Everything was ready for us upon arrival and the hosts were super communicative through out the booking, arrival and check out process. They gave us plenty of ideas for things to do and places to go and was were wonderfully accurate. We had plenty of room and no issues with the property which was set in a great neighborhood would love to stay again

We really loved the property. We had party of 10 and it fit all our needs. Carole, Basil and Danai were so helpful and made our stay so much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again

Great place to stay in Athens!

The apartments were spacious and comfortable for our group of 15. The host and staff couldn’t have been more organized, friendly, and helpful. Great neighborhood with easy access to the Acropolis.

great stay!

Loved this place - it's perfect for a multi-generation family. Carole and Basil were amazing to work with - we had a large group and the accommodations were ideal - as were the pace of our mostly food focused activities (though our Acropolis guide was terrific. Thanks Carole and Basil - we hope some of us will be back to explore more places in Greece - and we'll be working with Real Greece Travel again.

Great in Greece!

We had a wonderful experience on this Athens apartment. The space was as described with great amenities (supplies, ability to stock the kitchen, make reservations, arrange drivers, etc!) Carole and Nadea and Nick were great! We highly recommend the space and would enthusiastically stay again

Ideal stay in Athens

We were a family of 16 ranging in age from 10 to 77. The layout of 7 BR’s allowed everyone to spread out while enjoying a central area. The Location was great and all the major sites were accessible by foot. Danai was incredibly helpful and cooked us a Greek meal which was great fun. If you’re a large group and want to be in the middle of Athens highlights, this property is an excellent choice.

Awesome place and people

The apartment is really nice. We took the option of alpha plus beta, and lived in it very comfortably as a group of 13 people. Everything in the place is very nice and well maintained - great kitchen supplies, nice beds, lots of books to browse through etc. Carol and her associates were really nice and gave us many great suggestions about where to go, where to eat, et. Despite the fact that it was an Easter holiday weekend. In short - highly recommended!

Fantastic experience

The property was very accurately described, we were a party of 19 and we all fit in the 2 apartments nicely. The apartments were very well stocked, we lacked nothing. The location was great, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and some historical sites too. Communication was the hosts was superb, the best experience ever! Shout out to Danai, Carole and Basil as their knowledge of Athens was so helpful in planning activities, and they arranged everything for us as well. I highly recommend!

Athens for 19

Very well-kept apartment (s) in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many sites. With 19 family members we made use of both apartments, connected by a short hallway. Lovely “welcome basket”, spacious balconies with great city views. Plenty of bathrooms. Having transports, activities and restaurants booked for us was wonderful - doing that in a new place and for 19 people would have been beyond challenging. The guides and drivers were excellent, warm and friendly. One highlight in particular was our Greek meal cooking lesson for all 19 of us, with two chefs coming to the apartment. Everyone very much enjoyed themselves. Very friendly and helpful apartment owners/travel planners. Highly recommended.

Wonderful week in Athens

Our family is scattered all across the US. We were looking forward to spending time together and catching up. My brother booked a Festiva sailing vacation (awesome!)in the Cyclades and we topped it off with a week in Athens. The Athens First apartment was perfect for our needs. It offered a fill-sized refrigerator, well -appointed kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a tub!) and a lovely outdoor area where we gathered both before and after long sightseeing days. We highly recommend the foodie tour! The apartment was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and had a much needed washer and dryer. We were welcomed with a food basket and wine, saving us from having to go to the grocery the day of check in. All in all, it was perfect for our needs. Carole, Basil, Nadia (conducted the Foodie Tour) and Nick (wealth of knowledge) were all so informative and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here!

Great local location close enough to tourist sites with the warm feel of a local neighborhood

Hosts were great to work with and were very responsive and communicated early, often and quick. Great view from the top, AC in every room kept the place cool.

Amazing place for large groups

This was our second time to bring a large group of us to stay in this home. They have made some changes that made it even better than before--codes to get into the building and apartment (wonderful to not have to keep up with keys!), some new beds, and other renovations. Carole was incredible to work with and we sure hope to be back again next year! Highly recommend this place and any place that Carole and Basil host. :)

We where home

Our apartment made this trip wonderful. It was hard to leave it in the morning . Neighborhood restaurants and shops were really good . All recommendations from Carole and her staff were exactly what we wanted. From the supermarket to restaurants to the tours Carole set up for us .

un appartement paffait

C'est un appartement 5 étoiles, Tout était parfait. L'accueil avec instructions complètes de Nadia, les communications claires et précises de Carole, le transport rapide et a l'heure vers l'aéroport de Nikos. À distance de marche de tous les points à visiter. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à Athènes.

Great overall experience

Carole runs a great business. The condo is well appointed, clean and beds are comfortable. She really goes out of her way to make sure you have a great vacation. We leveraged her contacts and set up several tours - and they were all well worth it. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Athens!

Wonderful modern apartment in a great neighborhood. I would recommend using transfer service to and from airport and guides suggested by owners as well as restaurant recommendations. Carole and Nadia were wonderful and easy to deal with.

Amazing Place to Stay and Even Better People

The apartment was perfect for our group of 11. We spent 8 days in Athens and never got tired of such a nice place. The people we worked closely with were Carole, Basil and Nadia. What exceptional and caring people! If you have ANY question or concern, they are right on top of it. In additional to an extremely well maintained and stocked apartment, they provide excellent vacation planning. Their recommendations for tours, day trips, restaurants and activities were perfect. Never a problem! The people they work with match their compassion. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to visit Athens. The trip planning by Carole was such a hidden gem in this great vactation! Looking forward to another visit to Athens and the Acropolis Sky Villa!

Experience Athens like a local

We were are family of six spending Christmas in Athens. The location is amazing, you are right in the middle of a neighborhood with grocery, restaurants and shops steps away. And it was possible to walk/take a tram to all of the sights. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to eat in, the washer and dryer came in handy. We used Carol's driver to and from the airport which I highly recommend.
