Divertiti a sciare dentro / fuori da questa casa di 5000 piedi quadrati dall'ascensore Gold Link situato in Prospect Development su Mt Crested Butte! Il proprietario si impegna a fornire la definizione di Ultimate Crested Butte Vacation!

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV, bagno privato con doccia a vapore e vasca idromassaggio separata e un ingresso privato sul balcone al piano superiore.
The Jr. Master Suite ha un letto matrimoniale con ampio bagno privato / cabina armadio ed è dotato di doccia a vapore.

Il piano inferiore ospita una camera den / family e 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni.
La 1a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato completo. Le altre due camere condividono un bagno completo e sono dotate di 2 letti singoli (che possono essere trasformati in un re) e 2 set di letti a castello gemelli, nonché un gemello aggiuntivo.
L'ufficio situato al piano superiore del soggiorno (le porte garantiscono la privacy) è completo di un nuovo divano letto e un armadio. C'è un bagno proprio accanto all'ufficio, che include una doccia in pietra.

La tana al piano di sotto è completa con i sistemi WII (disponibili su richiesta), Playstation 2 e Game Cube. (alcuni giochi forniti). Inoltre, ho appena aggiunto ps-3 e x box 360, nonché un nuovo tavolo da ping pong per un buon divertimento in famiglia! Il proprietario si impegna ad acquistare il sistema di gioco "più recente e più grande" per mantenere i sistemi aggiornati.

C'è anche un letto matrimoniale di grandi dimensioni situato nella tana al piano di sotto. Questo letto è stato realizzato dal vecchio cipresso dal proprietario.

SONO FLESSIBILE AFFITTARE QUESTA CASA COME TRE CAMERE DA LETTO, QUATTRO CAMERE DA LETTO o CINQUE CAMERE DA LETTO.

Il soggiorno al piano superiore è arredato con abbastanza posti a sedere per consentire a tutta la famiglia di vedere le catene montuose circostanti (vista libera) e ha un'altra TV a schermo piatto SMART di grandi dimensioni completa di Direct TV e un numero stupido di canali!

Un mobile bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio si trova al di fuori della zona giorno.

La cucina di design accentuata con i suoi ripiani in granito, Wolf Stove e Sub Zero Frigorifero / Congelatore dà anche ai cuochi più inesperti una sensazione di cucina gourmet! Goditi i tuoi pasti intorno al tavolo della sala da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente 10 persone. Ci sono posti a sedere extra al bar.

LA CUCINA È COMPLETAMENTE STOCCATA CON OGNI SPICE IMMAGINABILE, così come SPRUZZI DA CUCINA, OLII DI OLIVA, ZUCCHERO, ACETO, SPLENDA, FILTRI DI CAFFÈ.

L'impianto stereo nel soggiorno fornisce musica a tutta la casa per intrattenere tutti. I balconi sono inoltre dotati di altoparlanti per il centro di intrattenimento. Il balcone al piano inferiore è dotato di vasca idromassaggio privata per il vostro piacere dopo lo sci e può ospitare 6 adulti. Di recente sono stati aggiunti altoparlanti esterni per la vasca idromassaggio.

C'è spazio nel garage riscaldato per il parcheggio di 2 veicoli, nonché deposito per sci / snowboard e biciclette. Tuttavia, è più comodo parcheggiare una sola auto durante l'inverno.

Questa casa è accentuata da lavori in legno su misura, pavimenti in legno e ripiani in marmo nei bagni. Le opere d'arte sono originali e la maggior parte dei rivestimenti delle finestre sono realizzati su misura.

Le estati sono bellissime sul mazzo 20 x 30! I tuoi amici invidieranno la vista!

There were so many extras! Diane is a SUPER host. House was amazing. We were four families and we fit in the house like a glove. The ski slopes were a very short distance from the house and the snow was groomed right up to our back door on the first day of our trip. We will be back!

Stunning home with even more stunning views, the pictures do not do it justice. We had a large group and everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. Additionally the host was incredible, responsive, pleasant to talk to and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Would recommend 10/10 times. I will likely stay in this property again. Ski Trip

We had a great time at this property! The ski-in ski-out is super convenient and it is very close to the lift. The hot tub, game consoles and ping pong were great for our group of friends. Highly recommend this rental. Diane had great communication and check-in and check-out was super easy.

What a fantastic place and setting

We headed up to Crested Butte with our neighbours for a Covid safe Thanksgiving. What a great place and location. The place was great for kids as they can take over the downstairs and older folks upstairs the views were incredible from the hot tub and deck. We will definitely be heading back.

Ski-in /Ski-out at Crested Butte

This property is spectacular. The location is unbeatable - ski-in and ski-out every day. So easy to get on the slopes. 10 minutes to town, and the bus system is super convenient. The house has everything for a great family or friend getaway in the mountains - huge kitchen, large dining areas, multiple patios, outdoor hot tub, ping pong, gaming, lounge area everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

Wonderful Home

This a great property with easy ski in/out access to the Goldlink lift just a stones throw from the house. We skied in for lunch each day. The house is well maintained with lots of nice features. Diane is a great host and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it for a family or group ski trip.

Amazing Ski in and Ski out

We had two families stay in Diane’s house. It was exceptional. The house was perfect if you don’t wanna haul your skis to a shuttle and down the hill to the base to start or end your day! The kids enjoyed the games and ping pong table and everyone used the hot tub. The heated garage was a nice bonus to gear up in comfort. I would highly reccomend this house to any group wanting comfort and convenience to the mountain.

Great Mt Crested Butte rental

This was absolutely a great and beautiful house to spend a week with our family. It was exactly, if not better, than advertised. It was clean and well furnished and equipped. The owner was the most communicative I have ever seen prior to the rental and was very available for a few questions during the week. All in all, it was my best experience with a VRB0 rental.

Great house and location!!

This house was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the steam showers, wonderful views, gourmet kitchen, large kitchen table, heated garage floor. No detail is forgotten. The ski in ski out access is great also. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend this house to anyone.. You can't be disappointed!!

Great ski-in/out

Diane is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure the property is just right, such as beds in the best configuration for the group. She is extremely responsive to text messages. (Even the one where the whole "problem" was just my operator error!)

Big house!

We didn't need all the room, but this house can accommodate many travelers. Five bedrooms with lots of beds, and an office with a pull out that could have been used. House is beautiful, as well. If we had any complaint, it would be that it is hard to ski in ski out while there is so much snow on the access run. But I would rather have all the snow that dropped on the 2sd night and next four days than not have the snow. Skiing was great.

I am so sorry that it was difficult to get out....the snow cats have always groomed right up to my driveway and we have never had that problem. I wish you would have told me, as I could have made a few calls to see if someone at vail dropped the ball. But thank you for you other kind comments.

Perfect for our family

The home was everything we hoped it would be...spacious, cozy, well equipped, gorgeous views, and wonderfully situated next to the Goldlink lift. Our family of nine had plenty of room for both together time and alone time. The hosts, Diane and Stan, could not have been more gracious or responsive. They were quick to respond to emails, calls, or texts and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you!! We hope we have the opportunity to return.

Outstanding!!

This was our first trip to Crested Butte in several years and our first bringing our children for skiing. Diane's home is absolutely beautiful - both the inside and awe inspiring views. No detail has been left out of this home. They have thought of everything. Diane was fantastic at making sure we knew everything we needed to make our trip a breeze! This ski in/ski out house might just be the best in all of Mt. Crested Butte. We cannot wait to come back again soon.

What a gorgeous view from every room!!!

This house was amazing and very well equipped for nine people. It can actually can sleep many more comfortably. The house was absolutely immaculate when we checked in! We enjoyed every amenity it had to offer. The wonderful hot tub, the very well stocked kitchen, and many comfortable lounging areas! The young adults had their own downstairs with lots of bedrooms, games and ping pong. My husband, who lives to barbecue, found the smoker downstairs and loved it!!! This was a 5 star trip and house. The hiking nearby was perfect ! You can’t go wrong with this incredible house and host!

Incredible house, awesome location

This is our 2nd year to rent this beautiful home for a week during the summer. Diane always thinks of everything-even had a local cookbook and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy! The house is warm for a small group yet large enough for a family reunion. The sunset views from the balcony are second to none. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The jacuzzi is clean and hot! This location is perfect in the winter for skiing and next to popular hiking and biking trails in the summer. It cannot be beat! We will be back again! Barbara

A Gem on the Slopes of CB

One of the very few true ski in/ski out homes on the slopes in CB. Huge living space and kitchen, unbelievable upstairs covered patio with majestic views, beautiful wood burning fireplace, excellent entertainment system, separate downstairs living area for the kids with video games, luxurious bedrooms, helpful and friendly owner and support staff....I could just go on and on. We made dinner plans in town ahead of time for 4 nights during our stay. We loved this home so much that we ended up cancelling all 4 reservations and chose to hang out at the house instead. Diane, the owner, provides a fully equipped kitchen and well stocked pantry ready for most culinary undertakings. We had a great week and would stay here again without hesitation.

Family Ski Memories

When your teenage boys 17,19,20 say they can join you for a week of skiing you try to make it memorable! We booked a last minute trip and Dianne couldn’t have made it easier. We were lucky there was a cancelation and were able to stay in this gorgeous home. Everything you will need is here. I was anxious about the ease of ski in/ ski out, let me ease your mind! The very short walk to the lift is flat- I’ve stayed in resorts where you are in front of a lift yet you walk UP HILL to the lift. The walk to this lift is super easy, skiing back is just as quick! We enjoyed late afternoons in the hot tub, apres by the fire overlooking incredible views. Evenings we took a short drive into town for wonderful dinners and came home for game nights (they have tons at the house). If you didn’t want to go out for dinner, the kitchen has just about everything you could need which saves precious ski time. Lunches back at the house were easy for mid afternoon stops off the slopes - it was just a perfect home! The personal touches and detail show how much love has been put into in this home. The excitement and willingness this family has to make vacations perfect for the guests visiting their home is second to none! Thank you for making our family feel so welcome!!

Second time even better (if possible)!!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We hope to make it annual trip, since this is our favorite ski home (and we have been doing the trip for 30 years). Everything about the home is great, so it is hard to sum up in one review. Not necessarily in order, here are some of the highlights: Location - truly a ski-in/ski-out home. Walk out the garage and a few steps to the cat track to ski down to the lift. Skiing back home is even easier. A groomed trail leading right back home. Kitchen - All new/modern appliances that are set up for real cooking, not just to look good. The refrigerator and cabinets are stocked with the essentials, which is a rarity in a rental home. Living Area - Wide open area adjacent to the kitchen, so plenty of room to be together with friends and family. Bedrooms - All the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, and most have their own private bathroom. 2 of the private bathrooms have steam showers, a big plus! Town - Easy shuttle into town, which has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shopping. You can eat at a high end steakhouse, or enjoy pizza and beer at a locals bar. Ski Area - Since you are far from the I-70 corridor of Vail, Breck, etc., there are no lines and no crowds. And there is variety for any level skier or boarder. Plenty of back country, bowls and groomers, if that is your preference. Owners - I saved the best for last. Diane is the most accommodating and friendly owner we have met in our 30 years of renting. She will do everything possible to insure you have a fun and enjoyable trip. We had an inflexible schedule for our trip this year, and she was able to make some adjustments to fit us in. Thank you! Hope to be back next year.

My husband and I built this home in 2006. He personally built all the cabinets, front doors, and made all the mouldings. Originally, I decorated it, and am continually tweaking it to stay current. It is a special home that we enjoy sharing. We have tried to pay close attention to all details of making sure that our guests have a wonderful time.

Crested Butte is a unique and special place. We purchased a condo in 1997 and became frequent visitors. We love the town and the mountains. it became my husband's dream to build a larger home in the mountains and we feel very blessed that we were able to make his dream a reality.

Local assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should there be any issue that i cannot resolve from Louisiana. House also has keyless entry --- no lost keys! Also, I am available upon your arrival to make sure you are schooled on the use of the stereo/tvs, hot tub, etc.
