Una posizione centrale per i visitatori che arrivano a Houston con il centro degli affari, il centro congressi, le strutture sportive e l'Università di Houston, il TSU e il South Texas College of Law, il tutto nel raggio di 2,4 miglia.
L'appartamento è accogliente ma aperto.
Gli spazi abitativi sono a pianta aperta mentre il bagno e la camera da letto sono più privati. È elegante ma confortevole, personale senza l'ingombro.
L'accesso rapido a I-59 e I-45 rende facile raggiungere punti più lontani, come il Medical Center.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una bellissima casa in mattoni costruita negli anni '20 con cornicioni elaborati e una veranda coperta. Ci sono quattro querce adolescenti nella proprietà dell'angolo. Ci sono altri due appartamenti sulla proprietà, uno al primo piano e l'altro che comprende l'intero secondo piano. L'appartamento è di circa 750 piedi quadrati. Ci sono quattro gradini sulla passerella anteriore per il portico anteriore e la porta d'ingresso.

La porta d'ingresso si apre sullo spazio abitativo. La zona giorno ha un grande divano e un televisore da 32 "con cavo aggiornato. La sala da pranzo contigua presenta un tavolo che può ospitare fino a sei persone.

La cucina della cucina è appena stata installata ed è attrezzata per sei persone con stoviglie, bicchieri vintage, pentole, padelle, teglie e condimenti e spezie di base. C'è una gamma elettrica con sfiato, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, smaltimento dei rifiuti e frigorifero, nonché elettrodomestici più piccoli come un tostapane e una macchina da caffè americano.

Un piccolo corridoio separa le zone giorno dalle zone notte e bagno.

Il bagno ha una vasca full-size con doccia, lavandino e wc. Vengono fornite le lenzuola.

La camera da letto presenta un letto matrimoniale con due comodini, una cassettiera e una sedia per pantofole. Un grande armadio è schermato da una tenda e può ospitare abiti appesi, scarpe e biancheria extra.

Due vetrine raffreddano e riscaldano l'appartamento, uno in soggiorno e l'altro in camera da letto.

Ci sono 11 finestre nell'unità, una porta anteriore e una posteriore. Le finestre sono ricoperte da tende romane di stoffa per la luce e la privacy.

Nice place to stay

We were in Houston while husband had apts at md anderson and this place was a great little place to stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and assured stay was pleasant. We would stay here again.

Nice Nest

Lovely apartment with beautiful hardwood floors and glass block windows in the remodeled bathroom. Very comfortable stay. Our hostess was kind, she left us special goodies to celebrate our trip. We were happy to be close to downtown and Hobby airport. Great value and nice nest!

Spacious, well appointed, extremely well stocked one bedroom downstairs apartment with carport for vehicle. 2 Window a/c units kept the unit very comfortable. Nice linens, plenty of hangers and drawers. Heavy bedside lamps so no tipping over when turning off/ on. Stocked with all essentials in bath and kitchen. Great amount of outlets. Great communication with hostess. Kroger and Dollar General 2 blocks away. Usual city sounds to be expected when so wonderfully close to downtown. Water pressure was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Dive meet in Houston

We needed to stay near campus and this one bedroom apartment fit the bill. Lovely bird paintings at the 'Nest', full fridge, comfy bed, and pleasant place to stay between dive practice and the meet

I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

If you are thinking about renting this place, I cannot recommend it enough! The next time we come to Houston we'll definitely book this apartment again.The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful and were very patient with us. No matter what we needed help with, we always got a very fast response. The apartment itself is very homey and welcoming as well. It had everything you could possibly need. Just thinking about it makes me wanna go back again!

Hidden GEM with amazing charm & perfect owners

This is an absolute hidden GEM near downtown Houston! The remodeled apartment has a wonderful blend of modern and craftsman style charms! Very spacious with the open concept. The owners are simply perfect, amazing to work with, unbelievable communication, respect, and wonderful to interact with! They made me feel at home and like family! I will most definitely rent again from them any time i am in Houston!

good location for work at convention center

The location was good, hosts where communicative. The front porch, entry stairs and deadbolt were pretty hinky. The bed mattress was adequate but not great. Overall the place served my purpose while working long days at the convention center.

No parking for more than 1 vehicle

overall the property was very nice and very clean, It was really easy to check in and the property owner was very friendly and helpful. The one thing that I will say was terrible was there was only 1 small parking space. My wife and I had 2 vehicles and was told to use street parking, fair enough and i can understand that except there really was no additional street parking since it is a very busy neighborhood. This is basically a duplex or triplex maybe with tenants actively living in one portion of the home and they were not very friendly and their behavior was very childish especially when it came to the parking. the left notes on our cars and on the doors, they knocked on the doors at 1am and intentionally parked in the areas we were assigned to park in. The house did serve us well and was very comfortable with the exception of the above details.

Thank you for your comments, Robert. We are glad you had a good stay overall. It is unfortunate that you ignored the property description saying there is one parking space for your apartment and the CLEAR instructions that I messaged you indicating where your assigned covered parking space was located. Instead you just decided to take the tenants' driveway spaces for yourself because it was more convenient for you. When they came home from work late at night and found their spaces taken by your cars, they were left without any place to park. Instead of having your cars towed, they left you notes asking you to move your cars and called me at 1:00 in the morning. When I called you the next morning and asked you if your cars were in the wrong parking spaces (since I wasnt sure the cars were yours), you told me you took the parking spaces that didnt belong to you and STILL had not moved your cars even though you knew you had inconvenienced the whole building. After checking out, you wrote me and told me you pulled your trucks ONTO the front lawn and backed up to the porch so you could more easily load the bags you packed for a 3-night stay into your cars. Because of this, you gave us a 3-star review. We have rarely, if ever, had such an inconsiderate guest. Your needs were put above everyone else's in the building and what was convenient to you was the only thing that mattered. Our other guests and tenants and their home was secondary.

EaDo Nest

Anton and Deborah were fantastic hosts. Upon my arrival, Anton was there to meet me, show me the particulars of the apartment and even recommended great restaurants in the local area. The apartment was very clean and had character. I did not want just another hotel room. It was a 3 minute drive from the U of Houston and 10 minutes from Downtown. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Houston to visit my son.

This property is unique. Located in an old neighborhood with history, character and mature vegetation, this 1920s triplex has all the character of an older home but with all the modern amenities. It has charm with comfort and a neighborhood feel.
