I cannot say enough great things about the property or the host. The house was extremely clean, well appointed very comfortable beds. When we make it back to Utah one day, we hope this house will be waiting for us! The host was great also and extremely helpful. Be sure and look in the guest binder of all the wonderful sites in the area that they have shared!

The property was clean, convenient location, and well appointed. This location is great to travel to Moab, Capital Reef, the Little Grand Canyon and more. House was stocked like you walked into home. They also had fresh fruit and bagels waiting for us. The most delightful host we have ever had! She was helpful in many ways and responds quickly! Highly recommend!

Great Place!

Very enjoyable stay at Yvonne’s place! We used it as a base of operations for exploring Canyonlands, Arches, and other places. The house was stocked with virtually everything you need to cook, chill, etc. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room were all well appointed. Yvonne was a great hostess — answering our questions and giving suggestions. In addition to the national parks, we also visited a great museum in Green River (The Thomas Wesley Powell Museum), and also ventured a drive along the rough road (Hastings) to see the little sandy beach on the Green River, some petroglyphs, and the Nefertiti rock formation. We had a great stay!

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our second visit to this lovely and well-quipped home that makes a great base for hiking and exploring the rock art of the San Rafael Swell or heading down for a day in Canyonlands Island in the Sky and Dead Horse State Park. Highly recommend.Bill and Diane

Wonderful Home

This home was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and more. Yvonne was an amazing host and responded immediately to our requests. Our favorite part of the stay was the little details that were provided, like a bag of charcoal for the grill. OH! And I loved the clock above the dining room table. It took a minute to figure out how to read it, but once we figured it out we enjoyed watching the movements. Hope to see you next year!

Utah Adventure 2024

Our trip took a year to plan and was overall fantastic. Our VRBO in Green River was an excellent location to base our adventures from. We had a few questions during our stay and Yvonne was very responsive and got back wirhin an short time. Her local manager also stopped by and he was polite, respectful and responsive to our questions. Again, nothing major but great to know we had support behind us if we needed it. We would reconend this spot for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Pleasant House in Green River

Nice house, clean and well appointed, as advertised. Only 7 can sit at table due to lack of chairs, and there was only one kitchen towel. Otherwise, great!

Comfortable Stay.

The home was clean, and quiet just what we were wanting. Yvonne was communicative and very respectful, couldnt ask for a better host. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Loved everything about the very comfortable home, the beds were great too. We plan on returning to stay here again.

Southeastern Utah National Parks and State Parks

The location was great & the house was well appointed. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Welcome folder well stocked with local information, luxurious towels, well equipped kitchen and as an added bonus we were greeted with fresh fruit , bagels & cream cheese! Oops , Forgot about freezer packs, yay If we come this way again I would plan to stay here . Thanks

Middle of town. Walk/bike tons of places. Close to San Rafael Swell and numerous day trips to cool places. Nice home well supplied.

Great house and location

This was our second time staying here. Great communication. Everything was clean and ready along with some fruit and bagels/muffins for breakfast from the host. Easy to work with and we will definitely be back again.

Great Home Base

We toured from coral reef/goblin valley to canyon land/Arches, and this was the perfect home base. After a long day of hiking and adventuring, we were able to come back to a comfortable and cute home to relax. Yolanda provide little extras like fruits and muffins and ice packs to get us started. She was a wonderful host in this green river gem. Until next time!

Green River Stay

Very comfortable, the whole family enjoyed everything the home had to offer. great family room layout combined with the kitchen space. Would definitely recommend.

IT IS A BEAUTIFUL, GREEN LARGE LOT. IT IS PEACEFUL. WE CAN SLOW DOWN FROM CITY LIFE AND JUST BE OURSELVES. I LOVE TO BAKE PIES IN THIS KITCHEN.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

WE LOVE OFF ROADING AND SIGHT SEEING. WE LOVE THE PROXIMITY TO ALL THE NATIONAL PARKS. WE LOVE TO TAKE AMTRAK HERE. WE GET OFF AT THE TRAIN STATION AND WALK TO THE HOUSE. IT CAN'T GET MORE CONVENIENT. WE LOVE THE AREA AND LOVE THE PEOPLE OF GREEN RIVER. THE WATERMELON IS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD.
