Ottimo appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni nel cuore di Snowmass Village! Solo 120 passi per la collina di Fanny da questo condominio Aspenwood. Il condominio è composto da una grande camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size, TV via cavo, un sacco di finestre e una chaise longue nella camera da letto principale - si ha una bella vista verso l'area sciistica e con vista sulla piscina. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto a castello con un letto a castello a grandezza naturale, due letti a castello superiori e un letto singolo extra. Questa camera ha una TV via cavo e una Xbox per i kiddos. Il soggiorno ha un caminetto a gas e un divano estraibile Pottery Barn per biancheria da letto extra. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV con TV via cavo. C'è un armadietto per gli sci proprio fuori dalla porta principale. La posizione è eccellente - sei a pochi passi da tutto !! Il complesso si trova accanto al nuovo Westin Hotel (ex Silvertree) dove hanno un centro benessere incredibile e anche un campo per bambini di giorno che non sono pronti per la scuola di sci. Inoltre sei a pochi passi da tutto ciò che Snowmass ha da offrire: ristoranti, apres ski e shopping. Il complesso Aspenwood dispone di due vasche idromassaggio all'aperto con cascate più una piscina riscaldata, una piccola palestra, una sauna e una griglia all'aperto vicino alla piscina. C'è un servizio di lavanderia in loco. Il condominio è dotato di tutto il necessario durante la vostra vacanza Snowmass !!

A place to be !!

Conveniently located, just few steps from the slope and the Snowmass Mall restaurants, very cozy condo, well equipped, kitchen has everything you need, pool and hot tubs just down the stairs, two ski lockers were a nice bonus, easy short walk to parking, I sure hope to come back soon

Great location!

The condo was cute, comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect; a few steps from the slopes, restaurants, and shopping. We are a family of five, and the second bedroom slept all three adults kids comfortably. The hot tub was awesome too! Highly recommend this place for your Snowmass Village vacation!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week at Christy’s beautiful condo. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable, bathrooms beautifully laid out, and the laundry thoughtfully stocked. The kids loved cooling off each afternoon in the pool and we spent our evenings playing board games on the dining table. We also loved that the apartment was in easy walking distance to shops, cafes, hiking trails, and summer camp check-in. We can’t wait to return!

Spring Break in Snowmass

We had a great week of skiing and enjoying Snowmass and Aspen. The condo was clean, quiet and very close to the slopes. The pool and hot tubs were only a few steps away and nice after skiing. We had a wonderful trip and hope to return again next year. Christy was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Perfect ski condo for small family

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids, nanny) stayed very comfortably in this well stocked condo near the slopes. The location was perfect to easily get to ski school by foot (no need for shuttle) thanks to our host's amazingly detailed instructions on how to get to the slopes with the least amount of stairs. And we can see the mountain from all windows. Christy was extremely attentive and responsive from before our trip to the last minute. Anything we asked, she helped with and was even proactive with suggestions.The condo is super clean and very well stocked (tons of toilet paper and tissues, dishwashing liquid, etc). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I can see our condo from here

I have been coming to Snowmass for years. Best condo yet. Just feet from the trail, the mall, the lift to lower mall. The condo has more than you need, from hot tub towels to Martha Stewart’s kitchen. Oh, let tell you about the bed in the master. Zzzzzz So thankful the CO family shared it with my family.

Snowmass ski trip 2020

We had a group of 6 people and this condo accommodated us exteremely well. Location is fantastic as you can walk out through the Westin breezeway in about 2 minutes. The unit was recently remodelled and is very nice with well equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water. Christy is a fanatastic host - she was immediately responsive and took care of a parking ticket we were given incorrectly. Yay Christy and VRBO!

Just what we needed

We had a great stay! The unit was exactly as advertised. We had a minor issue during our stay and the owners were super responsive to get it taken care of. I think they under sold the pool though. It's really a great set up. Two hot tubs and a big pool. One of the tubs is tucked away and surrounded by trees with a natural stone waterfall into it. It really is gorgeous. They should add more pictures of it because we were presently surprised when we got there. 😊

Snowmass Feb, 2025, 1 week

Very excellent property, coming out of the condo, walk down 13 steps, then level 50 feet, then down about 10 steps to Fall Lane. Walk maybe 80 yards level on Fall Lane to ski slope. Put on skis and ski down to Gondola or chair lift. Very easy. Come back same way. 2 "nice" hot tubs, - one maybe a hot 98 degrees, the other maybe 94 degrees. A nice pool, warm. We just used the hot tubs, which are steps away from the condo, as is the pool. After a day's skiing, the hot tubs were so nice! There are nice restaurants in the Upper Mall and also the Base Village. We also did 2 evenings at restaurants in Aspen. There are 2 ski lockers right outside your condo door. I would call this ski-in, ski-out, since getting to the slope was so easy -- after exiting the condo, you go down the 2 sets of steps, then level walk on Fall Lane to ski slope. Again, quite easy. I would stay here again -- nice property. p.s., parking is down Fall Lane, maybe 90 yards, the other way from the slope. We flew to Denver and drove a rented Tahoe and parked. 1600 for the week. Next time, I would fly in to Aspen airport and just use Ubers -- much easier -- and cheaper overall. Again, very nice property and location.

Good location but apartment had issues

The location is good (located in the upper village for those of you who know Snowmass) but the apartment had several issues including the TVs didn't work until I told the manager twice that it needed to be checked. And the heater in the Master bedroom never worked throughout our stay. The rest of the unit would be nice and warm/comfortable but the master bedroom was freezing, and it was hard to rest at night when I had to put 2-3 layers of pajamas on. Other than that, the manager would be relatively responsive.As far as the online listing goes, I think it's extremely important to point out to renters that this apartment is located where there are A LOT of stairs so for older people, it might be difficult to get around . Our nanny has knee issues and unfortunately, it wasn't ideal for her. The online listing should have a bit more detail on those type of things, not just try to sell the pool and hot tub that the building has....

I researched for years trying to find the perfect Snowmass Condo! This condo had everything we were looking for... it's walking distance to Fanny Hill, the location is superb. It's next door to the Westin Hotel, it's just above Il Poggio, Slow Groovin BBQ and the upper Snowmass Mall where you have Venga Venga, the Stewpot, etc. We wanted a location that was easy to get to... you can drop your skis and head to the mall for Apres ski, etc. Plus the condo is on the sunny side of the complex with great morning sun and it faces the mountain. I wanted to have views and good sunlight. The condo is on the quiet side of the building and feels more private. Also - the complex has been recently updated on the exterior.... so it looks modern and has a great heated pool, 2 grottos hot tubs plus a small workout room and a sauna. It just felt like the perfect place for our family of 5 to enjoy Snowmass!!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Location, location, location!! It's such a convenient location for ski access, dining & apres! Plus you get parking access in Lot 9 just across from Fall Lane. It's easy to walk everywhere, stop in for lunch during the ski day, grab a Starbucks in the morning just next door in the Westin.
