"Villa Josine" si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e tranquillo su Elizabeth Street - una delle strade più ricercate di tutta Key West! Rilassati nel cuore del quartiere "Città Vecchia", che si trova a breve distanza a piedi da tutte le attività divertenti e dai ristoranti che Key West ha da offrire. Sei a pochi passi dallo storico cimitero di Key West ea soli due isolati dalla famosa Duval Street. Le adorabili case "Conch" situate intorno a te ti faranno sentire come un vero Key West locale.

L'AREA ESTERNA ...

"Villa Josine" vanta uno spazio esterno incredibilmente privato e spazioso - esattamente l'ambiente tropicale che stai cercando durante la tua vacanza a Key West. Rilassati presso la scintillante piscina riscaldata stagionalmente con amici e famiglia con un drink in mano. Immergiti nella splendida piscina del sole della Florida O cenare all'aria aperta all'ombra sul ponte posteriore con posti a sedere per otto. Un grande grill a gas consente di ospitare cene e cucinare il pescato del giorno per tutti i gusti.

La parte anteriore della casa offre un grazioso portico anteriore - un ottimo posto per iniziare la giornata con una tazza di caffè e guardare il mondo che passa. "Villa Josine" offre anche un parcheggio fuori strada, un "must" assoluto per gli ospiti che hanno in programma di guidare fino a Key West o pianificare di affittare scooter, biciclette o una golf cart!

"Villa Josine" offre 4 spaziose camere da letto ognuna con il proprio bagno privato e nuovissimo letto confortevole. Le 2 camere da letto al piano inferiore offrono un letto king size e 2 letti singoli, mentre le 2 camere da letto situate al piano superiore offrono rispettivamente un letto king-size e un letto queen-size. Il soggiorno e la zona pranzo open-concept sono il luogo ideale per amici e familiari per riunirsi e rilassarsi in un comfort senza pari. L'enorme soffitto a volta nel soggiorno conferisce alla casa un'atmosfera eccezionalmente spaziosa, e le grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro offrono un'abbondanza di luce naturale. Con Dade County Pine in tutto, questa casa è il perfetto mix di comfort moderni e fascino "Città Vecchia".

La cucina dello chef offre ripiani in quarzo bianco sontuoso, scaffali aperti e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di prima qualità. L'isola funge anche da bar per la colazione con posti a sedere per 4 persone e la sala da pranzo adiacente può ospitare fino a 6 persone.

This house was perfect for our group of 6. Having a private pool was fantastic. The house was well stocked. The pictures are accurate. It's a great location. The rental office staff were very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

It has been thoughtfully updated and comfortably furnished and even had its own mascot of sorts with a beautiful and friendly rooster, making it a true Key West experience. The location of the home was so convenient and allowed us to walk to all the old town hot spots. Thank you for creating such a memorable home away from home for my friends and I to enjoy our time in Key West.

Great house for four couples. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance (less than a mile). Walked to Seven Fish and A&B Lobster House restaurants which were the best. Good time at Dry Tortugas. Cleaning crew showed up before checkout time. Would stay here again.

The back porch is a perfect perch to read, relax and take in the lush landscaping and pool area. The location is key- a short walk to Duval, the marina area, restaurants and the beach. The property management staff were very accessible and helpful during our stay. We have vacationed in KW for decades and this home is one of the nicest homes that we have rented. Villa Josine checks all the boxes!We loved every minute!

Beautiful house. Good sized bedrooms; and, the all en-suite baths, and the 1/2 bath in the common area, were perfect. Kitchen is nice and has the tools you need, not a lot of extras but enough. Pool is nice, albeit small. Just enough to cool off with a drink. The location of the house is perfect - very easy to get downtown or out and about. The host/manager was easy to work with and available, if needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All four bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms—a huge plus for a group! We had two kings and a queen upstairs, plus a king and twins downstairs, comfortably sleeping eight. Each room felt luxurious with comfortable beds, crisp linens, TVs, and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are modern and spa-like, with excellent showers. The home was spotlessly clean upon arrival and stayed that way throughout our stay.No issues whatsoever—check-in was seamless, the property management team (Historic Key West Vacation Rentals) was responsive and helpful, and everything worked perfectly. Off-street parking for one vehicle was convenient, and the home has all the amenities you could want: AC, washer/dryer, outdoor dining for eight, gas grill, and plenty of seating.Villa Josine truly delivered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for a special occasion, this home will exceed your expectations. We created so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to return. Great Location

This home was great! It was perfectly located in Old Town Key West just a few short blocks from Duval and Front Street. The neighborhood was quiet and the back yard and pool area were serene. We would definitely stay here again.
