Benvenuto a Salem Missouri! Vieni a scoprire la bellezza degli Ozarks! Siamo situati vicino al Ozark National Scenic Riverways, a circa 2 ore a sud di St. Louis. Montauk State Park si trova a 35 minuti a sud ed è uno dei principali parchi di pesca di trote del Missouri. La stagione delle trote si apre a marzo e dura fino a ottobre. L'inverno supporta i programmi di cattura e rilascio.
Echo Bluffs, il più nuovo dei parchi statali del Missouri si trova a 32 miglia a sud sull'autostrada 19.
La nostra casa a due piani Little Rock ha una camera matrimoniale con bagno annesso e letto queen size. Un secondo ufficio / stanza di ricambio Ha un divano letto doppio estraibile. La casa Little Rock è dotata di asciugamani, lenzuola, caffettiera, tostapane, forno a microonde e tutte le necessità di cucina (mi dispiace, senza lavastoviglie).

I have stayed at the Rock House multiple times and always feel like I am staying at my families place in the country while having access to small town amenities. Sandy is absolutely the best host making sure you are always comfortable.

This place was absolutely amazing. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The fall decor was absolutely an amazing touch for the comfy feel. The pictures are accurate but does not do this place justice, it is just absolutely beautiful. The host is also super responsive to messages.

An absolutely charming little house to call your home while on vacation. It was perfect for my wife and I. It had plenty of supplies, linens, etc. Everything was very clean and well kept The history of the house was very intriguing as well! The host did amazing with communication and answering any questions. She also has plenty of attraction pamphlets to go through whilst rocking in the chairs in the front sunroom.The back deck was very peaceful and offered a great view of the many trees in the backyard.If we visit our friends again in Salem, we will be sure to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Rock House in Salem, MO! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host went above and beyond—there were snacks waiting for us when we arrived, along with shampoo, conditioner, and other thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. You can tell a lot of care is put into keeping the place clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this rental if you’re in the area!

Salem trip

This is the second stay at this location. Came down to float the Current River. House is adorable, clean and easy to get to. Sandy even leaves some snacks which I find very sweet.

It was a perfect little getaway. Very clean. Good water pressure. Comfy bed. Fireflies off the deck at dusk were magical. The only thing that I would say is that the bedroom gets very bright in the morning so if you’re sensitive to bright sunlight bring a sleep mask. Great restaurants in town. All in all a great experience.

Cute Stay

Comfortable and convenient location for a short trip. The only reason I took a few stars off was because of the mold in the freezer and some spiders and ants in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. If those hadn’t been there, the stay would’ve been perfect.

Beautifully Restored 100 Year Old Home

This is a beautiful old home that's been restored. It's very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Salem is a great location and near so many national and state parks.

Quiet & cozy place to stay

Next time I am in Salem, I’m staying here again. The lady who runs this house was very easy to contact for any questions. She is more than accommodating and responds very fast. The bed is comfortable, the shower stays nice and hot. Easy access to everything in town. A very cozy place to be.

My husband and I retired after 33 years in the Military and decided Salem was the right fit for us. The rock house started out as a get-away while we were working, and a place in the summer to persue his fly-fishing passion. I visited in the summers here in Salem with my Grandma, Aunts, Uncles and cousins, so it has always been my second home. I love to travel, buy houses (it’s an addiction) decorate and keep up with the Grandkids! My husband is Mr. Fix-It, and together we have made a special place for you to come and relax.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This property was a mess when we bought it. It took us 3 years, little by little, to get it back in shape. The house was built somewhere in the 1800’s and once was a part of a 1,500 acre parcel. No records on exactly when the home was built could be located. This is a unique property- old on the outside and remodeled on the inside. Just perfect if you have a little “Farmhouse Chic” in your soul.
