We really enjoyed our staying here. The hosts thought of everything and provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The house was very clean and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home and nicely decorated. Great Hosts and appreciated "the book" if information. Very helpful. Would stay here again. Great location close to nice restaurants. Easy access to main roads to visit other parts of the Phoenix metro area.

This was a quiet neighborhood close to I-17, shopping and restaurants. We were in the area for Spring Training and it was about a 15 minute drive to the Mariners training facility which worked really well for us. Home is well stocked with everything you will need. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen table and plenty of seating. Would stay here again.

Nice Place to Stay

Property is well maintained, comfortable and has all the amenities you will need. Owner is very thoughtful and provides a few perks as well. The location is very convenient being centrally located in Phoenix and close to I-17. Highly recommend!!!

Close to family, easy to access. We were surprised at the fine accommodations and the nicely kept inside and outside. Communications with owners was excellent—they let us change dates and then were understanding when we had to leave a day early. We will book again as our travel takes us that way.

Lynn and her group left the place in good shape. She communicated well and was nice enough to let us know that she was enjoying our place. That is always good to hear. I would rent to her again. They even took my travel advice and went to see the red cliffs of Sedona! It was a pleasure hosting Lynn.

The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and had every cooking utensil you could want. We enjoyed the Arizona Porch with coffee every morning and wine each evening. The yard is beautiful, with everything in bloom.We loved the eclectic and personal touches all over the house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but has convenient access to I17.Bev and Gary were a joy to work with, responded to communication and questions very quickly.

Relaxing!

The furnishings and back porch make this a place to relax when you want.Well located in North Phoenix with easy access to freeway and other areas of the valley.Communication with owner is excellent .

Ron and Martha were A-Plus guests. They appreciated the property and took care to leave it in good shape. I recommend to owners that you feel safe renting to this lovely couple. Ron communicated very well through the platform and things went smoothly. I would not hesitate to book them again.

The property owners and managers were very communicative and responsive. The property was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean and very conveniently located, and the availability of bikes for the trail was fantastic.

Extremely comfortable- Great location with easy access to a number of attractions. We felt safe and secure. We will make every attempt to secure this location next year. Property managers very accessible. Anyone would enjoy their stay here.

Bob and his traveling companion were the ideal guests. They communicated well, they followed the house rules, and they left the place clean. It would be an honor to host them again. Spring Training

Centrally located for Spring Training, the house and neighborhood are a little dated. The house was well kept and fully stocked worked perfect for our 5 night stay. The owners are great to work with.

Our listing is clear that it is a somewhat older home in a modest neighborhood. Anyone booking knows to expect that, if they read the listing. That neighborhood is quiet and located such that it is central to Spring Training, and makes it easy to get just about anywhere. The home is decorated nicely and the yard is landscaped and manicured. There are TVs in every room, with some large smart TVs and good WiFi. Dishes and silverware and amenities are of good quality. We were glad to host these guests and they were even helpful to us. We would welcome them back.

Well appointed, clean place

This house has lots of space to sit, work, relax. It's clean and if you're working has more office supplies than you could need. Beds were comfortable. Nothing to complain about other than having a lot of rules and an overly thick book of instructions.

Rich, we are so glad you enjoyed our property. We try to keep it stocked with work supplies and kitchen things, etc. How nice of you to praise our work space! And thank you for the 5 stars! I think our rules of no pets/smoking or parties are pretty general for a vacation rental. And I think our book is thick because we provide maps for biking, and other bike info, lots of stuff about spring training and maps to baseball stadiums, and even a list of restaurants, and suggestions of fun things to do. A diamond in the rough

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is set up for a small group and has amenities for both outdoor and indoor enjoyment. You'll be hard-pressed to find a property with a more complete binder that covers everything about the house and surrounding area. The trail and park behind the house is just icing on the cake if you enjoy the outdoors. We'd gladly rent here again. Kudos to Bev and Gary for being so detail-oriented.

Anthony and his family are appreciative and careful renters. They are also owners themselves, and so they know how to respect properties. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with and a good communicator. We would rent to them again happily. We enjoyed their observations and expressions of pleasure with our vacation home. They enjoyed riding our bikes on the bike trail behind the house. Home away from home

This is an amazing rental! We immediately felt at home. The screened in backyard space was so pleasant in the afternoon. The location is not in the middle of the city area but close to stores and restaurants and a good cental spot between all the ball fields. Acces to trail and park was nice. We didnt have time but could easily see using the bikes offered. Owners checked in and were quick to respond when we had a few questions.

Great home, great location

It is a lovely older home in a great location. It is a 1/2 hr drive to most of the ball diamonds for spring training and around a 5 minute drive to pickleball, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. The house had everything we needed, including a generous supply of paper products.The kitchen had some food items, condiments, spices and oil. It has a coffee maker and coffee, but we prefer pods, so brought our own machine. There are lots of restaurants and a few grocery stores a short drive from the house. We enjoyed our month there and would definitely rent it again.

Virgie was a good communicator and was kind enough to tell us how much she liked our house. She told us how well stocked it was and let us know they were comfortable. They were good renters and even brought in some mail for us.

Great cozy gem!!

My wife and I, along with my elderly parents, stayed here while visiting my daughter for Easter. House was exactly as described - way nicer than expected - super clean, organized and amenities galore. Owners are super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!!!

Mark and his family left our property in good shape. Nothing was damaged and everything was left clean. In my opinion, you can trust your property with Mark, and safely rent to him. He communicated well and promptly, was polite, and appreciative. He followed the house rules and we got zero neighbor complaints. He seems like a really nice guy and we enjoyed his communications. I would rent to them again.

Excellent stay in Phoenix

A very clean and comfortable home and very well stocked. We appreciated the generous supply of plush towels, the king bed was especially comfortable. Easy access to the bike path gave us a wonderful place to do our morning walk. Even though we did not use the bikes provided, we enjoyed the bike path. It seemed the location of the home worked out very well as we were so close to I-17. The managers of the property were very helpful when we needed them. We definitely would consider this property for another year if we were traveling to AZ

Nice, quiet getaway

Comfortable, well-maintained, cute place furnished with everything we needed for a relaxed few days with family. Hosts were super-responsive and easily reached, not only before our stay, but while we were there, in case we needed anything. We will make this a future destination for sure.

Wonderful Place to stay! Had everything we could possibly need plus a beautiful view! This place is right next to the river and you cannot ask for a more beautiful setting. Will definitely book again.
