Questa lussuosa dimora storica fu costruita nel 1890 e ha un sacco di fascino storico e carattere. La casa è di circa 2800 piedi quadrati e ha un sacco di spazio e comfort nelle nostre 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni, cucina completa, mini cucina, soggiorno sala da pranzo, zona studio camera da letto. Hai anche pieno accesso al cortile del cortile e alla zona tv.
La casa dispone di alloggi con 5 camere da letto matrimoniali. C'è una tv a schermo piatto con cavo in ogni camera da letto.
Se devi metterti in viaggio d'affari o navigare su Internet, utilizza il WIFI ad alta velocità gratuito. Abbiamo aggiornato alla massima velocità di internet
a disposizione.
Parcheggio- abbiamo un ampio parcheggio di fronte alla casa lungo la strada. È gratuito e non misurato.
Algiers Point è sicuramente una perla nascosta di New Orleans! È il secondo più antico quartiere ed è un pittoresco villaggio di case storiche e attività commerciali di proprietà locale. A pochi passi da Algiers-Canal St. Traghetto, quartiere francese e quartiere del centro commerciale centrale! Il quartiere è un rifugio sicuro e tranquillo che consente agli ospiti di poter camminare a tutte le azioni che New Orleans ha da offrire! Algiers Point è stato eletto quartiere di New Orleans dell'anno sia nel 2015 che nel 2016 e ha anche numerosi bar e ristoranti locali. Algiers Point è anche uno dei quartieri più sicuri di New Orleans.
La nostra casa è ideale per famiglie, coppie o amici che cercano una casa lontano da casa. New Orleans ha un sacco di posti per festeggiare e scatenarsi, ti offriamo un'accogliente dimora storica per rilassarti e riposarti da tutto quel divertimento! Amerai il quartiere storico e la vicinanza al quartiere francese. È a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal traghetto, che ti porta via attraverso il fiume Mississippi in circa 5 minuti, passa ogni 15 minuti da ogni lato e se ti stanchi di camminare, un Uber o Lyft è di circa $ 10.

This home is so beautiful, and the neighborhood is great. There are so many options for food and drinks within a couple of blocks, including the ferry to cross the river. The host is so incredibly kind and fast in responding to all questions. Our girls trip to New Orleans was perfect, and this house is definitely worth booking.

This home is beautiful! It’s historic, well maintained, and picturesque! There is plenty of space too, it almost felt like the rooms just kept going when we first were getting settled in. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and had a whole extra room. There is a small kitchen that is perfect if you do need to cook and have groceries there. The neighborhood is wonderful as well. You have to check out the local taco restaurant and diner that are right up the street. We also found a gluten-free bakery and restaurant within 6-8 min drive that was amazing as well. We took pictures through out the house and out front as part of our trip photos because the house is just that neat. The central dining room table also acted as our family game night home base. When we first arrived the ozone machines and fan were still out and on, just a little oversight by the housekeepers, but we got that cleared up quickly and the host was responsive and super helpful. There are AC units in every room! We visiting I July when it’s super hot and humid and was a little worried with an older house like this but it was just fine. There is a ferry that you can take from Algiers over to the French quarter that is 5 mins from the house. Free parking at the ferry lot. Otherwise it’s a 10-12 mins uber/drive since you have to drive around to cross the big bridge. We loved our stay and would definitely book this house and work with this host again!

Lovely, large historic home worked well for a group of 4 long-time friends that have known each other since 1st grade. Comfortable beds, and each room was equipped with window air conditioners and ceiling fans. We were very comfortable. Diedra was quick to respond to my text messages and sent service people when we had an issue with turning off water in one of the bathroom tubs. She even had a new Keurig coffee machine delivered to the home within 2 hours of our arrival, which made my 2 coffee loving friends very happy. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood. We found a wonderful breakfast/coffee shop within an 8-minute walk from this VRBO, a small bodega that sold wine, beer, and groceries, and several other small restaurants. We loved the convenience of a 10-minute walk to the Ferry that took us to the French Quarter. Getting the 3-day Jazzy Pass was a great idea - 8 for unlimited RTA Ferry, Trolly, and Bus rides.

The home is charming and adds to the flavor of a New Orleans visit. We felt very safe in this lovely home and appreciated the convenient location, a short walk to the ferry and a quick 2 ride to the French Quarter. There were restaurants and shops in the neighborhood as well. It was perfect and Deidra was a great host. We would choose this home again.

Fantastic NOLA experience!

Great layout of the house for our various age groups, loved walking to the ferry for easy access to the French Quarter. Front porch was lovely and the courtyard area was enjoyed for morning coffee.

Great Space!

We stayed for a friend's weekend. The space was super clean and was perfect for our group with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 washers and dryers. The owner was a great communicator and we loved the ease of getting to and from the French Quarter via ferry. Would definitely stay again.

Elegant feel, Ferry to French Quarter❤️

Great value for the price, very comfy with a good historic feel. The ferry is a short walk from the house, was super cheap, and was very easy to use. Host also communicated very well! We felt very safe in this neighborhood and would stay here again.

Nice place, plenty of room and quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay, just blocks from the ferry to New Orleans. It is nice to have New Orleans but when you are ready to get to some place quiet and out of the hustle and bustle jump on the ferry and you are there. We are from a small town so the noise and crowds are not what we are used to. Jami, your place was clean and had plenty of room and bathrooms for our whole family. We enjoyed the stay and will rent again.

Cute and convenient

Great communication with Deidra! The location was a convenient and the water ferry worked perfect for our group! Neighborhood was quaint and safe. The only negative was that the beds are not very comfortable.

Chris and I love New Orleans. He was born and raised here, I moved to New Orleans in 1988 from Wellington, Ohio. We have 2 wonderful children one of which was adopted locally. This home is our family home, we lived here until shortly after hurricane Katrina. It took use 5 Years to renovate and re-restore the home after the hurricane, even though we did not sustain flood we had wind damages. We chose to turn this home into a vacation home only because we love the historic feel of this home and wanted to share it with visitors of our great city. We love it!! We are very grateful that all of our guest love it too! Visit us and I know you will Love it too!!

We are only a ferry boat ride away to the French Quarter. Algiers' Point is home to many of our local musicians. On Wednesdays' there are free porch concerts just a short stroll away. In addition, Algiers Point has plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy on your way to or from the French Quarter and entertainment district.

You don't need a car when staying in Algiers Point. We have love this location because of it proximity near the French Quarter and the ferry ride from Algiers Point to the French Quarter. The views are stunning. From our home, you can enjoy the sounds of the calliope (steam piano) coming from the Steamboat NATCHEZ.
