Can't say enough nice things about this property and host. Conveniently located just off Beach Drive, more or less in between Gulfport and Biloxi. Easy off street parking with room for several vehicles, if you have a group. Screened in porch, so you can sit outside without being pestered by pests. A/C works great throughout the house, when you are wanting to cool down. Probably the cleanest home we've rented through VRBO, and far and away the friendliest, most communicative, pleasant host, who went out of the way to make sure we had everything, and all the information we needed to have a great stay. If we go back to Gulfport/Biloxi we won't even look at different place.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated for a relaxing beach vibe, the beds were comfortable and the views of the water were lovely. Everything you could possibly need was provided. I especially loved the screened in porch area for morning coffee watching the sunrise. The location is superb, just a few steps from the beach, yet still allowing for a feeling of privacy with the open land in front of the house. Conveniently located to area attractions and great restaurants. I’d give this house 10 stars if I could. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the coast. Thanks, Kathryn, for sharing your home with us for our anniversary trip!

We were supposed to begin our beach vacation on Friday, but life had other plans. The day before our trip, my husband suffered a heart attack. Doctors discovered a 95% blockage in his widow maker artery, and he underwent emergency surgery to have a stent placed. Thankfully, everything went well, but it meant we couldn’t leave until Saturday instead.Kathryn was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating during such a stressful time. She graciously allowed us to push our stay back by a day, which took one less worry off our shoulders when we needed it most. Her compassion meant more to us than words can express.The beach house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the beach. It was the perfect place to relax and recover after everything we’d been through. We truly appreciated both the wonderful home and Kathryn’s exceptional hospitality. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend staying here!

We *loved* this little retreat! The entire living area has an unobstructed beach view. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept so well. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you’d ever need. Even had bikes and sand toys to enjoy. And the cutest neighbor cat that would wander over and love on us. Owner was very accessible and responsive. We will be back next time we are in Gulfport!

This house was absolutely perfect- one of our top VRBOs we've stayed in. The view was stunning and the area felt very safe. It was very well appointed with everything you could possibly want or need; we cooked a full New Year's Day dinner with no problem. We enjoyed the wine and the hospitality- including the pretty Christmas tree that was lit for our arrival. We would 100% stay here again. It exceeded our expectations in every way!
