Soggiorna in un bellissimo e moderno appartamento situato nello splendido, storico quartiere dello stadio di Tacoma! L'appartamento è ristrutturato e completamente arredato. Si tratta di un monolocale con un bagno che dorme due e ha bellissimi pavimenti in legno in tutto. C'è un piccolo angolo notte con un letto matrimoniale e armadio. La cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito, lavastoviglie, microonde e stoviglie. L'appartamento comprende TV via cavo, WiFi, riscaldamento, biancheria, asciugamani, giochi, accesso alla sala bici e parcheggio fuori strada. La lavanderia si trova a solo un ascensore!

Il noleggio si trova a pochi isolati da Wright Park, dal lungomare di Commencement Bay e dal centro storico di Tacoma. Siamo anche a breve distanza dal centro di Tacoma e I5. Seattle è a 45 minuti e il centro commerciale Tacoma è di circa 20. Point Defiance, Ruston Way e Chambers Bay sono anche molto vicini se si desidera un'avventura all'aria aperta. Siamo estremamente vicini a molti ottimi ristoranti, caffetterie, gelaterie e bar, per divertimento al coperto, relax e cibo delizioso! Alcune pietre preziose nel quartiere sono lo Stadio Thriftway, Ranko's Pharmacy, Art House Cafe, Shake Shake Shake e Indo Asian Street Eatery.

Although the building is old, the studio was well furnished with modern conveniences. It’s a wonderful neighborhood. Safe and walkable. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay. The property location was perfect for my needs and very walkable to downtown and the waterfront. The apartment was sparkling clean, and I found it very comfortable and cozy. I hope to stay here again soon.

It is a beautiful historic building in a location close to the water, shops, and public transportation; yet in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are friendly and helpful. The apartment is cute, clean, updated, and cozy! Love this place and will stay here again!

Perfect space

It was just myself staying in the property and it was a perfect location and space! It was updated, nicely decorated and clean. It was quiet, had great natural light and everything you need to stay in Tacoma. It’s also close to everything which is very handy. Lucy was easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great Place

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, updated, and comfortable. Just enough space for a quick stay with all amenities. Originally being from Tacoma, this is a convenient location for walking or driving to any part of the city. It’s in the heart of Stadium district and the dedicated parking was a plus. The host, Lucy, was very kind and customer centric! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place!

This studio apartment is so comfortable and in a great area. It is walkable to several stores and restaurants. We stayed for almost 3 weeks as we were visiting family and our a new grandson and we really enjoyed our stay. Lucy is so kind and helpful and provided us with everything we needed including coins for the laundry downstairs and on site parking which is much needed in this area. We will definitely be back!

Great space!

My room was really clean, beautiful decor and had a lovely view of the sound. Lucia is a great communicator and makes you feel right at home! It’s within walking distance to so many great places and you will definitely have to stop by next door to eat at The Art House Cafe.

Great Place

Had stayed here before and was pleasantly surprised that an air conditioner and fans have been placed in the unit. Unit is beside the elevator, there is also a lot of outside, overhead and hallway noise, but the white noise of the fan helped immensely. Great place to stay and convenient to public transportation.

Exactly what i was looking for

I dont have a single complaint. The neighborhood is one of the best in Tacoma. Location is walking distance from a park, grocery shopping, and just about any immediate need. Parking was convenient and included. The view is gorgeous. And everyone in the building was friendly. Lucy made the entire stay easy. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Nice studio in the Stadium District

Beautifully decorated with a really comfortable bed, this studio is both cozy and perfectly located in a fantastic area with excellent restaurants. Lucy is incredibly helpful—she provided coins for the laundry, arranged for the installation of a portable air conditioner when it got warmer, offered some nice snacks, and pointed out the on-site parking, which is a huge benefit in the neighborhood.

Home away from home

This sweet studio apartment was the best home away from home for me. I was visiting Tacoma after the birth of my first grandchild. I stayed for 3 weeks. My grandson was in the NICU at Tacoma General. This apartment is both an easy walk or drive to the hospital. The neighborhood is lovely. I met so many really helpful people. The host of this property was so caring and helpful during my stay; working around the uncertainty of how long I would be in town and the fact that I had never been in Washington before ( I’m from Maine) Lucy was able to answer all of my questions. The apartment is fully furnished, well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend ! I will be back

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I think North End Tacoma is the most desirable part of Tacoma. It is centrally located, with easy access to everything you will need during your stay! There are great schools in the area, with beautiful, old fashioned architecture: Stadium High School and Annie Wright School. I would not want to live anywhere else! :)

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The building has a New York style: Big City, Old Style architecture. The unit has large rooms with great views. It is in a great neighborhood with walking distances to all necessities. There is even a fabulous grocery store a block away! We are very close to Tacoma's Theater District, in case you want to enjoy an evening of the arts! We hope you enjoy the beautiful neighborhood of North End Tacoma as much as we do! :)
