as described. Within walking distance to shops, local foods, and ice cream!! Definitely will be a place I will bring my husband too. The only things i would say would be a rug in the bathroom, more places to hang wet stuff, and something by the front door to hold sandy flip flops. Overall the place was perfect can't wait to book here again!!! Thank you!!

Quick Walk to the Beach

Very clean and nicely furnished. Check in was quick and the woman in the office was very friendly. Sand chairs were appreciated. You could see the beach from the balcony. Two minute walk to the beach, ice cream and restaurants. Maintenance issue was taken care of quickly. Plenty of towels and dishes. Only recommendations- better pillows (although that could be a personal preference) and consideration for a different locking system for the door as the keys were a little tricky.

Initially the bed squeaked every time one of us would roll over. We complained to the property management and by noon the next day, the owner replaced the mattress and box springs. Problem solved and a good night's sleep. Thanks!

Great for couples!

I liked that the property was just across a small public beach parking lot. Definitely walking distance. I also enjoyed the fact that the property is further down the beach/road away from the tall highrise condos and seemed like beach was less crowded on this end. There are some restaurants, bars, and shops in walking distance. We had to drive to grocery which is down the main strip and to see what other restaurants and shops were down in the more populated area. We stayed at the end of July so the weather was very hot and walking that far would've been rough. I think if you visited when the weather was mild the walk really wouldn't be that bad! The property was just the right size for a couple to stay in. The only recommendation or issue I found for this property would be the door lock was a deadbolt and we were given 2 keys, you could tell the lock was older and sometimes it was difficult to insert the key and lock/unlock door when coming and going. Might have needed some graphite to lubricate the lock or it might be time to replace deadbolt. That was the main issue

The good- location. Location was fantastic.The bad- very small unit. Hard to find at night. Cleanliness-dirty bathroom upon arrival. Old building needs work-smelled of weed upon entering the building. Super tiny glass door- would suggest placing the end table in another spot and not directly in front of patio door.. Weak water pressure. PARKING was a major issue on holiday weekend. Don’t leave if you don’t have to or else your spot will be gone. Lastly, laundry is available two buildings away but no soap available for purchase so be sure to bring laundry soap.We will not book this unit again and when we reached out to the owner about the issues she threatened to block us from renting instead of trying to resolve any issues.

You can't beat this location! Literally steps to a beautiful beach. They had beach chairs, but we also paid the 40 at the beach for a cabana and 2 lounge chairs to get some shade. The room Is as pictured. Perfect for the 3 of us for a quick getaway. The only negative I can say is that the pullout couch was broken. Luckily it was just 3 of us and the couch was super comfortable so I just slept on it like that! There is a freebee ride app to get anywhere nearby for 3 a person which made it easy to dart around for food! I would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Love the location of this property! Safe and across the street from the beach. Easy walks to coffee, ice cream and delicious seafood. Pool access was a bonus.

The place was very nicely done when Jennifer did a complete redo. The complex is very nice and the location is outstanding, just across the street from a great beach!

Condo was nicely remodeled. Comfortable bed and couch. View of beach. Only problem I had was walking up the steps, but that's my problem.

Get away

The property was very clean and modern. We love how close it is to the beach and restaurants. Our only complaint would be the size of the bed. It felt like a full size bed? Other than that, we highly recommend it!

Birthday weekend

The location to beautiful beach was perfect! Just steps to the beach and a place for lunch located right there. The burgers at Paradise Grill are excellent! We arrived late in the evening and check in was easy. Just a note: there are stairs to the unit. The unit is lovely. Well appointed and nicely decorated. We walked to breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. A nice treat for my birthday. Host was responsive to all questions and will definitely return!

Exceptional!

This is a great property and awesome location. The unit is completely updated and kitchen has everything you need. On-site property management were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed!
