Questa spaziosa casa storica offre comfort moderni, pur mantenendo il fascino dei tempi passati. L'enorme sala da pranzo è perfetta per la famiglia numerosa 20! Ci sono due grandi aree comuni, ideali per giocare, carte, lettura, guardare la TV e RELAX! Quattro camere da letto hanno letti king e bagni privati con vasca idromassaggio e docce.
Questa casa sembra TARA e si trova su un terreno molto boschivo con aree giardino e due gazebo. C'è un parcheggio illuminato nella parte posteriore per 8 auto. Quando si affitta l'intera proprietà, gli ospiti hanno l'uso della cucina, che ha un grande frigorifero commerciale e un doppio forno e forno a microonde. Se preferisci andare a mangiare fuori, sei a soli 10 minuti di macchina dal SUNDANCE SQUARE del centro e dal DISTRETTO STORICO DI STOCKYARDS e TOP GOLF. Questa bella casa è a soli 20 minuti da ATT Stadium, Rangers, TCU, West 7th District, Musei.

Perfect for a Work Retreat

We had a wonderful stay here for our HR Retreat. There was plenty of room for meetings and team building. The beds were comfortable and we were able to cook meals together and enjoy time together after "work." It was all perfect!

Excellent Property

This property was perfect for our business convention. Beds were great. It had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were amazing and attentive. Very accommodating. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Cute historic property

The hosts were wonderful and very easy to communicate with. We stayed there for a conference and had multiple places for people to sleep. It was a cute place to stay in Fort Worth and definitely had that FW feel, which added to the experience. I recommend staying!

A&M Weekend

We had 19 in our group; all slept comfortably and the living spaces held everyone; the side yard with the gazebo provided room to unwind, relax, and play washers; the courtyard between the main house and the carriage house provided a great outdoor area.

Martha and Lance’s B&B was absolutely perfect for our small wedding. The wedding package / decor they put together for us was beautiful. The house had absolutely everything we needed (and didn’t know we needed). We highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Hospitality

Our multi-generational family visited Fort Worth for the TCU-U of A football game. This was a perfect location from which to base our action packed weekend. The home was VERY well appointed for cooking breakfasts at home. We ate out for lunch and dinner but enjoyed coming back to the house and enjoying family game time each evening. Martha met us at. Heck in to share how to use the heat in each part of the house. We will be back to stay here because each couple /family had their own space and we also had lots of gathering space. Thank you for hosting our family!!

Great experience. Loved the house and the location, easy access to main roads and shopping/food as needed. Such a tranquil and beautiful place, relaxed us ALL getting ready for the big day which went off without a hitch. Had plenty of room for the kids bouncy house and the Taco Truck for the rehearsal.

Just what we needed!

We needed a space to house our large group since we were in Ft. Worth for several days attending the FWSSR Open Cattle Show. This house did not disappoint. Plenty of space inside and out for all. I loved the fact that it had a large enough dining space to accommodate all of us so we could sit down for at least 1 meal all together. Great people to work with and we would definitely book again should we need the space!

TERRIFIC Thanksgiving gathering

The location was very convenient for the Fort Worth area. The house is very accommodating with good public areas and outside gathering spaces. We appreciated the variety of games available for the teens. We would suggest that grip bars be added in tubs/showers for safety equipment and night lights in bathrooms would be helpful. Auxiliary heat in the carriage house bathroom would be very appreciated b/c of the stone and tile floors. The auxiliary heat in the 1st floor bedroom was not working and the night was very chilly. The instructions were very clear and simple. The children all want to return for more good memories.

Best Prodessional and Personal Get-Away

We loved this house and location! It's a very special historic house and very welcoming, as we're it's owners! We were a group of adults ranging from 40 to 55 and all Directors for a non- profit Board. We were able to have our personal space, socialize and cook together, but also have room to conduct an 8 hour Board Meeting. We were impressed at how well the house was stocked with everything from cooking seasonings, tin foil and baggies, soap coffee, pots and pans, etc. The beds were so comfortable and we were even able to enjoy the fire pit! Many in our group are morning walkers and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to return myself!!

We loved this home and the grounds the minute we saw it. In fact, we bought it the next day! You feel taken away to another time and place while on the property! Proud to be a part of the up and coming River East development. In an older, transitioning neighborhood--3 lots, over 100 oaks trees feels like an oasis once you're on the property.

You will love the location of this home. So close to the center of Fort Worth, yet sitting in a neighborhood on almost 2 acres. The home is surrounded with huge oak trees and lush garden, park-like grounds.
