Questo accogliente, una camera da letto con un bagno condominio è tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza in spiaggia. Sei a pochi passi da un accesso pubblico alla spiaggia dove le dita dei piedi colpiscono la sabbia per una giornata di divertimento sotto il sole. Il condominio è decorato in stile spiaggia con una combinazione di soggiorno / sala da pranzo. Hai un sacco di posti a sedere nella zona giorno, e la cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli accessori da cucina necessari per cucinare durante le vacanze. C'è un divano letto nella zona giorno per ospitare più posti letto. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e si collega alla zona del bagno. The condo was just what we needed for my husband and I for 4 days. It waa one street over, but we could see the beach from deck. Very small bedroom, so that was a challenge for us and our luggage. The bed was very soft if you like that. I wish there were some more personal touches such as a blanket for the sofa, extra blanket for the bed, better sheets. Overall good find

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I booked property management was great. The condo was in a great place and great view. Floor needed mopping. I do recommend that the mattress be replaced. There were two of us for five days. Upon checking in there were only three washcloths and a couple of towels. I emailed them to send more. They brought towels and a few washcloths. I emailed back stating we did not have enough washcloths get us through our stay. The response I got was they do not have daily linen services and thanked me for my understanding. Therefore, we did not have enough washcloths for our last two days and we had to go buy some. If new mattress and property management made sure linens were correct for amount of days for people I would recommend this place

A girlfriend get away

I had stayed in this condo with my husband,so I knew that it would be clean and a reasonable rate for myself and a friend. It is a great place for two people or a couple and a child. It offers everything you need to cook a good meal. It is just a couple blocks if you wanted to walk to restaurants or IGA grocery store and beach stores.

Labor day away

Small,but great for two, would be ok for four also! Even though it was small,it was spaced out well! Decor and dishes and furnishing was nice! I liked being able to have coffee and see a view of the oceans waves!!! Great location, we walked to the shops and Basils Pizza!!!

We didn't locate the pool until when we were leaving on the final day. Didn't realize we were sharing with condos across and down street a bit. Location was very good, right across the street from beach access.

Cherry Grove Cheer

The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We didn’t know how to start the air conditioner so we called maintenance and he came in just a few minutes to help us. Amazing service! The condo is a short walk to the beach Which we prefer, very convenient.

Cheap, good value, good enough for me

Positives: It's a place to stay with everything you need while you spend as much time as possible at the beach or out doing stuff. It has great natural sunlight and is right across the street from beach access (~90 seconds from front door to the sand). You get slightly more amenities and privacy than a hotel for about the same price, and the beach is waaaay less crowded than it is around the hotels. It is a short walk from a big grocery store, bars, and restaurants. As for negatives, I would have loved an ottoman/table to stick my feet on for the living room, but with the pull out limiting space in the room I get it. The bed frankly sucked, I wished they would cancel the HBO subscription and spend that money on a mattress topper (or three) instead. The rules (and fines for breaking them) scared me a bit, but I just texted the property manager with comments/concerns and they were chill about everything. The security deposit took a while to get back (~13 days) just so you're aware. Basically it's a little rough around the edges but if you're planning on not being there as much as possible, it's good enough, and it's really good for the price. A- would recommend.

The only problem that we had was our daughter was with us and she had to buy sheets and a blanket for the pull out sofa. We could have brought some if we had known with no problem but we assumed that was furnished.

This unit was beautiful. You can see the ocean right outside of the windows and on the balcony as it’s pictured. Great price for the location. Unit was clean and AC worked great with the hot and humid days. Would recommend to anyone for their vacation stay.

Cozy and great location

Check in was super easy. Can see the ocean from the balcony. Had games for the kids to play. No dishwasher, but I prefer washing as I go anyways. Only downside is that there’s not a washer and dryer, but I’m pretty sure the listing says there is. Not the end of the world, but I definitely would’ve packed differently had I known. Overall a wonderful stay! Best experience I’ve had in a vacation rental.
