The property and location were perfect for our family weekend. If you are trying to accommodate multiple guests this is a great space — lots of gathering places with the option for privacy. Turner was an excellent host and worked quickly to resolve a parking issue at check-in. The pool and outdoor seating area were a plus.

The house is spacious and in a good location. It’s well appointed for a large group. We did not get clear check in instructions prior to arrival but the host was responsive when I reached out. The house is well suited for a group getting together for a celebration. The WiFi was slow but when I reached out to the host he was helpful.

Our large family gathered here for our daughter's graduation and the house exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent! Directly across the street from our daughter's apartment and close proximity to restaurants, graduation festivities, etc. More than enough room for all and wonderful gathering spaces in between graduation commitments. My elderly parents stayed with us in the primary suite on the 3rd floor access to the elevator made their stay so much easier. Turner, our host, was beyond responsive and helpful!

FANTASTIC!Beautiful home - GREAT location Our entire group had a blast. We took our son for his 21rst along with friends and family . Uber was super easy from this home 1-2 min wait Gulch has great shopping and restaurants- Broadway was just a short Uber away . We would definitely come back and stay here.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay in Nashville and this property was excellent for our family of 11 people. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and heated pool was excellent! Highly recommend as location was great.

Great place to stay in Nashville

Great location, we walked to downtown and all around the Gulch area. House was clean and spacious. Tanner was great with any questions we had and the property information booklet was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here especially with a large.

CMA Getaway

Our group of 12 enjoyed the luxury accommodations and space to sprawl out and relax in between CMA craziness. Turner was an excellent host who responded immediately to any questions and offered up great local insight to ensure we had the best time in Nashville.

The house is nice and spacious. Few things that were an issue. There is construction going on next door, so keep that in mind. There was also active repairs going on in the pool area. The house overall seems to get a lot of activity where everywhere you look, there are scuffs or damages. No bathroom on the first floor, so annoying to have to go up a big staircase every time. The house is 3 levels tall with really long staircases, so keep that in mind if you think you will have a hard time, especially because the primary bedroom is at the top of the 3rd floor -quite a hike! There is an elevator, but it has been deactivated for guest use. If you are coming to Nashville to party, then this is your spot. For business or families, this isn't the best set up.

Amazing Stay!

I hosted a youth retreat here…. OMG… THE AMENITIES WERE AWESOME!!!. Small pool big enough for teens, outside patio space for watching movies and playing video games… Not to mention the rooftop table tennis! I was so grateful for this space. And you won’t believe the level of “Posh” it has! That master suite on the 3 rd floor… Geeze, Oh did I mention the elevator? Right downtown where all of the action is… That is if you can leave the amazing accommodations of the house. Thank you for a successful stay!

A gem in the gulch

What can I say? My husband and I were in town to visit a client who was staring in a movie in town. Turner was a fantastic host and the property is incredible. The house was clean, there were so many wonderful features, including the gorgeous heated pool. The showers were wonderful, and the elevator was a wonderful touch given my disability. Communication was incredible and effortless. The neighborhood is my favorite in Nashville for shopping, food, and central to everything! This house was reasonably priced and was worth every penny and then some. Kudos to Turner for being a true a host.
