Questa splendida casa di campagna è completamente paesaggistica e si estende su più di 3,5 ettari con un cortile alberato. Goditi il tranquillo quartiere dalla veranda anteriore o posteriore con molti posti a sedere su entrambi. L'abbondante fauna selvatica intrattiene gli ospiti. Pozzo del fuoco con posti a sedere intorno. MasterSpa SwimSpa da 19 piedi aggiunto di recente è riscaldato sia nella spa che nella piscina. La casa ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nella zona giorno principale con vista sul portico posteriore coperto e boschi. Il caminetto a gas è accogliente nelle notti fresche di stagione o nelle prime ore del mattino. Al piano superiore due camere da letto, un bagno e una zona giorno. Tre camere da letto, due bagni e un mezzo bagno al piano di sotto. Due ampie sale da pranzo e una grande cucina rinnovata con isola di servizio e preparazione. Generatore di standby per tutta la casa in caso di interruzione di corrente. Vieni a goderti il calore e il fascino di questa tenuta di campagna. Solo un'ora a est del centro di Dallas, al largo della I-20 e 40 minuti a ovest di Tyler, nello splendido paese boscoso del Texas orientale! A pochi minuti dalle famose giornate del primo lunedì di Canton e da una varietà di ristoranti in 10-15 minuti. Prenotazioni disponibili nei primi giorni festivi del primo lunedì a Canton e in altri periodi del mese. C'è un soggiorno minimo di 3 notti.

This place is wonderful! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and after a long day of shopping in Canton the pool is so relaxing! Will stay here again.

Girls weekend getaway

Absolutely perfect!! From check-in to check-out, the entire weekend getaway at this property was the most perfect place. Comfortable, clean, peaceful and fun! Would highly recommend booking this property!

Great family friendly house!

We had a great, relaxing stay at this lovely house! It is a perfect set up for kids and adults will love it too. The hot tub was huge! Host was very responsive to any questions or needs.

Best Place Ever

This home is so lovely. Literally has everything you could possibly need and a lot of room. This is the second year in a row we have spent our girls trip here and will most definitely be back. The owners are amazing and make sure you have everything you need

Excellent Property!

I stayed here with a group of ladies for Canton First Monday Trade Days. It was an excellent property! The property was extremely clean, had everything you could need, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive! There are lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which make an excellent place for a group. We really enjoyed the hot tub each evening after a long day of shopping!

Perfect home for our annual girls getaway

Bob and Connie’s beautiful home was just perfect for our girls Canton getaway for two years in a row! Plenty of very comfy sleeping space and well equipped with anything we needed. The coffee bar was very much appreciated! We truly appreciate being able to share their home.,We are already booked for next year!!

Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood

The property is a large, beautiful home in a more secluded neighborhood. Amenities were very nice, and the orientation video was very helpful for learning about the property. Plenty of room for a large group.

July 4th Family Vacation

We spent the 4th of July holiday with two families and three children. This is a great location and a beautiful property with many amenities. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in the country. Bob was great and also helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

Country Peace

We stay at Country Charmer 2 to 3 times a year when visiting family. Love our morning coffee on the porch and dinners on the back deck. Swimming makes it even more fun. Lots of games, toys and an upstairs play area for grandkids. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Family Retreat

Had a great family get away with 4 adult couples and 3 kiddos. The house was perfect for kids with both indoor and outdoor areas specifically for them. The kitchen and dining easily accommodated multiple cooks and big family meals together. The host is readily available but micromanaged our arrival more than I care for - no clock watching on vacation!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home inside and out. Wooded surroundings with birds, rabbits, squirrels, etc. The kids enjoy the pool and the adults enjoy the hot tub.

Love Our Time At Country Charmer

When we come to Texas to see family this is where we stay. Upon arrival everything is set to bring you into a beautiful home in the country filled with peace and caring. The Reese’s go out of their way to meet your needs throughout your stay. The pool spa is a relaxing benefit, plus coffee in the mornings on their front porch. During warm nights we eat on the back deck at the picnic table all while listening to birds and lights lit for a perfect setting.

Perfect Retreat

The Reese home was booked for a group of eight older ladies who were good friends and cancer survivors. I cannot express how perfect this home was. They had a fantastic time in a beautiful home with so many amenities. Bob is a wonderful host! I will book this again for the group!

Excellent hosts! We enjoyed every picture of their BIG, beautiful family. Bob, was always so quick to respond to every text and made our stay so easy. Their home is so relaxing, family oriented and just overall beautiful! We will definitely be back.
