Sii felice come gli orsi di Happy Bears Cabin! Questa capanna di legno molto accogliente si trova in una zona boscosa con una vita selvaggia abbondante e vicino alla città e ai negozi. Trascorri la giornata immergendoti nei freschi pini sul ponte o scaldati davanti al camino. Non dimenticare di trovare la botola nella lavanderia durante il tuo soggiorno. We ended our stay early and communicated our observations to the management company verbally and in writing, along with pictures. We have received no response. This cabin should be advertised as a hunting cabin in a trailer park, so no hunting. Patently false advertising using stylized and misleading photos. It was a dump.

Cabin was very clean and decor was great. There were several neighboring houses that had barking dogs that were distracting and the yard was not well maintained. Inside the cabin was very comfortable and maintained.

Really liked your property. The cabin was very nice. The wife, I, and our pups thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved your offerings and loved Ruidoso in general. Two improvements that I see kept it from being an excellent stay. One the access to the carport (which looked amazing...) was so narrow and had such a severe drop off made access impossible for my truck. So, I ended parking beside the cabin which was fine, but we encountered a nasty wind, rain, and hail storm while we were there and could have damaged my truck. (Fortunately, it didn't sustain any damage).Secondly the steps down from the driveway to the level the cabin is on are not level. On the initial way down from the driveway to the cabin, my wife slipped and fell down on the wooden steps that were crooked. Fortunately, she her pride was the only injury. But, this could be a serious hazard to people unaccustomed to that hazard.One more note. On the morning of our third (Wednesday) day of our stay, our fire alarm began to give off intermittent low battery beeps. I promptly notified your representative, but as of Friday morning when we departed, the intermittent beeping. There were major storms in Ruidoso on Monday and Tuesday and I am sure that the maintenance people were swamped with problems, but if you had notified me that it was going to be that long of a delay in getting to this battery change out, I would have done it myself. (Although I did not have a ladder to accomplish this.) We will come back to Ruidoso

No coffee. After getting coffee, the coffee maker did not work. Called property manager, they didn’t care . Had to go buy one . Outside in disrepair . All kinds of fees did not want insurance on cancellation . Tv tiny and did not work . Some painted outside of cabin red it is not natural wood ..

Quiet. Restful. Beautiful Scenery.

Cabin was smaller than portrayed in pictures but accurate. Cabin was super clean, well stocked, comfortable! We ended up staying in mainly because it was so cozy and The wind decided to blow 27 mph on Tues and Wed😂. The deck on the back offered scenic views of the mountains trees and and wild life was abundant! Deer, bullmoose ( think that’s what they were) were fun to watch passing through! We were a little disappointed about TV not working in bedroom-we called but no one returned our call:(. Not a deal breaker though- It would look nicer at first glance if the yard we picked of of old debris, around the yard and under decking where back fence is at-it wasn’t so bad though that I didn’t feel safe about my puppy being in there-fenced yard was a plus!! We will book again! Wanted to sign guest book but didn’t have an own! Tammy and Ty. Thank you! !

Clean and please fix

Loved this cabin. Very clean and great location love that it was dog friendly. Seeing wild life was a plus. I will say there is some room for improvement. The front door the screen door slams very hard and loudly (shock is worn out) the front door itself doesnt close all the way there is a gap for the cold draft. Front door didnt make for a safe feeling while staying here. Another unsafe feeling was the fact you could see right through the doors in the kitchen and one of the blinds in the living room closest to the TV didn't close. When staying out of town state or in general feeling safe is my family and I biggest need and this wasnt that. But over all the cabin was what we were looking for.

Great Cabin and Great Location but for 2 Things

Great cabin and great location. Bedrooms were a good size, and sheets were soft. Heater was great, hot water was good, and we loved the real fireplace. We found a big trash can of wood for $35 in town. Don't go to local hardware for it. We couldn't find the W/D because it was in a room marked "private" and we didn't go in only to find out we had to go in to find the trap door to the W/D. I have 2 small complaints. The 2-seater sofa was very uncomfortable. It would be great if they got rid of the extra chairs and put in an L shaped couch. That way you could flop out after a day of hiking. The other complaint is that the brown lab next door barked incessantly. That kind of ruined the peacefulness of sitting outside with our coffee although we could also hear him barking non-stop inside the house. It for that reason only that we won't rent here again. A Keurig coffee maker would have been nice and saran wrap/foil/zip locks would have been nice as well. Other than the couch and the barking dog, it was a great place!

Surrounded by towering pines and the calming sounds of nature, we felt instantly at ease, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inside, the cabin was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that exuded warmth and comfort. The décor was tasteful and rustic, perfectly complementing the cabin's natural surroundings. We particularly loved the large windows that allowed us to soak in the stunning mountain views while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. Our stay at Ruidoso Cabin was nothing short of exceptional. The cabin's tranquil setting, its immaculate condition, and its charming atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for our much-needed escape. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat in the heart of Ruidoso.
