What a delightful place to spend a week in the northwest. Holly is the kindest host and her attention to detail in the apartment made our stay perfect. The apartment is comfortably furnished with all the amenities needed. Coffe bar, comfortable bed and pillows, dish network, view of the water from the porch where you feel like you are in a private treehouse. We LOVED the shower and heated bathroom floors. This may be our favorite rental ever. We will stay here again when in the northwest visiting family. Thanks Holly!

Missing a few thing

The experience was good except for a few of the listed amenities be missing ie the was a grill but it was not set up and when I make the reservation a hot tub was listed so we had wasted packing space excepting one other then that the owner was very nice and it was a bit of a walk but the beach was nice too.

Sweet, private apartment

Clean, well laid out, and quiet space. It worked well for me, my husband and college aged son. The neighborhood is a quiet suburb overlooking a bay of some sort, so you have a bit of a water view from the windows. Not much in the way of restaurants or grocery stores right nearby, but that wasn’t that much of an issue for us. Very sweet place!

Cute Guest House

My husband and I needed a place to stay as we looked to purchase our next home. Since we were in transition, we needed it to be a bit longer than the usual 1-2 weeks most vacationers want. Holly graciously allowed us a 3 month stay. Holly is so accommodating and friendly. She even shared her garden vegetables with us! If you need anything at all, Holly is easily accessible. The guest house is very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our 3 month stay and will miss Holly. We wish she could be our neighbor.

Very Nice & Comfortable

This apartment above the garage at the back of the property is exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bed and furniture are all very comfortable. There are 17 steps to climb so if mobility is an issue, you'll want to keep this in mind. However, if it isn't, I highly recommend this property. There's even a nice little patio and bbq for your use. Holly was communicative without being iintrusive and kindly shared her delicious tomatoes with us.

Warm Beach

Holly was so welcoming when I arrived. I was at my cozy, comfortable, upstairs home for over a month. Holly was always available and helpful whenever I needed her. She has a beautiful fruit, vegetable, and flower garden. She was so generous with sharing her vegetables and fruits. I felt like I was home, it was very hard to leave. There is a beautiful view of the water and trees and a nice breeze everyday. Thank you Holly!I would recommend your VRBO to anyone who needs to get away.

Beautiful Water View

Holly has created a lovely, private space for her guests. My husband and I stayed at Holly’s guest house for 10 days and felt right at home. We loved the farmhouse feel along with all the modern appliances (washer and dryer was a huge plus). Take advantage of the deck and enjoy the water view. Smokey Point is not too far away and has good shopping and restaurants. Holly is a wonderful, gracious host and we look forward to staying with her again the future.

Warm & Cozy in Warm Beach

This property was wonderful. A home away from home and great get away. The property was very clean and had all the comforts you could need. Very quiet and relaxing. Holly was very accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend it. Say hi to CooCoo for us:)

Beautiful welcoming cottage

Holly's cottage was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location for us. We were able to drive down to Camano Island for a day of exploring, and the view of Puget Sound from the living room and bedroom were amazing. The heated floors are not anything I would ever need where I live, but they were so amazing to have when the mornings were super chilly. Very well furnished with extra blankets, pillows, and towels. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and flatware. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay.

The place is very nice. Everything you need is there with the exception of some things due to Covid (ie spices, etc). Very quiet neighborhood. Beaches in the immediate area are private.

Holly is a gracious host. The apartment is cozy and charming located in a lovely neighborhood.

We loved the space, it was perfect for a girls weekend. Being so close to the beach really enhanced our stay, so peaceful and serene. Holly has everything covered...nothing is missing. I would definitely return for a stay.

Quiet and peaceful. The only inconvenience was that the furniture drawers didn’t open and close well—we just didn’t use them.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable

A wonderful stay and a very comfortable place to relax. Walking distance to warm beach and a peek-a-boo view of the bay. Holly is a wonderful host and the guesthouse is lovely. We had a great stay!

Lovely place!

We had a great time in Warm Beach! The cottage is beautiful, comfortable and was a perfect spot for our stay to settle in between day trips to Whidby Island and the Mountain Loop Hwy.

Cottage delight!

I live in Warm Beach and rented this for my mom for the week! This is a perfect cottage get away! It is equipped with everything you would need. Beautifully decorated, and so cozy! Everything you would need! Holly is a delight and we also noticed quite the artist as she painted all the gorgeous paintings! Her landscaping is immaculate and a beautiful setting to sit outside on the deck.

Excellent getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment is very clean and cozy with air conditinioner, big refrigerator and other necessities that made our our stay very comfortable. Even though apartment is sitting on the same property with main house privacy was not an issue as Holly didn't bother us at all and we almost didn't see her. Holly is very friendly, and exceedingly hospitable, we felt welcome staying at her place. We also liked location as several parks with water access are near by and Seattle with many attractions is not far away either. We would definately recommend this property. Thank you very much Holly for your hospitality and homey apartment!!!

Excellent property

An absolute winner, from the moment we walked in it felt like home. The little touches make all the difference, there were coffee pods available, hand soap, laundry detergent. This was our first visit to Washington and we loved it, the location is wonderful. We stayed one week and wished it could’ve been longer. If we are in the area again we would stay here. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs and this property is one of the best, we highly recommend.

Cute, cozy and quiet

Might be the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. Apartment was extra clean. Amenities were numerous. Our fave was the heated floors in the bath and full size washer and dryer. I hope to go back but you won’t be dissatisfied.

Fabulous guesthouse

Extremely clean and functional digs to meet all your requirements! Holly is very easy to communicate with. She even had a Christmas tree with decorations set up! Keurig coffee maker and washer/dryer were easy to use and helpful. Best of all were the heated floors in the bathroom!! We would gladly stay again! If arriving in the dark make sure you have GPS the first time.
