Tutti vogliono soggiornare alle proprietà BEACHFRONT ... ora puoi stare in uno che è assolutamente stupendo Platinum! Le caratteristiche includono granito, 18 tegola 'sulla diagonale in cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo, elettrodomestici inox, backsplash piastrelle e decorate in una splendida, eleganza casual disegnata da Norwalk Furniture. Questa unità dispone di corona stampaggio in tutto, pavimento di piastrelle (tranne camere da letto), trattamenti di finestra designer e trapunte, tende da doccia e cuscini e opere d'arte bellissima. L'ampia zona giorno è incentrata su un elegante divano e poltrona e bellissimi pezzi di accento di mobili.

La camera matrimoniale è molto elegante, con colori di design, un bagno padronale con vasca e di design lavelli in granito con idromassaggio. Per la vostra comodità, vi è un mezzo bagno secondario con un lavandino in granito!

C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice in unità per la vostra convenienza.

La vista ..... la vista è 'a morire'. Potete vedere le acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico in tutto il soggiorno e la cucina .... o è possibile rilassarsi sul balcone e godere della vista mozzafiato.

A partire da marzo 2018, l'intero complesso sarà privo di fumo.

Questa unità è molto speciale. E 'affare prezzo ed è progettato per chi vuole lusso. Si trova nella famosa zona di Crystal Beach di Scenic Highway 98, a pochi minuti da Destin Commons, l'Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin e Sandestin.

This beachfront condo was a perfect fit for a long weekend getaway. Steps from the sand, it had plenty of room for us and all the amenities necessary to make it a relaxing stay. Located right on the beach, there was plenty of private parking and Destin Commons was only 1.5 miles away with tons of shopping and eating options.Communication with the host was great- we had a few questions and received responses right away. Thank you for having us at your home!!

Location was great! The condo was very clean and tidy. The view was amazing. Our 2nd floor balcony was a perfect place to take everything in. We will definitely go back. If you are considering Crystal Sands I give it a thumbs up.

Condo with ocean view

Great location, right on the beach. Condo comes fully equipped, also 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. Very nice area with great restaurants close bye, Destin harborwalk and Destin Commens shopping district. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed our visit. The condo is beautifully decorated and was close to restaurants and shopping. It had everything we needed for our stay and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very helpful and provided good information. Loved the sunsets!

Started with a small hiccup with elevator and garbage disposal but fixed quick and no problems after that. Great place to relax and steps away from beach

Great stay at Crystal Sands

Condo was great, everything was perfect. The beach service is always a huge plus. First trip in the fall season and it was just as great as the summer months. Love Crystal Sands and Donnas unit 208A will not disappoint!

My Destin Stay

I had never been to Destin before, as well as never seen the ocean. So both were new to me and I had a blast. The VRBO was perfect due to the fact that it opened right up to the beach, and the view from the balcony was amazing!

Linen washer smell

The broken washer was never replaced; owners did not ever come through with a new washer the six days I stayed. The quilts need washing and the broken washer smells, its guts were open with a screw diver on top of washer. Management was great. Not their fault. I love Crystal Sands. I never had an experience like this; if I could own one of these places it would be clean and always updated . Beach is beautiful as usual.

Janet, As I explained to you, the new washer came and it was damaged and had to be returned and a new one ordered. We now have a new washer/dryer unit at 208A. I sent you a check for $300 for your inconvenience. Again, I am so sorry. It is very hard to find a new appliance that will fit in the space and have it delivered and set up within a few days. We did our very best. Donna

We purchased this beautiful condo in Nov, 2006. It has a great view of the Beach, but we immediately remodeled it with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter, new stainless appliances, new tile and carpet, crown molding, new light fixtures and faucets and new sinks in the baths! We also updated the bedding and custon drapes for the living room. The condo is not decorated in your typical 'beach' theme which folks tell me they are very tired of. I have a great cleaning person and a great maintenance person! Jerry and I are retired but I manage my 3 condos in Destin and some local properties as well. We keep busy! We have one daughter and Son in Law, Jennifer and Henry, and 3 grand kids and one step grand kid (Haylea is 14, Jack is 7, Baby Henry is a few days old and Katie is 14)
