Questa proprietà dispone di 3 camere da letto completamente rinnovate, 2 bagni di casa con una grande sala di intrattenimento, salotto sul lago, terrazza sul lago, camino a gas, aria condizionata forzata e riscaldamento. E una splendida casa galleggiante stagionale, esposta a ovest, che si trova proprio sul bordo dell'acqua e offre viste mozzafiato sul tramonto ogni sera. Boat House è completamente attrezzata con angolo cottura, bagno, camino e aria condizionata. Idealmente situato nel cuore della "Bella area dei laghi di Brainerd" - a pochi minuti da golf di classe mondiale, piste ciclabili, ristoranti informali e raffinati, i negozi di Nisswa ", a pochi passi dal campeggio Love Lake e" Boats & Beyond "noleggio di barche e marine per garantire comodamente tutte le esigenze di noleggio di imbarcazioni.

Fun Family Vacation Spot!

A fun place for the family to gather. We loved that we could dock our boat right there on the property, and the pool house had some great items for water fun. Our family had a lovely experience at this home!

Great Stay!

Excellent good size home right on the water with its own dock, a separate boat house with another fold-out bed, bath and kitchenette. But the location was great. We rented a boat within 100 yd from our place and drove it over and parked on our dock. Very central to Gull Lake. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, evening cocktails same (and out on our dock) and cooked some awesome dinners on their Traeger (and had bought some great wines we bought from Costco close by). Manager was super awesome and communicated great and helped us for all our needs. Highly recommend!

This is the real deal "Up North"

We had a wonderful week up on Gull Lake. Michelle was extremely helpful and available for any questions we had. The property was awesome! Our kids loved the boathouse and the swimming was fantastic right off of the dock. Super sandy and shallow for a long way so no worries with the kids. Overall, we would highly recommend this property. Great location with so many things to do nearby.

Great October Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay on Gull Lake. The house is located in a great spot with easy access to restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the large yard and the game room! Michelle was an excellent host and we hope to visit again in warmer months when we can enjoy the amazing lake shore and boat house.

Perfect sunsets!

The home looks just like the pictures, and the sunsets are even better. We stayed for a week, and had a great time with the yard games, shuffleboard, and floaties in the shallow water. Awesome!

Space, swimming and sunsets

Great stay. Shallow-swimable part of gull lake. Great access to kayaks etc for amazing sunset paddles. Lots of room to spread out. Fun boat house space too. Michelle was great to work with. Made it easy and fun. Very kind!

Amazing weekend on Gull.

Michelle is an outstanding Host! The property is how the pics show it, it’s amazing! My Wife, 16 year old daughter and her 16 year old friend had a great time! The water is clear and the lake bottom is sand. Location is ideal for lots of restaurants, BIR, North Long, Nisswa and surrounding areas. The house is great to relax on any of the decks and patios all around the property. The teenagers loved the Boat House and stayer it that all weekend. The fire pit is perfect, along with the dock. We will be back very soon. We loved the house!

Awesome place for a getaway

My husband, daughter (age 6), and I needed to get out of the house and found this gem of a place on beautiful Gull Lake. We stayed for 5 days and we were very sad to leave. It’s beautifully renovated and a perfect location. We went to the shops in Nisswa, ate pizza at Raffertys, and went for walks and bike rides. Michelle is the perfect host and a super nice person. She stopped by when we asked her to look at something for us and I think I made a friend! We hope to come back this summer and will come back every summer if we can! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Great little getaway

We needed some time away from our house this February and found this nice lake view cabin to be a great escape. Beautiful sunsets across the lake and tons of daylight in every room help lift your spirits. The host was very responsive to our needs and checkin was easy.

Winter getaway

The property was as advertised and met our needs for an “up north” winter experience. Michelle was very helpful with answering all our questions. The house was comfortable and clean and the big room was nice to hang out in and play games. The kitchen was decently supplied as we made all our breakfasts and lunches. I would recommend the place to others.

Gull Lake

Our family of 7 loved our stay at this cabin and boat house. There is plenty of room to gather both in and outside the cabin and it is so clean and updated. We loved the outdoor games and the lake activities. The boat house gave Grandma a place to socially distance while still being able to participate in the family vacation. Highly Recommended!

Excellent location to enjoy Gull Lake

We visited with 5 adult family members, and had a great time. We really have nothing but postives to pomote this location: cleanliness, finishes (updates to the home), amenities (grill, yard games, dock is in great shape) owner communication was easy and excellent. Lake views are great and the boat house (essentially a bungalow on the water) provides additional private space for members of your group. The Boats & Beyond Marina is literally a stone's throw away and we did rent a pontoon. Very nice family run business and super convienent. If you bring your own boat (which is also did), there is a public launch at Gull Lake Recreational Area, a couple fo minutes away. We did not use the lower level, which contains a nice laundry room, living space and bedroom and as others have mentioned, is not updated. For planning your sleeping arrangements - there are four actual beds, one king, two twins and a lower level (full or queen? - with no egress window) the remaining sleeping would be accomodated with pull out sleeper sofa's. This includes the boat house. We would highly recommend this location for families, the lake has a great sand bottom right off your pier. Amenities, yard games, etc. are all there for you to enjoy. The fire pit is secluded along the boat house. We would classify the lake activity in this location as moderate, not secluded and not too busy. There is plenty of wildlife, boats to watch and it's centrally located on the chain of lakes. You are located next to an RV park, but the park is rather quite and neighbors are very friendly . Everyone really enjoyed their stay and we would highly recommend it.

Located on the grounds of the campground is Boats & Beyond boat rental which offer easy pickup and drop off for renters who want to enjoy a day on the lake. Boats and Beyond rents pontoons, fishing boats and equipment and jet skis.
