Nuovissimo sviluppo di Coral Ridge si trova all'estremità nord-est del bellissimo campo da golf Coral Canyon. Può ospitare fino a 8. Il padrone dorme 2 in un letto king size, la prima camera per gli ospiti 2 posti letto in un letto matrimoniale, la camera a castello 4 posti letto con un letto matrimoniale e una doppia cuccetta sul letto matrimoniale. C'è una piccola doppia rollaway per un bambino in più e un porto una culla per un bambino. Tutti i nuovi mobili, elettrodomestici ed elettronica. Nessuna condivisione o controllo in entrata e in uscita chiavi; la tastiera elettronica consente agli utenti di impostare la propria password per l'ingresso durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo due condomini aggiuntivi accanto se avete bisogno di più spazio per grandi raduni. I servizi della comunità includono una club house abbastanza spaziosa per grandi raduni, due piscine, 2 vasche idromassaggio, centro fitness attrezzato, putting green, laghetto per la pesca, campo da basket e parco giochi per bambini. Fabulous Condo near Zion

Our stay here was absolutely perfect from the accomodations to the location. Kelly was a great host and very responsive with a few questions we had.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. I prepared a Christmas dinner while we were there and was pleasantly surprised with how well stock the kitchen was. This will definitely be on our list to visit again.

Perfect Location!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6 for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect for games in St. George. Easy access to I-15 and all the local attractions. Kelly was very responsive and provided great information to make it a great place to stay!

Great stay

Great property! Plenty of room for our family of 6. We neighbors on either side of us but didn’t know it until we saw them outside after a few days. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful vacation home

Wonderful place to stay near Zion Park. The condo was spacious and had all of the amenities that we were looking for including pool, hot tub, ping-pong, grill, smart TVs, etc.. The host was amazing as well answered all of our questions in a really timely manner and even had essentials stocked at the condo.

Very clean and spacious home

We love the property. It was perfect for our family. The home was clean and had everything that we needed. We also enjoyed the community pools that were available. The owner was very good to work with.

Family friendly and Clean

My family and I came down for soccer tournaments and this property had everything we needed and then some. We loved the cleanliness and modern look of everything! The pools were also nice! I hope we can stay here in again in the near future. Thank you!

Great location, clean, easy and simple!

As the title says, the location is ideal to all nearby attraction: Sand Hollow State Park, Zion Canyon, with nearby convenient store. They also have a community swimmingpool starting at 1 feet for little ones. The house was very clean and has all your needs from laundry to utensils to shower shampoo and conditioner. I would stay here again!

Great family spot

What a great area. 2 pools to enjoy. Close to Zion. The kitchen has plenty of dishes. And even kid friendly plates and cups and spoons. A high Jake and pack and play were seen too. My only suggestion would be more towels for the house. Great place!

Great house, as advertised

We've rented houses in St. George multiple times and this one did not disappoint. House was clean, as advertised and very well stocked. Pack n play, roll away bed, lots of pillows and blankets as well as the kitchen. Only downside is the clubhouse/workout area has been closed for over a year due to covid.

Great home! Great vacation!

We stayed here as a base camp to see all that nature has to offer in SW Utah. Kelly (the owner) was very responsive throughout the rental process and during our stay. The house is lovely and had plenty of space for our family of 4. It is also one of the best stocked homes we've rented on VRBO - plenty of kitchen wares, basic supplies in the pantry, tons of towels, etc. There is a clubhouse in the complex with 2 pools which we visited during our stay. It is a short drive to Zion (about 40 minutes) and 2+ hours to Bryce. We also went UTVing with a local place right in Washington (through UTV Adventure Tours) and had a blast! I highly recommend this place if you are visiting SW Utah.

Kelly, your place was perfect! The kitchen was well-equipped, we had all of our meals there. The house was clean, well-maintained, and layout was great. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was just really great. My kids want to make this an annual trip because they enjoyed it so much. We had left a couple of things in your home, and had to return to retrieve them. Betty was very nice to let us in to get them. This is the first time I vacationed this way, and I will do it again, hopefully at your property.

Great place, great amenities, great homeowners

We loved staying here for our family reunion. We got home from the lake on day to find the water off. The city was working on a broken pipe and Kelly was so quick to respond to us and try to find other ways for us to bathe our kiddos. She was so sweet and kept in touch with us to know when the water was back on. The beds were so comfy, there were towels for the pools, etc. Everything was so easy to find and so easily accessible. We enjoyed our time here and loved the communication and help that Kelly was. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful Home! Great Vacation!

Fantastic Utah vacation was made even better by this beautiful home that we stayed in. Sharon's home was beautifully decorated, well maintained and felt like home. All the essentials, very well stocked and all the amenities that you could ask for. Only about 15 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes to Zion National Park where we hiked for 4 days. About a 2.5 hour drive to Bryce Canyon National Park as well. Lots of good shopping and restaurants close by the condo was nice. We also cooked out and enjoyed the back patio. The house is in a nice community with a golf course adjacent to it. Very nice community pool on site as well. Sharon was a great host and we will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful and comfortable!

This home was perfect for us as we explored beautiful Zions NP. The home was spotless, the kitchen was the best equipped of any VRBO home we've stayed in, and the beds were comfortable. There were ample towels, including beach towels for the pool. Speaking of the pool...what a great set up! There were two separate pools and two whirlpools, as well as a clubhouse with ping pong, foosball, and a workout room. My family utilized all of the activities and had so much fun! And Sharon was amazing to work with. Very accommodating (I had to change my arrival/departure dates after booking), professional, and quick to respond to email. Don't hesitate to rent here...you'll be happy you did.

We live in Utah County and enjoy escaping the cold to beautiful southern Utah. We have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren. I am a retired school teacher and my husband is owns his own company.

This property is beautifully maintained and is decorated with brand new highest quality furniture and decorations. It is our goal to make sure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

My parents and brother own the two nearest condos so we can easily make larger group gatherings work. This makes it much easier to bring extended family and keep them close. The condo across the street is a one level, two car garage and sleeps 8 and has a large open concept for large gatherings and a grassy area with two patios. The second condo is identical to ours but has a fold out couch for two more guests. Rent all three and sleep up to 26 people. Great for family groups.

You will use the code we send you before you check in for your entire stay. 4 extra parking spots are directly across from the unit to save you from long walks to the car.
