Landmark Hingham vittoriano! Proprietà squisita situata tra Leavitt e Spring Sts. Casa è stata ampiamente rinnovata con dettagli di fascia alta in tutto compresi elettrodomestici Wolfe e Subzero, motivi recintati privati, piscina di acqua salata con copertura elettrica e spa su due livelli. Bellissimo cortile a più livelli con enorme area giochi piatta e giardini spettacolari. 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni e 2 mezzi bagni. Completamente aggiornato ma con dettagli d'epoca meravigliosi come porte a scomparsa originali, dispensa del maggiordomo e modanature a corona. Ampia built-in in tutto. Incredibile "seminterrato" finito con tv a schermo piatto e builtins con enorme sala giochi e sala della scuola. Bagno completo al piano seminterrato. Completamente aperto concetto di vita con cucina enorme, colazione, combo grande sala. 3 camini a gas telecomandati di cui uno nell'enorme (e completamente privata) master suite. Sala colazione, mudroom, sala da pranzo formale e informale abbondano. Avvolgere portici coperti, sala colazione, mudroom e palestra. L'esterno ha un nuovo garage in stile Carriage con ampio studio / ufficio e bagno di servizio. Una delle case più belle di Hingham.
Posizione incredibile - a pochi passi dal centro di Hingham (0,9 miglia), Hingham Center (2 miglia), biblioteca pubblica (di fronte), stazione dei treni pendolari (1 5 miglia) e facile da guidare a Hingham Ferry a Boston e Logan Airport ( 12 minuti in auto).

Great property

We very much enjoyed our almost two weeks at this house. The house was clean, well-stocked, spacious and full of toys and things to do with kids. We especially loved the big yard, trampoline and pool. The area is charming and not crowded.

Great house for kids

The home was beautifully decorated, well appointed and a great place for kids with loads of indoor and outdoor things for them to play with. The house is a walk or short drive to town or the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay in Hingham!

This house was amazing! We had such a great stay. The outdoor setup is so much fun for adults and for kids and the pool was the perfect temperature all the time. The house is impeccably furnished and perfectly set up for anyone with small children - we felt at home immediately and our kids loved it. We would definitely return for another trip!

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at this spectacular, historical home! Our children enjoyed the big backyard, trampoline, swing set and of course the amazing pool. The house is beautiful both inside and out. There is a big playroom with a variety of toys for both boys and girls. Laundry is conveniently located upstairs on the same level as the bedrooms. Open floor plan between the kitchen and family room on the main floor, which is ideal for larger families. The backyard is completely private and fenced in. The owners were helpful and left detailed directions for an easy check in and check out. It was the perfect setting for our family of five, and we didn’t want to leave!

Amazing stay in Hingham

My family had an amazing time in Hingham. The house is beautiful, the property is amazing, and Sean and Virginia were easy to communicate with. This rental property is perfect, especially for families with kids. My three children had the time of their lives swimming in the pool, bouncing on the trampoline, & playing in the basement playroom.

Better than the photos!

We have stayed in luxury hotels and homes all over the world and this home truly goes down as one of the best. It is immaculate, extremely well organized and all of the furniture and linens are top of line. The personalized welcome note and fresh flowers were so thoughtful and simply added to the overall appeal of this stunning historic home, heated pool and hot tub. The owners could not have been more lovely to work with and we cannot wait to return!

Idyllic House and Propery

Everything about this place is ideal. The property, pool, and house are all beautiful, well maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We would come back in a heartbeat. Great place to spend time as a family, especially with kids given the large playroom, play set/trampoline, and the access to swimming. Highly recommend!

great vacation spot

We stayed for a month to have a place where we could have space and a swimming pool to ourselves in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sean and Virginia were terrific hosts - easy to contact and communicate with, flexible in working with our timing needs. They left us some lovely welcome gifts and a thorough list of places that would deliver food while restaurants were closed. The private pool and hot tub were perfect, and the yard was big and had a great mix of shade and sun. It was easy to adjust temperatures in the pool and hot tub. The house was huge and overkill for our needs, but it would work well for a larger group and for families with younger kids. There was plenty of space for everyone in the family to do work/school. Cleaning service came once a week. Now my wife and kids are begging for a pool...

Fabulous stay in beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Virginia and Sean were easy to communicate with and alway easy to return in touch with. They left clear instructions for the house and it’s amenties. My children loved playing with the trampoline and all of their toys. It made for a great trip.
