Rilassatevi nella vostra rifugio di montagna. Panorami mozzafiato ea pochi passi dalle piste impressionanti Keystone. Questo spazioso (1600 sq ft) unità fornisce un ambiente idilliaco perfetto per ogni occasione. Se ti piace la spettacolare parco giochi all'aperto proprio fuori dalla porta di casa o volete semplicemente per rilassarsi ben al di là della città grind, venire approfittare di questo accogliente paradiso.

Il nostro condominio professionalmente decorato è dotato di due spazi di vita di lusso. Ogni livello ha un camino a legna, letto matrimoniale, divano letto che brucia, vasca idromassaggio e centro di intrattenimento. La camera da letto inferiore comprende anche un divano letto (2 letti singoli). La cucina è completamente attrezzata in modo se la voglia di cucinare si pone, è possibile improvvisare una festa in pochissimo tempo. Biancheria fornita Laura Ashley. Animali non ammessi.

Il condominio dispone di una piscina interna riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio e palestra. E non preoccuparti per il tempo inclemente, il parcheggio sotterraneo riscaldato offre rifugio per voi e la vostra auto. L'unità ha anche un armadio per gli sci in modo da non dover portarsi dietro qualsiasi apparecchiatura.

Attività abbondano a Keystone. Escursioni in montagna, corsa, mountain bike, pesca, caccia, campo da golf e il rafting può fare ogni giorno un'avventura indimenticabile. E non dimenticate gli sport invernali, dopo una lunga giornata di sci, sia diurna e notturna, l'imbarco, escursioni in motoslitta e sci di fondo solo sedersi e godere della compagnia di buoni amici e un camino a legna tostato. Basta immaginare...

Excellent location and plenty of space for a big family. Everything went perfect. Host is very punctual with answers. Layout of building is wonky but you figure it out. Parking was easy and the pool/hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes.

The host was very open and responded very quickly. The walk to the slopes was about 8 to 10 minutes in ski boots. Ski lockers were very convienent on the indoor parking level. Hot tub and pool were very nice. The bathrooms seemed to be updated. The kitchen was a little sparse they need a mixing bowl and larger non stick frying pans. Would stay again.

This unit is in a great location easy walk to Peru Express lifts. Parking was easy and available outside or in the garage. The access to the unit is wonky. It is a 2 story unit on levels 3 and 4 - you either access the unit by taking the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walking up a flight of stairs to the 4th floor door or take the stairs all the way up to the 3rd floor. Pool and hot tub were good, common areas need updating. Overall good location in a well maintained unit.

Overall it was a good stay. The layout and location of the property was great. The pool/hot tub area was not very clean and the kitchen did not have some basics like a pizza cutter and other utensils. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay close to the slopes!

This unit is perfect for snowboarders and skiers. Even though you have a shuttle that passes by the complex, it's faster to walk to Mountain House (approx 8 minutes). Being from Denver myself, It's a great place to stay when looking to get out of town!

Nice location

Enjoyed staying here as it was roomy and great location. Stairs could be a challenge for some but we embraced as another calorie killer. Views were excellent and able to be on Peru chair in no time.

Perfect for our two families

This property was perfect for our two families. Short walk to Mountain House base arra where we kept our walking boots and snacks in a locker. Getting to condo in building was a little puzzle, but not bad once you get it down. Great location and good accommodations.

Great condo. Nice large space, well equipped kitchen, pretty view and convenient location all at a great price. We will be back! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings and appreciated both of the living spaces for spreading out/privacy.

Great location, spacious condo

We loved staying at Russ' place - location is super close to the Peru ski lift (5-7 min walk) and the condo itself is very spacious with two separate bedrooms/living rooms on each floor. Communication with Russ was great - prompt in replying and attending to all of our questions. Kitchen is nicely stocked with non-perishable goods and there was plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We loved the place and plan to be back next ski season !

Great Property

We rented this property for our winter ski vacation and it was great for us. It's very spacious two story condo that has everything to make your stay great. Honestly it has the potential to host 10 adults without feeling cramped. Located very close to Peru lift and the walk is no more than 5 min, has a convenient ski locker in the garage. The owner is very responsive and he'll get back to you immediately if you need any help or anything to make your stay great. We are definitely going back.

A nice place!

My buddy and I came to Keystone for a big bike ride. Russ's place worked out perfect for us; like getting 2 places for the price of 1. There is separate living space upstairs and downstairs. It is very spacious with great views of the ski area and a peek view of the river (you can hear the river from the deck). The condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and nicely furnished. The owner, Russ, was responsive and a pleasure to work with. A great place and a great value.

Perfect

The condo is just about perfect. The location is great; close to so many activities. The pool is really nice as well as the hot tub. So much space even for a family of four. It is well taken care of and in terrific shape. The balcony was so nice in the morning to sit out in the cool, fresh air and take in the mountain view. Also, the owners were very nice and good with communication. Really couldn't ask for anything more, especially for the price. Thanks Russ!

¡Magnifico!

This place was a perfect fit for the needs of my family while I attended a conference in Keystone. It was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We made use of the bikes one afternoon along with a couple of rentals, which was a highlight for the family since our daughter learned how to ride for the first time. Russ and Laurie were super professional and prompt in all their interactions with us, and returned the security deposit by mail promptly after our departure. If we visit Keystone again, we will seek the same accommodations!

Walking distance to Peru Express

Property is spacious with plenty of room for 10 guests. The living room is well equipped to entertain and comfortable. The balcony looks onto the mountain and provided a sunny location for lunch. The kitchen has the essentials. Could use addition frying pans. Access to the condo is tenuous as the elevator does not exit at the appropriate floor requiring climbing one flight to the entrance. Overall a good value.

My wife and I bought our Liftside unit about three years ago. It has provided a wonderful respite from our day-to-day lives. My wife, Laurie, is a university professor. Her expertise is in child development, concentrating on providing services for children with autism. I am a retired military officer and presently work as a realtor in the Greater Denver area. During the summer, we donate the unit to families who face end of life decisions and want one last opportunity to have that special time together.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Keystone provides excellent skiing during the winter. The resort caters to families which makes it an ideal stay. The unit is so close to the slopes that our son even doesn't mind carrying his own skiis. The unit itself is very comfortable. We call it the 'fluffy house'. Its a great opportunity to get away from the everyday grind and just relax. We go up every chance we get!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We've never had a disappointed renter in our ten plus years managing the property. I like to be up front about Keystone, the condo and the area in general. The unit is spacious so you won't be packed in like sardines as in most rentals. The two floors allow that separation for couples or children from adults when you need it.

The condo has all the charm and comfort of a mountain retreat. The view of the slopes is breath-taking. Its so nice to kick back after along day on the slopes and watch the skiers race down the mountain. We have all the conveniences at our condo so you don't need to bring anything except food and drink. And lastly, the unit is very competitively price so you get excellent value for your money.
