Questa casa del 1910 (Full Remodel 2009) è piena di fascino e si trova in una posizione perfetta con una breve passeggiata di 5 isolati nel cuore del centro di Coeur D 'Alene con esso; spiagge, ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti! Le tre camere da letto, due bagni sono predisposti per il divertimento in famiglia mentre offre servizi moderni come l'aria condizionata centralizzata e riscaldamento, Wi-Fi e altro ancora. Il piano principale ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno completo, soggiorno aperto e sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata e porte scorrevoli verso un patio appartato con barbecue e sala da pranzo all'aperto. Il piano superiore ha due camere da letto e un bagno completo.

this is a great location. walking distance to the lake and the center of downtown. I could consume alcohol and walk back. Everything was very clean. We even took an hour to use the bikes for our own little tour. Perfect for what we wanted.

So cute, so quaint!

Very easy access, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Love the master bedroom with the electric fireplace! Very comfortable and clean and the location is optimal! Would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend to promote CDA Boot Camp

Great location. Only ten-minute walk to CDA Resort/Lake. House was very clean and accommodated five guests well. We were not at the house much, but loved the location. Neighborhood is nice. One suggestion would be to have beach towels available. We wanted to go down to the beach, but all of us forgot to bring beach towels and didn't want to take the white towels provided for showers. We had a small snafu with no toilet paper in the main bathroom downstairs and only three bath towels provided, but the owner responded quickly letting us know where to find backup supplies. My only suggestion would be to have enough tp and bath towels to accommodate the number of guests that will be staying at the property. We definitely would stay here again, and will probably be back the same time next year for the same purpose. The girls loved the M&Ms the most, the quickest way to our hearts! :) Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Exceeding expectations!

By far, one of our best stays! This home felt like that...home. So many extras like the warm welcome goodies and note, along with the directory of local information. Thanks for the Keurig and coffee! The little patio was perfect for a quiet meal outdoors. Everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house an great location.

We wanted a house within walking distance to downtown. We got so much more. Wonderful communication with the host. Tons of activity items (games, sleds, bikes, etc). We didn’t use them, but they were available. Very clean with everything we could have needed.

We chose this property as our first Christmas vacation away from home and it was perfect! The house had wonderful lighting, easy to find as well as get to other attractions in the town. The host was very punctual with all communication and questions that came up that I had about the property. Everyone in our family ages 8-50 agreed that we enjoyed this property and we all gave it a 10!

Warm, Cozy and Excellent Communication with Host

The house felt like our own. Our family didn't feel like we had to tip toe around being ever so careful not to disturb anything. The night was so quiet on this street and the king size bed was so cozy, we slept great. We had to contact the host a couple of times because I couldn't find an item or figure out the TV. She was quick to resolve our issues with the exception of the TV. She offered to come over and help us, but we decided our time was better spent enjoying some games she had available instead. Our family came in separate cars and it was great to have the parking space for both of us in the front of the house. We had plans to walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene because the house is so close. But the weather was snowy, so we piled in one car and benefited by only having to pay for parking the one car downtown. Our family will not hesitate to book this home in the future.
