Siamo i nuovi proprietari (2018) di questa casa e abbiamo fatto degli ottimi aggiornamenti.

Godetevi la piscina INDOOR 16 x 32 piedi tutto l'anno! Pioggia o sole, è sempre tempo di andare in piscina! Solo casa con piscina sulla montagna. Nelle belle notti, assicuratevi di portare alcuni marshmallow per arrostire nel cortile sul pozzo del fuoco all'aperto. Questa casa ha una grande privacy essendo in 2 lotti.

Master camera da letto al primo piano con bagno en-suite. Al piano superiore dispone di 3 camere da letto. La camera da letto # 2 ha un letto matrimoniale, la camera da letto # 3 ha un futon e la camera da letto n. 4 è la camera a castello con 3 letti a castello. 2 sono gemelli gemelli, il terzo è gemello per intero. C'è anche un bagno completo al piano di sopra. Il 3 ° bagno completo è al piano di sotto vicino alla sala da biliardo.

C'è un patio chiuso al largo del maestro, che ha un allestimento pieno di buche di mais.

Tavolo degli scacchi / dama nel soggiorno, insieme ad alcuni giochi per bambini, oltre a Uno, Fase 10 e un assortimento di libri.

Patio ha grill a gas. Sì, con serbatoio di propano già.

Le camere sono dotate di lenzuola pulite già predisposte per voi e un asciugamano e un panno per il viso per ogni ospite. Abbiamo persino dei portaspazzolini per il lavandino. La vasca e le docce dispongono di shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma, quindi non è necessario portarli da casa. Potresti voler portare il tuo asciugamano da piscina, oppure puoi semplicemente lavare e asciugare il tuo telo da bagno nella lavatrice e nell'asciugatrice che abbiamo in piscina. Non preoccuparti, abbiamo anche il detersivo.

La cucina ha tutte le pentole / padelle di cui potreste aver bisogno durante il viaggio, oltre a piatti / ciotole / bicchieri sufficienti per servire un esercito. Abbiamo una macchina da caffè e filtri. Il congelatore ha un produttore di ghiaccio incorporato.

Grandi TV HD in 3 camere da letto e soggiorno. Scatole Roku su ogni TV. Usa il nostro account Netflix e DirecTV NOW w / HBO già loggati. Family friendly home with great outdoor area and pool. Our host was very easy to work with. They had great communication from within minutes of booking. He walked us through how to get to the home, what there was to do in the area, how the house worked, places to see and eat. The home was very comfortable. The pool was such a treat! The fire pit was a fun location, easy to see the inside pool. This home is a great stay. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this rental property! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which I appreciate. The pool was great. The location was ideal—close to local shops, restaurants, I felt safe and quiet at night, the Communication with the host Marshall was seamless and responsive. He’s friendly, helpful, and made check-in/check-out a breeze.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and the pictures and description of the home were accurate. The home was also well stocked with kitchen items and essentials. We had a wonderful stay with extended family. Only thing that made me nervous is the bunk room had glass sliding doors out to a second story balcony with railings wide enough my 3 year old could easily fit through. The doors lock but the kids quickly figured out how to unlock them. Other than that everything was great and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely come back!

Pool House

Great weekend away in the pool on the mountain!

What more can you say - there’s an indoor pool! Our three kids were over the moon when they saw it and it was the focal point for the trip. Water was clean and temp was good (especially for the end of Oct) - basically spent the weekend in there! The rest of the house was solid: kitchen had everything for meals, tons of towels for showers, very good Wi-Fi, etc. And the host was very responsive via text when emails were getting swept up by a filter and not coming through. Our kids were a little too young to really get into what the resort has to offer in fall, but it was still a fantastic weekend and we’d definitely stay at the Pool House again!

Great communication, outstanding property

The house and indoor pool were spotless upon arrival. Checkin and checkout were communicated very clearly through text, making the whole process super quick and easy. Plenty of towels, blankets, and other essentials were available. Easy recommend for a weekend retreat.

A stay at the Pool House

Things we loved: Pristine condition of the pool and water. Whole family played in there as soon as we arrived. Lots of different places to gather, grandkids and I played on the glassed in sun porch, guys chatted in living room and daughters chatted while in kitchen cooking. Beautiful neighborhood for walking with trails and a nice playground. House was very clean. Things liked less: Oven is rather complex and requires a learning curve, suggest preheating on convection and then switching to regular baking. Casserole dish could use replacing. Overall, had a great weekend. Will probably rent it again in the future.

Relaxing stay

I had an incredible time at this location. The pool was amazing, and everything was spotless. We enjoyed playing games and the grill worked perfectly. The surrounding area had fantastic food options as well. The host was very responsive, making our stay even better. Overall, five stars and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Family Trip

The best part of this property is the indoor pool. It was wonderful to be able to use the pool regardless of weather and with no need for the usual sunscreen layers. The house had everything we needed, the host was very responsive and it was a location that made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The home was essentially clean but it is old and dated. Though there are three bathrooms listed, only one is close to the three upstairs bedrooms. The air conditioning/coolness in the upstairs rooms also was lacking despite our cranking the thermostat to a low temperature. One of our biggest surprises was that despite paying for a cleaning fee, we discovered we were responsible for taking our trash to a location that was certainly not close. It also seemed that the location we were directed to take the trash might not have been a location where we were allowed to take the trash. We kind of felt like we were breaking some resort rule in doing so. In addition, we were surprised to see other homes near us with trash pick-up on the day we departed. Even with that, the house very much met our needs for a wonderful vacation.

We loved our stay at your brat property. Two things that might help future guests. First more lighting outside it was very dark upon our arrival. Second larger Kureg. Again we had a great trip.

We have made it as 'walk in ready' as possible for us as a 2nd home, and for you too! This home has booked every week since we've owned it so we have bought 2 more vacation homes up here as well. Be sure to check out Mount Chipmunk
(6 bedroom, view of the slopes) and Blue Pine Lodge (4 bedroom super cute up in the top part of the mountain). We also now have a beach house on the Chesapeake - Pine Shore Beach House.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Massanutten truly is a four season resort. We were very excited to be able to own the only home on the mountain with a swimming pool. An indoor pool even! Wish we could come up every weekend. With the indoor pool, even rainy days are vacation days. Our kids love swimming in the pool looking out at the rain. After a day of skiing, the warm pool is a nice retreat. We keep the pool and the pool room at the same temperature as Great Wolf Lodge - 84 degrees. We've put in a lot of work improving the home and adding some touches that make it feel like a second home and not just a rental home. Great to have the extra privacy being on 2 lots.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

After swimming, the best way to dry off is by a fire in the courtyard. Since the home is wrapped around the courtyard, there's no worry of a cold wind gust. Inside the home we have Roku on all the TVs. . You can login to your Netflix, Amazon account or cable provider to use the apps. We have an account setup on the app YouTubeTV for 'regular tv'. There's a stereo system with a cord to plug in your phone (or bluetooth) to fill the home with some music.
